Failed to finish work on my wifes vehicle. Left at least 3 different parts unassembled and in an unsafe condition, left screws and parts floating around in cubbies in the engine compartment (even forgot a spray can lid).We were scheduled to have an inspection, and I wanted to take a look first so we would not be suprised by any bills, and thats when I discovered several items that would have all not only failed inspection, but should have never been left that way before handing it back to a customer.Do not take your vehicle here. Especially if you are a woman. This garage has a history of doing un-needed repair for mothers and wives.

Brought this in to replace a battery, only to find when I brought it home to replace a bulb that they had not resecured anything they had taken apart to get to it. Including the master brake cylinder. They are the only people who have touched my car since I bought it a few months ago, and we went over it with a fine tooth comb at the time, I have absolute certainty of who messed this up. The last time I was there there was a minor issue that made me question if things had been done correctly, but I wrote it off as possibly just an oversight. This was significantly more than an oversight.

Every time I come here I get treated so well and they always let me know of any concerns with my car. This is my go to place for general maintenance and repairs I cannot do myself!

Firestone here in Bethel Park is always busy most of us have been repeat customers for years. The staff is nice and efficient. The manager Tony always remembers people and is kind. The prices are not super competitive but will price match! Corporate definitely needs to update this building and its waiting area! Building is old and wait area not comfortable and theres so many wires plugged in for tv and coffee area.. scary. There should be individual chairs for customers its odd to sit on old dirty stained couch with strangers and listen to their phone calls!

I always bring my car to this Firestone for repair. Theyre very helpful and friendly and always fix it right.We even get to hang out with our dog in the lobby while we wait. Fantastic crew!

Staffs that I interacted with were all friendly. Wait area has a small tv and some sitting, that’s all there is to it. Went in for a state inspection and emission, waited around 3 hours and when they return my car, the interior were being left behind lots of black/dirty marks, which I find unprofessional, I understand it’s impossible to keep your hands clean when working on vehicle, but mechanics should clean their hands before reaching into customer’s vehicle. This place is great!! I have an older car that is paid for (no car payments) so Im trying to make my older car last as long as it can. The service guys here are great. I went in for a state inspection and oil change and it was ready later that day. They did let me know about some recommendations for my car without being pushy and I got those done as well. The guy said he did a bit more research on my car to see what was recommended and required and told me more about those things so I could make an informed decision. He was even able to save me some money too. The staff here is awesome. I will be bringing my vehicles back here for all my service needs.

My previous tires had next to no traction in the rain. I got new tires from Firestone. They are great, I dont remember the last time my car had good traction.

I called on Monday morning 3-4-19 and asked when I could get in for new brakes. They were able to get me in at 5:15pm that night. The three guys that I spoke with were all very nice and friendly and knowledgeable. They did not try to rip me off up-sell me on anything.They even helped me out with a coupon. I have taken all my vehicles here and never had a bad experience. I was in and out in 2 hours with new brakes and rotors. I will continue to go here.

Tire/oil tech either overfilled my crankcase or spilled engine oil everywhere under my hood. I got home and the bay was smoking everywhere. Found oil all over the engine cover, exhaust manifold, and anywhere theres an edge. I had to degrease and pressure wash the engine before being able to park in my garageWont be back.

Stopped in to get a hole patched. Told me I would need a whole new tire. When I checked. They didn’t even take my tire off my truck to inspect it. Took it to another guy. He plugged it in 10 minutes. Pretty sad a so called tire place knows absolutely nothing about tires.

Joe K and the crew at Firestone are incredible. I had my car towed there an hour before my appointment time, yet they took it right into the bay and got it up on the lift and began their work. They found an error that actually saved me $40 (I thought my car was AWD, but it was 2WD), and gave me some helpful opinions on what I might consider in the future. Having auto repair done is never fun and it can be very intimidating, but go to Firestone in Bethel Park and youll find some of the most honest, helpful people around. I wish I could rate 10 stars!

Showed up early for appointment and Staff got rigjt to work. In a very short time was on my way. Excellent courteous staff. Will use center in the future.

My 95 year old mother liked going to this Firestone for PA state inspections because it was easy, but they always found something which I would take home and correct rather than pay their high repair prices. Last time they said both license plate lights were out and failed the car. After I replaced both bulbs, which didnt light, I traced the wiring harness to find two separate ground wires yanked out of a connector behind the trunk liner. Obviously done intentionally to cheat an old lady into a costly repair bill. They had no explanation, of course. Had to open connector and re-solder wires to fix. After I fixed this, it passed easily elsewhere. Dont send your mom here, dont go yourself either.

Weve been using this location for years. Only place I trust to work on my cars. I recently needed work done elsewhere due to the warranty with carvana. I brought my car back here to complete the inspection and asked if they could please check the work that Monroe had done because I was now hearing a grinding. Thank God they checked because the guy at Monroe NEVER tightened the calipers. I prefer to use Firestone and trust them with all of our cars.

Just went there to get my tires rotated. They said 30-40 minutes tops. Over 3 hours after my truck entered the garage it was done and I had to put my own caps on my rims after. Complete joke. Don’t take your vehicle here.

Ive had good experiences with this location in the past.One particular thing Ive noticed is when you call they actually sound professional and dont try to rush you off the phone. Most other places when I call they seem too busy to take your call. Here they are always polite and respectful and take the time to talk to you.

