Google states that boost Mobile at this location in Bessemer closes at 7:00 p.m. I drove from Tuscaloosa to this location which is roughly 50 miles only to find that it closes at 6:00 p.m.

They have really fast workers they will get you in and out really fast

I ended up with Boost Mobile because my cell phone carrier went out of business. My experience with Boost has been when the service works, it works pretty well, but when its off, its awful, and awful to the point of not receiving calls at all. The service hasnt been working at all lately and after several calls to Boost customer service, theres still no relief for me and my service is a lot of hit or miss, Im very sorry to say. I know some carriers dont work in certain areas, but they shouldnt sell the phone or service in those type areas of they wont work. And even when a problem does arise, no matter the reason, please have a CSR willing to help rectify the situation, not pass the problem to a coworker or supervisor because they dont know how. Thats lame and a big waste of EVERYONES time to say the least, never mind the frustration it causes.

I Went In One Evening To Get Switched Over. I Was There Every Bit Of An Hour Which Im Sure It Wouldnt Have Taken That Long If The CSR Was More Focused On Servicing Me & Getting Me Out The Way. Every Customer That Came In After Me, Left Before Me. Plus This Location Has No Central Air & This Particular Day It Was Very Hot To Even Be In There Longer Than 10 Minutes. Do Better !

Boost is not my favorite, even though the customer service is great. There is a very limited supply of devices, and they are older models. The cellular service is one of the worst. Sorry Boost but you have a lot of work to do if you are going to compete with your competitors. Just saying.

3 months of my life. When I bought the phone for the first week everything was just ok. Just slow internet. Then no internet at all and although I could make calls and send texts I could not receive text messages. When I called tech support it was always a tower was down. The person on my family plan that lives with me had no problems. After 23 days of no internet I complained so they charged me less for the next month of service. After another week of non service I threatened to switch companies so they decided to keep sending a signal to my phone which caused it to over heat and die. No compensation just a dead phone. I switched back to Metro PCS and have no problems.

They are they are never too busy to help you when you come in the store
