Walter is such an honest man. He told me a module doesnt need programming while many others said it did, just so they can charge extra. The master tech Rick is very knowledgeable. Replaced within hours, done, ready to drive. Im very happy to know these guys. Going back to him next week for other fixes.

Very reasonable, and best service for Mercedes. Works only in Mercedes, very devote to Mercedes. Very experienced and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended, worth to stop by even for advice. Very busy, but worth waiting. I am sold to this guy for my Mercedes. Knowing him I will also buy only Mercedes in the future.

I never got a response back from them. I now heard they are selling the business, I guess they are not doing any repair svc. it a shame I never got to experience their quality work.

A serious mercedes guy. Like 90 per hour for labor and he knows his stuff! We bought a second car and when we did we bought another used mercedes just because we were certain about having a mechanic that would be able to service us.
