Long story short: They arrived 1.5hours late and popped my tire and broke the tire sensor. They were very rude and refused to pay for the repairs.Our insurance company hired Prestige Auto at 10am. The valve where the tire inflates had popped off while I was at the air pump and the tire deflated. Tire was fine, just needed a new valve and to pump air back in. At 10:20am I got a call from Reggie in route saying he would be there in 30min (10:50am). We ended up waiting till around 11:20am with a toddler and newborn before I called back and he said he was still about 20min out. He didnt arrive until well after noon. Then he towed my car to the repair shop and dropped it off in the middle of the parking lot. The repair shop asked him to move my car and instead of towing it to the correct location, he hopped in my car and drove it!! He popped the tire and broke the sensor. We had an unnecessary VERY EXPENSIVE repair on our hands at the fault of this tow company and when we called to talk to them about the situation, they tried to blame the repair shop and us and hung up.We dont suggest any individual or insurance company hire Prestige Automotive Solutions EVER! I couldnt believe how unprofessional and rude they were.

Professional as they come. Was polite and friendly the whole time. Never stop working and got it from point A to point B done right.

After waiting for over an hour to get my car towed, I found out from my insurance company that these guys decided not to come because the road was blocked. They didnt want to drive another 10 minutes to go around the blocked part of the road. So they just decided not to come. I was alone on the side of the road, in the dark, and rain. Will never use these guys for assistance again.
