Wade and his team show up on time are polite and do a fantastic job. I have used them for tree trimming, removal and emergency tree service last spring. Don’t go anywhere else!

I used Cedar Chips from Fagen Tree & Chips for my backyard last year and this year I am doing a minor refresh but discovered their Biofine compost. I used to get it from Deschutes Recycling and always struggled with the unwanted artifact (garbage, glass, etc). The Biofine from Fagen Tree & Chips is the cleanest and nicest Ive ever seen. Add to that all of their products are locally sourced and keep our forests healthy and you cant go wrong. I highly recommend

I know I can count on them for the office parking lot any time we get over 2 inches of snow (my request). They do a great job & came back 1 time when there were a couple of cars parked early & Fagans could not get a full sweep of the plow through, just to be sure it was done thoroughly.

We live in Crossroads subdivision in Sisters and we had Fagen Tree Service remove four large trees for us. They were professional, on time and came when they said they would to grind down the stumps. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS SHOWN UP ON TIME FOR US, AND WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR 20 PLUS YEARS. They are excellent at tree trimming and downing huge trees.

Atree fell on my house and they were there the next day to clean it up in a professional manner. Great service! Wouldnt hire anyone else, very fast and efficient.

After calling to place an order for 20 yards I was told someone would come that night or the next morning. $15 a yard with a $75 delivery fee. 10 days pass and no delivery. I called back to see where the delivery was or get an estimate of delivery time and was told the price was now $95 to deliver and $20 a yard.Its a bit discouraging when there is either a lack of communication or a complete disregard for actual pricing and customers. I did not fulfill my order.

Fagans tree and chips is locally owned very affordable good quality the owner is hard-working and friendly. Its in a convenient location and the wood chips look amazing in our yard.

These people never show up on time. Had to call several times to get them out to my home after being told that they would be there the first week in Oct. Finally got a person to call me back after I threatened to hire someone else. He then told me that someone would be here by afternoon. That person called me and said it wouldnt be until the next morning at 9 A.M. then they called that morning to say it was going to be 9:30. I told them that I needed the stumps ground down they said extra charge I said okay. As I needed them done before Monday be cause I am having my yard redone. Then they said it would be done before Monday some time between Thursday and Saturday well here it is Saturday and they have yet to show up or call and say why not. Bad business practices
