The store manager Brian assisted me instead of having me wait for a free sales rep. Thats what I call customer service. He also had one of his reps come over and help me transfer my stuff. Smitty was kind enough to take care of that for me!! Excellent customer service!!!

Smitty was great and fun to work with. My phone was busted and cracked. He helped me reset my password and get my email up and running. He was very helpful. He also tried his best to retrieve some of my content all I needed was my contacts. If you want to work with a nice and respectful gentleman ask for him when you come to the store.

I decided to switch to AT&T from Verizon because I was having issues getting service literally EVERYWHERE! Jacquelyn was so helpful throughout the entire process & even stayed past closing time to make sure everything was good to go before I left! I got there around 6:30 after a long day at work & her positive, upbeat attitude made the process so much fun. It’s apparent that she genuinely loves her job & customers! I can’t recommend her enough!!

This ATT store is the closest to our home. We always go here for any issues and the reason is Jackie. She is the best. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. The last time my husband and I were in the store he was very frustrated about his phone and she helped us. This was almost a year ago and when we visited the store on today she remembered who we were. That speaks volumes about her passion and dedication to what she does. I purchased a Samsung phone last week at this location. Jackie Lott assisted me with my purchase…she was polite, thorough and very knowledgeable regarding my new phone, accessories and JBL Bluetooth.Thank you again Jackie Lott!!!

Always used this store but never again. Went in to upgrade two phones and Michael was the guy who we unfortunately had to deal with. Before we had even sat down he had began the upgrade on one of our phones, adding the next up plan and phone insurance before verifying that is what we wanted. He quoted a price and I told him that didnt seem right. To late he said he had already done it and then proceeded to tell me I verbally agreed to it and he couldnt undo it. Told me all the phones come with those options and I could cancel them after I left the store. All lies. He could have gotten a reversal and started over. HE was rude and totally unprofessional. Cant ever imagine treating a family the way he treated mine. This guy needs more training or he needs to find another career. Drove to Hoover the same day and they fixed all the mess and trouble this guy caused. Avoid Michael at all cost as he knows nothing about customer respect and care. Nor does he know about the processes and procedures with AT&T.

Michael was so nice, helpful and showed he really wanted me to know i was an important customer. He let me think about my options and also helped me with any issues that i had bc I don’t know much about technology. Went by the store in McCalla. Great group of employees there. The Manager Brian met me at the door an spoke to me for a few minutes an Keshawn was the person who helped me. He was a great guy. Set me up with my new device an got me going.

In typical AT&t fashion, a business associate called to confirm that the business that we needed to handle could be done at the AT&t store. I drive in from another city to meet him there only to find out that this is incorrect that the people we need to speak with or in another city and itll have to be conducted over the phone. I dont know if its because the staff isnt trained properly or maybe theyre just not concerned with wasting peoples time . Personally I believe that AT&t puts their focus on the sale rather than the service . Theyre all about getting you to switch over and promising you all sorts of things but good luck getting assistance when you have a problem

I was at the at&t location in Mccalla/Bessemer! The associates name was Tori and she was beyond AMAZING!! Her patients for TWO DAYS TRANSFERRING INFO FROM ONE PHONE TO ANOTHER BECAUSE HE COWORKERS WERE READY TO LEAVE BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSING! (Poor customer service on there part)! They even made statementS like “do we all have to stay till their finish”! We were the only ppl of color in the store mind you, and I also had been in the store at 7:00 PM and hour prior before them closing!!Then the manger make a statement and say I have to get my kids by 8:30, nd Everybody know Zo loves the kids and Tori kept her patience and assured me to come the next day when they open and she would be more than glad to continue seeing out the process. Came the next day and there she was!! Tori, with a smile, positive attitude, and great patience! And solved my problem!! THANKS TORI!! YOU WERE WONDERFUL!! AT&T NEEDS MORE LIKE YOU!!

Go out of the store Ive had nothing but trouble out of this store that you cant get nobody to talk to you they have sold me stuff that I did not want theyve changed my password on my computer and I didnt give them a star I cant get it off there I need to talk to somebody and you cant get them easy either I was supposed to meet somebody at 6:00 at the promenade and their store is closed after going all the way over there AT&t has got serious problems

He was professional , knowledgeable about all plans and services AT&T has to offer. He was pleasant the whole time. I didn’t have to wait long to get serve. He was very articulate . I got there at the perfect time but it got really backed up. One person came in red faced and came over to my table where the manager was talking to me. She handed it well by saying Im with a customer at the moment. He yelled and you need to talk to me too. I told her to go see what he needed but she didnt. First time thats happened by all the other employees are just trying to make as many sells as possible.