I understand the customer service at an auto shop isnt going to be top-notch, but this was ridiculous. I received an email the day prior saying I would be contacted to confirm if my appointment was accepted or not. After not hearing anything and it being 45 minutes before my appointment, I called 2-3 times with no answer. I go to the store and I was greeted by a short grunt by one employee. As I approach the desk, one employee is ignoring me while texting, while the other two spend 5 minutes talking about french fries as I stand at the counter. I get the attention of one and begin explaining the situation, giving my name, car info, and appointment I made. After silence for a few minutes the employee begins laughing and says haha yeah it looks like we got your appointment and no one looked at it. After another minute of silence, I ask if the appointment will happen or not. The employee scoffs and says no we cant fit you in. No explanation, no offering for a new appointment time, nothing. I walked out after that.

Terrible!!!! Usually ok. Not today, told me 3 to 5hrs, 2 hrs in moved around back. To finally check rad? Problem is the manager and 2 mechanics in garage talking, drinking water, and not really seeing much happening??? Should be out of sight if thats the way they work. Lost a fleet customer!!!! O-Well

Dont even think about going here to see these morons. I bought 4 new tires off of them they lasted 1 year they sidewalls dry-rotted and guess what they dont cover dry rotting also they didnt bother to torque down my lug nuts at all, they just used an impact gun and put them on as tight as possible cost me $130 for new lug nuts all the way around the car.I will never go back to them.BEWARE!!

Scheduled an appointment for 2pm to get tires mounted and balanced. A job that takes 30 minutes tops. 45 minutes later and my truck still isnt even in the bay. Why even bother scheduling? Customers time is meaningless to them. Avoid unless you dont value your own time.

They charged my mother 1000k to rebuild her brakes and they gave her back her car with a brake fluid leak. She got into an accident a few days after getting car back because all the brake fluid leaked out so she had no brakes. And they either lied about their safety check or the reason for the leak. They said it was a loose washer on the caliper that they had just rebuilt. No offer of a refund or even an apology. I tried to get a hold of the mechanic who worked on the car and no call back. Im still weighing options on what to do here but all in all a very shady way to do business.

On 11/12 they had replaced my battery and I had an oil change and tire rotation done as well ($200 altogether). My boyfriend and my mom had warned me to never use Firestone and now it all makes sense.By 12/1 my car wasnt working well. My car felt different, exhausted and then wouldnt turn on. Whenever you started my car it would violently shake and not turn over and misfired. The engine would then shut off and my CEL, battery light, and oil change light would all come on. Once you let my car sit for a bit after you turn it off, it would then sorta start. By 12/15 you cant drive my car. Its doing this misfiring almost every time. I take it to my (used to be) local mechanic who experiences the problem, explains my car isnt showing codes, thinks the problem relies in the engine and recommends taking it to a Hyundai dealership. I thankfully get an appointment for the next day at a dealership. The dealership calls and says, whoever changed your oil last overfilled it and put an aftermarket filter on it which why youre experiencing these issues. I have all invoices saved and immediately know that Firestone f*cked up. The dealership fixes my car ($137) and I immediately notice a difference. I called and filed a complaint with Firestone for a refund on the oil changed performed there and a reimbursement for the services done at the dealership. I was told I had to wait 48 hours to hear from the area manager, but I wouldnt surprised if I never do. I will update if I do and what the outcome is. I wouldnt recommend this place as they cant even do an oil change! Im so incredibly disappointed.Update: I did in fact receive a call the next day from Tony. He told me he was the GM, to bring in my invoice from the dealership and he would refund it. I explain to him when Ill get there and he tells me hell let his guys know. I get there and am trying to be convinced that they didnt actually do anything wrong and that every dealership is going to use the term aftermarket and that overfilling on oil probably wasnt what happened and that it most likely didnt happen. I just stood there trying to control myself haha. I explain that my car wasnt drivable and the guy was just like 🤷. He sort of apologized, but was super weird about it. I get my refund for the dealership service and leave. I felt so disrespected.

I recommend you that you don’t go to this place because they don’t tell you the full information I was doing an inspection and they said your car needs a new router because it has a problem and you need to fix it I told them I changed the breaks and the router 3months ago they said no the router is very thin and they didn’t even do a complete inspection of my car besides that I went to the company that did my router and they checked it and they said it’s all good they even got the measurements so they called firestone and told them everything is ok and if you don’t give him the stickers for the car we’ll call the city police because you guys are scamming people so 15 minutes later they called back and said ok he can come back tomorrow and we’ll give him the sticker and we’re very sorry our guy was wrong and I’m saying it’s a lie because the manager even looked at it so if you decide to come here you have to be very careful of scams in this place

I had an appointment scheduled for a 4 wheel alignment at 9:30. I got it there on time and it didnt get done till 1:30. 4 hours?!?! Thats one hour per wheel. I couldve done it myself by hand in that amount of time. Not coming back again.

3 day ordeal from going to getting my brake lines done, picking up the car to find the check engine light was suddenly on, leaving it for another day for them to tell me the check engine light was never on. Go to pick it up that night, its locked inside the store. Go back the next day to be told there was air in the abs system that was taken care of the day before (After being told nothing was wrong with the car), get in the car and the speedometer no longer works properly and the car is shifting weird. Doesnt take long for the check engine light to come back on, so I went to advanced auto and the code was for a faulty speed sensor, which can be caused by abs work. Go back to firestone with this information and was told that they dont do transmission work but they were sorry about the bad news and called for the next guest.Do not go here. They will lie to you and screw up your car after you pay them hundreds of dollars to fix it, and then refuse to take any responsibility for it and send you on your way.

Came in for a scheduled reinspection appointment at noon and was told it would be probably about two hours despite having an appointment. Car wasnt even in the bay until almost 2. They finished a little after 4PM, never going back.

Dont get a coolant change here. Been going here for years with no issues. Friendly staff too. But recently had my coolant flushed and they not only didnt flush the fluid in the reservoir but they never bleeded the system either.
