Honestly 20 minutes… Twice a week… How would that ever be enough?! We’ve all been programmed to believe it’s all about length of time or how many calories you burn while you are working out or no pain no gain… Well I am here to tell you that is simply not true. This is the program that you will easily be able to incorporate into your daily life. It’s not like a diet where you go off of it at some point. It makes such sense when you really think about it… I strongly encourage anyone who reads this, if you are looking for a trainer, then you MUST give them a shot!Here’s a tidbit that you will learn... it’s not how many calories you burn while exercising… Rather it’s how many calories you burn as a result of exercising!And the cost as compared to the ROI... you will feel like you are robbing them👍🏻
Love this 20 minute workout. I feel stronger and more fit and am losing weight while gaining muscle. The staff is caring and professional. Will extend my contract once the initial package is over and will recommend to friends.
I usually dont post reviews, but when I saw the one-star I had to. This program, and these trainers, are great! Ive done weight training for years and have had several trainers. This is the best-thought-out program Ive encountered. Ive made excellent progress on their schedule of 2 20-minute workouts per week.
I would recommend this workout to everyone who wants to grow stronger, lose weight and reshape their bodies. I love it and I have just renewed my membership for another year
