Mike and the crew from Arbor1 are the best. I have used them for years at my house and business. They are very knowledgeable, do great work and do an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend.

I have 2 30yr old apple trees that they pruned to help them live...they look so good now. Also dead limbs on junipers, removal of elm, aspens and trimming of maples.....the work was excellent and I recommend them to anyone. I have a mature yard and will use them again

Matt and Justin trimmed out all the dead branches that are ladder fuel in three old Lodgepoles 70-80 feet high on our lot in Sunriver, Oregon. I watched every minute, and these two guys worked hard, smart and safe. The end result was beautiful, and the cost was exceptionally reasonable.I would recommend them highly.

The boys did an excellent job pruning a willow tree and made sure to get all the dead wispy branches out. Very nice and personable asking and clarifying what I was expecting to have done. Thorough job. Thank you!

We have only used Arbor tree service once but I was very impressed with them. Mike is a really nice guy. Their website and estimating process is easy to read and to use, and their prices are very good. We will absolutely use them in the future.

Took the morning off to have them quote me tree trimming and stump removal.We Walk around the house pointing out everything, no notes taken by the guy. Get the quote, half of the items I wanted done are missing. Make an addendum to the quote, a few days pass with no response. Finally here back saying they need to come back out. They come back out, they get the quote right and accept the quote immediately. Then NOTHING. I email and get no reply. What a waste of time.

This is the second time Ive used Arbor 1 Tree Service and I would do it a third time. Everyone Ive seen was polite and professional. They work efficiently. as a team, and theyre a pleasure to watch. Everyone thats come to my home to work was a ten rating in their politeness and desire to do the best job they can.

Everything was completed exactly as planned with a very reasonable price. A tree fell and broke part of my fence while they were working, it was fixed and unnoticeable that there had been a problem before I even knew about it. Great crew, would definitely recommend again.

James and his two partners with Arbor 1 were absolutely awesome. They dropped a 45 foot Aspen in my backyard with exact precision and had it cut up, chipped and all other debris raked and cleaned to perfection in two hours. They were very professional and a delight to work with. I highly recommend Arbor 1 for any tree services you may need.

Weve had Arbor 1 come to our house a few times to either trim or remove trees. In both instances, they were exceptional, professional and pretty cool guys. They were super quick to come take a look at our trees, send me an estimate and perform the service. Mike is very knowledgeable about overall tree health and it is clear that his goal is to help Bend have healthy urban trees.

We are very pleased with the work that Arbor 1 Tree Service did for us! We have a very old, very large juniper that is right next to our house. It had a cracked branch way up high, and two of them climbed the tree, got rid of the branch and thinned out a lot of others. They were extremely careful - nothing got smashed or damaged. The estimator showed up on time, the crew showed up on time (actually they were earlier than expected!) everyone was very nice, polite and professional. They did a great job of cleaning up also. We know who to call if we need more tree work done in the future.

First off, I never used this company as a customer. However my experience with this business was horribly unprofessional. My girlfriends car broke down on the sidewalk opposite of this business. I parked in their empty parking lot to fix her car and get it moved off the full street since it was the closest spot and I had a broken left leg. I got her car fixed (minor electrical issue) and moved it to a parking lot 1/2 mile away. When I returned 20 minutes later I found that the business barricaded my car in with their trucks and refused me to leave. I explained my situation and told them I had a Dr. appointment in 45 minutes that I needed to get to (broken leg) and pleaded with them to let me leave. They wouldnt... I had to call the Police who showed up before they allowed me to leave. A polite please dont park here would have sufficed. They held an injured person hostage to prove their point. Shameful

The first place to call. Mike isnt just interested in cutting down trees. Once you talk to him you notice that he really wants to nurture rather than cut. From expert limbing to the wind storm (Feb. 2015) emergency they are the ones to call.
