This is specifically for Cathy, the lady at the front desk, who has been extremely rude on the phone. It goes a long way to show patience rather than jumping to anger and annoyance as she does. Very unhelpful and unable to handle customer service in a busy environment (resorting to being short with customers). Would not recommend calling Zengo.The teaching staff has been excellent, energetic and motivating. Ashley, Teryn and Haley are all wonderful class leaders.

I am absolutely in love with Zengo! Every time I go not only do I get a great workout, but I also relieve stress and come out feeling like a brand new person. Overall the staff and instructors are very nice and professional. Going to Zengo is the highlight of my week and I highly recommend it! :)

Amazing classes and instruction. Work the whole body. Extremely clean and professional.

First of all, Zengo is the best. Today was my first time and Jason was the instructor. He was very pumped and excited. The music he played was very upbeat and I never wanted to stop cycling. What I like about Zengo is that when you first walk in the receptionist and other staff members are welcoming and just really nice. Unlike some places the seats on the bicycles are not comfortable at all. Not at Zengo....they are very comfortable. They give you shoes to rent for $3 and you also have the option of buying them for $120. I hope this review helped you all. There are so many more wonderful aspects to talk about Zengo, but Ill let you all experience the joy that I did today!

If you only plan to go maybe once a month, book it on ClassPass and save a few bucks. You can also get a free class when you book through the Zengo website. Bring your own water and cycling shoes to save $5/class.

If you go to the 600 A.M class show up at 530-545 A.M the class starts at 600 A.M lol. I thought it opened at 600A.M
