We bought our Jeep at hawk Auto and our salesperson told us to use this place we could get the brakes done cheaper they didnt even touch the car and charged over $400 we didnt have to pay for it because the dealership picked up the price but nothing was done either now as of today were over at Firestone getting a full break job. Would never go back to quality Auto repair, terrible service rude people!!

I took my car there to get my a/c fixed. And they damage the hood of my jeep and now I have to buy a new one, because they dont have the decency to pay for their mistakes

Good price and so far great work! I picked up the truck today after a one night stay. The mechanic Cruz was friendly and took the time to explain the problem to me. Had my alternator replaced so hopefully no other problems arise. The Lyft driver after seeing my drop off location said he takes his cars there and recommended Cruz. Said that they always do great work and have reasonable prices. So that definitely was plus to hear good things from him.

They were able to fix my alternator, change out my break pads, and mend my muffler for a very reasonable price. The cost was about $400 in my case while I received estimates from other businesses that cost $1,400 for all those things. The price here is very reasonable. Most businesses try to rip you off, but not this one. If you need your car fixed and do not want to overspend go to Quality Auto and Repair.

Quality Auto did a great job on my tune up! The mechanic, Cruz, took the time to explain everything he did and showed me all the old parts he took out that needed replacing. I feel as though I got a good price and good service with Quality Auto. I would, and do, recommend going to Quality Auto. Thanks, Cruz! :)

These guys are the best! I got a flat tire a block away from the shop and they came over and fixed it in under 20 minutes for a great price. Extremely nice and helpful. Ill be coming here for all my car needs from now on.

For the past month Ive had trouble with my car and although it was an engine issue, the engine was replaced through them. I still have not received a car that can run 100%. Although they seem to be very honest people Im not updated with what is really going on with my car. This is the 2nd time its at the shop and its been a week and the second engine has not been mounted. This situation has made me second guess this location. Meanwhile I tried reaching out to the owner of the place and he was not available. Cruz if youre reading this, please call thank you!

This place is bad. I went in to get my break pads replaced. One they overcharged me. Two they didn’t do a clean proper job. My breaks were squeaking the next day. I called them and they said “it was not my breaks” try to tell me it was something else. I went to get a second opinion and they told me the previous people did an overall bad job.

After going to quality on 27th and Ridgeland please do not go there they are both rip offs.I was told originally it was my spark plugs and coils (which was correct) to 4hrs later it was my engine. I was verry nervous of some one else ripping me off but after reading reviews for Mike & done I decided to try them best thing I did Mike was honest said original thing coil and spark plugs he told me it my solve the issue with my check engine and epc but couldnt get full reading till that was done. Turns out thats all it needs and car is running good again. They have earned my business for there honestly and reasonable pricing.Ps I would give quality a 0 if it could both of the are rip off PLEASE DO NOT GO TO EITHER OF THEM.

I dont really do reviews, however, guys here were able to switch a part in a very short notice. I really recommend this place. I will definitely be going back myself.

October of last year, it was time for an emissions test. I went not knowing what exactly would happen because my check engine light was on. Sadly I did fail my test and my license sticker was expiring. So I went to my normal car guy he said it was my timing belt and water pump. Now, I am a college student and i really didnt have a lot of money outside of my savings to pay for car repairs. So i got a few estimates anywhere from 700-1000! dollars! So a close friend of mines told me to check out Quality Auto Repair and I did. I called set an appointment and they took my car in and called me about a few hours later. So the mechanic said that It would only be 300$ for the water pump and timing belt replacement and thats only if that was the issue. So they called back about 30 minutes later and told me it was one of my sensors. Luckily enough to replace the sensor it was only 180$. To make a long story short. They fixed the issue, I passed my emissions test, and saved more than half of my savings. Thanks again Quality Auto Repair. I plan to give you guys a call any other time i have any car issues. Wow, I just called to get the time they close and the guy tells me he is closing now at 6:27pm so I asked if they close at 6:30 he said yes so I disconnected the call and on their website it has that they close at 7pm. Why have someone work there that doesn’t want to take customers.

Worst service and most unethical mechanics out there , I left my car for a repair for a wheel bearing and brakes , they called me about 6 hours later to tell me the car was fixed, after I paid them , I noticed that my car was not fixed , they didnt even touch my car, I called my bank to get my money back, these people are scammers

Terrible work He told me that he changed the computer and I do not know how much an account of more than 800 and on the second day the car was the same and designed k was something else
