I have had the pleasure of working with Brett and his team twice now and they have provided exceptional service both times. They have been incredibly responsive, on time, were very friendly and professional, and did stellar work to support the pruning of a birch, removed a pine taken by pine beetles, and a few hedges that were encroaching on other shrubs. It is rare to find responsiveness, AND cost-effective quality service these days and they offer all of the above and more. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Brett came out to see what was going on with an Aspen tree at our home. He quickly saw that the issue was boring wasps. Planned for removal of diseased tree, and treatment for 2 remaining. A crack crew arrived promptly a few days later, the bad tree was dispatched efficiently, the other 2 got treated, and a different tree got trimmed - all in about 45 minutes. The crew left the area clean and cleared of all debris. Bravo CO Tree Experts !!!

Great service all around. They removed a tree and grinder down 2 stumps for me. The first time around, one of the stumps didn’t get ground down as far as I’d hoped and they came soon after and finished the job. Beyond thankful for their timely, effective work!

Brett and his team did a fantastic job and I very pleased with the work. I needed a surgeon, not a butcher, to rescue a Ponderosa that was badly damaged by wind. My Juniper had mistletoe that needed to be pruned off as well. My Aspens were not doing great. Several other pines needed treatment for pests and disease. On all accounts, the service was superb. TreeXperts took down two large ponderosas and trimmed up several other pines. The six workers accomplished this within one day. However, I was unhappy with the haphazard clean up, damage to three deciduous trees, damage to my yard by the heavy vehicles, and cracks and two shattered ares on my driveway. My neighbor also reported some damage when TreeXperts had to place their truck and crane on the neighbors property to take down one of the pines. I called TreeXperts the day after and Eric came out to take a look. However, he didnt take a look at my driveway as that had not been cleared yet. I called them regarding my driveway and have not had any response.

We have had Oregon Tree Experts come out to our property twice, and drop a total of 10 lodge poles dropped in precarious places. I can’t thank them enough for the professionalism they showed always! They did a great job on all of our trees, including proper trims and removal of some invasive and unhealthy trees we inherited from the previous property owner. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up afterwards, and every person on the crew was incredibly nice! The price was very reasonable and the process of getting an estimate was easy; the owner was very gracious and worked with us when we needed to add some additional trees to our project. They completed everything in time for us to do the next phase of our project, even with the add on. Will definitely call them again in the future!

We have used them on several occasions. We hired them to remove a tree that fell on our shed as well as remove low hanging dead branches on several trees. Their prices are reasonable, the employees are friendly and they do a good job of cleaning up. Would recommend them.

Another lie, the owner is livid with them!Totally irresponsible, lazy and undependable. They were hired to trim the branches to the fence line in the Spring. It is now August. They finally showed up months later, read the correct work order and clearly knew that to do. They disappeared in less than an hour. The owner apologized after seeing the work and promised they would be out asap. They did show up when I wasnt home and obviously did nothing. The branches still stretch to the roof. The owner is an obvious pathological liar. Zero chance of you fairing any better than me.

Central Oregon Tree Experts did some limb removal for us on a juniper that had gotten too close to our roof, and had sent a giant limb out over our neighbors fence and yard. When I told Brett I was concerned about the limb over the neighbors yard falling with heavy snow, he moved us up in the schedule. The guys who came out were professional and easy to work with. Experience of course is great and important which both Brett and Tyler have but we were super impressed with their personality style and skill. They used solid equipment and caution when accmplishing the job...which took finesse to land a dead double split 150 foot pine tree exactly where it needed to go. I will definitely use yhem again as i feel they care as well as do excellent work for a good fair price! Thx guys...you are the bomb!

Called Tree Xperts to trim up some pine trees for our preschool. The trees were hanging low and causing issues with parking, a play ground and one tree had a bunch of dead branches in it. I knew the work needed to be done by a professional to maintain the health and trees integrity. When they were done, the yard looked beautiful. The trees were nicely balanced, limbed up where people could walk under, and cars were not fighting with the trees to park. The work was done fast and all of the pine needles were cleaned up. For me and my other half, this work would have taken a weekend plus a few days. Some trips to the dump and getting covered in sap. Sure was nice to have it done so quickly.I would highly recommend this company if you are needing the job done efficiently and someone who takes great pride in their work.

