Great Customer service, good prices Rocky is straight up fair & honest.

First time I used All Star in Berwyn. My experience was great. The mechanic named “Rocky” was courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and very pleasant. The price for my brake job was very reasonable and my vehicle was ready when he said it would be done. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this business again.

Rocky is the best! Hes done work on 2 of my cars and Ive never had a problem afterwards! Hes quick and makes sure you know whats going on as hes getting it done! I would recommend him to anyone!

I was looking a car shops near me , So I decided to give this shop a try since I stay a few blocks away ; what a mistakeMy car was making a grinding noise when I would make turns when I stopped by to get a diagnostic they told me it was my rock n pinion & it will cost almost $1000 to fix What a joke !!I finally took it for a second & third opinion somewhere else & it was actually my struts that needed to be replaced. I can’t imagined if I would have went by their suppose expertise & feel like a fool paying all that money for some wrong diagnosticSTAY AWAY From THIS INEXPERIENCED SHOP!!!

I parked and walked in to the shop. I excused myself and asked if it was okay to step in. The long haired gentleman turned his head and just stared at me with an annoyed look on his face. I asked if he had time to look at my truck and he replied no not today and turned around.I did not feel welcome at all. Absolutely terrible customer service/people skills. It was a completely Negative experience without even spending five minutes in the shop.I will not be returning to the shop.
