This place was great. Good, trustworthy guys that wont try and rip you off and theyll also educate you if you are unfamiliar with what needs to be done. I will definitely be going to Northside Foreign Car again.

Very transparent about what was needed in my car. Also informative in regards to why I needed certain repairs and preventative maintenance in the future. Highly recommend, I will only be using this mechanic shop for all my car needs in the future.

My family has been going to Hyat Nassry for all our automotive needs since 1970, when it was Westgate Forgein Auto, for everything from yearly inspections, rebuilding of engines/transmission rebuild and bodywork. Hyat has always treated us well being very upfront about repairs that were necessary and things that could be put off. He always would do extra things outside the scope of the repair without charging for them. I really appreciated this as a young man going to school and not having alot of extra money.I am now in my 50s and my 82 year old mother still goes to Hyat. She recently had an issue with a slashed tire on her new Mercedes SUV and was unable to drive it to the garage for repair. She contacted a local tire store and they wanted to sell her 4 new tires on a car with only 5,500 miles. I contacted Hyat and he came to her home and removed the tire and replaced it. I cant begin to tell you what a blessing that is when you have an elderly parent that lives out of area and you are unable to help them.If you want to be treated fairly and not have to worry about getting reamed for repairs you dont need, go see Hyat.

Great prices. Extremely friendly and fast service. Keeps you updated about what they’re doing and calls before doing anything. Does great work on all makes of vehicles. Honestly one of the only mechanics I actually trust.

Im used to overpriced car maintenance in CT, so when they gave me a price for replacing the engine in my 2002 Volvo I was pretty happy. They made other small repairs that were necessary, but they added up fast and they didnt consult me. In the end though, very nice group of guys and really know what theyre doing.

I spent thousands of dollars over several years now with this garage and plainly stated: I was overcharged, I mean GOUGED almost every time. The owner Hyatt Nassry NEVER obtains your permission prior to doing the work and then expects you to pony up with a boatload of cash. When you complain about his unfairness, he slips you a cheesy $20.00 to stifle your complaints. In addition, when I discovered after using another garage for my annual inspection which failed for an ill-repaired front headlight, (thanks again, Northside) all the light and fender repairs done six years ago by them were incomplete and replacement parts charged out the wazoo for were never installed!!! So in other words, I caught this ripoff artist with his greasy hand in the cookie jar. Additionally, two years ago, he naturally overcharged me for state inspection which should have failed on repairs he made previously four years ago!!! He also refused to make good on this disaster he created and asked me to leave after I produced a receipt!!! This conman also should have his state inspection license revoked!!! BEWARE!! RUN!!! A tremendous disappointment!!

Will do work with out talking to you about price. Took it in and told them it was probably a fuel pump. came back and they had but in the $800 VW fuel pump. Car had 180k on it. I would have prefered to a use a standard $150 pump would have been smarter financially. Did a number of other things similar so I stopped taking my car to them. They good work but just not in the way I like it.