Was in need of multiple tree removals and trimming at property in Black Butte Ranch. COTE were very responsive, came to the property to evaluate and give bid. Brett has been great to work with. He got one of his team to come in a few weeks early to get the dead stuff out of a tree that has some bug problems before a Real Estate photo shoot. Its going to show a whole lot better with the tree trimmed up! I also liked his initial visit when he walked the job and gave me a price on the spot. Ive worked with other arborists and they leave a bit too much mystery before they bid a job. I will work with him again when my trees need some attention!

While driving down Greenwood on a Monday night this truck came up behind me with its lights blaring so brightly I could have sworn he had his brights on. I opened my driver side door to look back at him while at a stop light, then he passed me. As he passed, I noticed that the 2 ladder in back of his truck were not secured. It took a solid 2 minutes for the blind spots to recede from my eyes . What level of necessity requires for your headlights to be this bright? If it was his brights, why didnt he turn them off when I very clearly looked back at him. Did you really not get it...terrible. I mean, I know what bad days are like, but, in the company truck?

Their crew was on my property for 6.5 hours.Of that one man spent 40 minutes talking to his wife. When they were leaving I asked why so early because my quote was based on an 8 hour day. They said they were leaving early because they took no lunch.When I called the office to complain I was told I had to pay one hour travel time, and for the lunch break they could have taken. They then had a worker return and demand immediate payment of $1200.00 before he would leave the property.Since I am a senior and can no longer do the work myself, I guess that figured they had an easy target. Maybe they did, but not again.

Brett and the entire team for Central Oregon Tree Experts did fantastic work for us on our Sisters property yesterday. Not only did the whole crew work hard all day, they were very thoughtful in their approach to each tree. We had quite a few mature Ponderosa trees, a couple Ash, a few Maple, and a few small nuisance trees like Juniper. They transformed our yard. A few of the Ponderosas are right up next to our house, but everything was so carefully executed there was not as much as a scratch on anything. They even removed a 30 to 36-inch diameter Ponderosa from right up on our fence line, and less than a foot from our neighbor’s house. I ended up watching for a large part of the day, impressed by their methods. As an engineer I am cautious and safety focused. I assumed the work would take two full days, and they got it done in one day. We will definitely be calling back Tree Experts whenever we need help with our trees. I can not believe how nice our trees look now, after years of neglect. Our whole yard and house looks much better!

If any one is looking for someone to trim their trees, this is the company you must use!. They just spent 4 hours here and did a fabulous job of trimming two very large juniper trees.- and also cut down a very large dead juniper. I cant say enough on what experts they were in how they did the work. The two trees were surrounded by plants and they didnt damage any of them. There was one person in the tree cutting and two on the ground handling the branches as they fell. I am so happy with the results that I am having them come back in the fall and do more trees! Thank you for caring about my plants!

I had Brett and his crew take down approximately 20 trees on my property, I thought the guys did a great job they were super friendly and proffesional.I had a couple of bids from other companies Bretts prices were the best, go with these guys you will be happy that you did.

I live in an apartment complex and my cat ran outside and straight up a tree. I spent and hour trying to get him down. Finally, I caved and called around to all of the tree arborists in town to see if anybody would help. When I called Brett at Treexperts, he was the only one willing to hear me out and even consider helping me. All other companies flat out said no, we cant help. Brett quoted me less than their normal rate, and were even willing to work with me on that price, considering it was such a strange request. They showed up 20 minutes after i called them, and they had my cat down within 5 minutes of arriving. Great response time. These guys are awesome and they are genuinely good people. I was expecting them to have an annoyed attitude, but they seemed more than happy to help my cat down. Real good guys. Thanks Treexperts. I didnt have a tree taken out, but I highly recommend this company if you want a legit and caring service company.
