Went here today for a new battery for my car and the folks here did an excellent job, and had great attitudes.I paid for the battery but was not charged to have it installed, or to have my fluids checked and topped off, which is amazing to me since batteries arent a very profitable item for them to sell in general.Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Thanks for the fiasco down the road guys. Noticed a tick in my motor, was low on oil shortly after a fluid change, didnt think to check the level until motor started making noises without any kind of leaking in my driveway. Good job

Brought my wife’s new Explorer in for its first oil change. The techs were careful to make sure the right oil grade and weight was to be used. I had doubts that conventional oil was be used in a turbocharged engine but the tech took the time to call Ford and verify. That’s good work.I do have a gripe and it’s the reason I didn’t give the service 5stars. The shop does not use fender covers anymore. Oil Can Henry’s (the previous owner) did. I had oil smears left on the front drivers side quarter panel from either the oil gun hoses or techs leaning on the car. Please use some protective coverings. It’s an easy fix… Tim

Incredible service and a huge time saver! My oil light came on during a road trip to Bend 3 weeks after I got an oil change. They took a look at my oil levels, hose and gasket to find the other business DID NOT tighten the hose connection or install a gasket to prevent oil from dripping out of the bottom. The entire team was so helpful, professional and it took under 15 minutes to diagnose, fix and explain the issue. They checked my other fluid levels and a few other connections as well. They didnt even charge for topping off the oil or the courtesy check - Thank you!!!

Friendly, polite, professional folks work here. The place is spotless. I have been there three times in the past month and each time I leave thinking this IS the best place to go in Bend for an oil change and other car services.

Put the wrong oil in my vehicle, said they were going to get proof from my mechanic to make it right. Its been weeks and thwy have no gotten proof from mechanic or called me back. I called today and whomever the manager was thay spoke to me was incredibly rude. I simply want a new and free oil change for the inconvenience. Ive been going to the same location for years and have a great raport with them so Im pretty pussed and shocked with how this is all being handled. South Hwy 97 Bend location.

They always have great deals online and send coupons through the mail. So no matter what you get a great quality oil change and you pay a great price. Some places charge a little too much for an oil change, but with the deals/coupons I pay around $45 for a synthetic blend. Even when they are busy you will be in and out before you know it!

Been sitting here for 30 minutes, and no one has even walked up to say hello or tell me how long its going to be. Someone else pulls up and is immediately greeted and directed to park in a spot for next up service. Incredible waste of time. Go to prolube down the street.

I usually change my own oil but passing through bend with no tools led me here. The crew is very professional and efficient. They have 10/10 communication with each other and with the customer. Dylan let me know in detail what they where doing. The oil change took less than 10 minutes.

Took my car 2 weeks ago for a tenas service, I told them to put the honda trans fluid in because Hondas are very picky with their trans the guy told me that it will be fine if they put their fluid in it well... they were wrong my trans has been shifting poorly now, not to mention I took my other car in a month ago and they over filled my oil, I will not be going to the one by highway 97 ever!! Ill stick with my 3rd street one instead.

We are on the road and needed an oil change so we stopped in here based on the good reviews. Got there at opening and were out the door in 15 minutes. They changed my oil and performed some pretty comprehensive preventative checks over my vehicle, which I was not expecting, but very welcoming of. Really courteous service and very quick and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

These guys are SO nice. You just roll through without getting out of the car and theyre incredibly friendly and cool. Kind of a hilarious bunch! We brought in a $7 coupon and the guy helped us save $15 instead!

This business stripped my oil pan, causing me to require a full replacement, which cost more than $900 at the dealership. They stated because I was outside of the 6 month and 3000 mile warranty they could not do anything to assist. I escalated as high as they would allow and got the same response. They suggested attempting to repair it, which the dealer recommended against. It is not worth the small savings and few minutes of your time, take your business elsewhere.

Waited for over an hour behind a Silverado that was getting more than on oil change. Watching cars and trucks in the other lane, that arrived after we did, go though service was more than frustrating. I’m not sure why they don’t prioritize on a first come, first serve basis, but given everything, I would not recommend, especially if you happen to choose the wrong lane.

They are fast, reasonably priced and it beats the hell out of me going it.

I really enjoyed Valvoline Instant Oil Change. They had fast and knowledgeable service. The techs greeted me as soon as I pulled up. I never had to get out of my car and they were done in about 15 minutes. Prices were fair and they offered additional services too if needed. Overall good place for a quick oil change.

I had to go back because they didnt have my filter. I got that excuse 15 minutes before closing time. I went back the next day and they were fast and friendly.

I go there every time that I need to have my oil changed. You sit in your car while they are doing the work. They are very good about telling one what needs to be done with their vehicle. They also listen to what you have to say. The service is fast and excellent.

First time to Valvoline after having a terrible experience at Havoline (Twice actually) so I was a little suspicious. However, this was so much better of an experience. Having super friendly people with extensive knowledge and a no pressure atmosphere was awesome and a big difference from other places where they try to upsell you more forcefully. Which I hate. Very fast service and great people.

Incredibly good service! Stopped in thinking it was time for an oil change. They looked and said my oil looked fine. They checked the Carfax records and my mileage and determined I had another 3 months on my current oil then topped me off for free! I will be doing all my oil changes here!

On a road trip otherwise I change my own oil. Went in with own oil and filter and staff were business oriented and nice enough. Quizzed the guy on a couple things and they seemed to be knowledgeable.However, after I left I checked underneath the car to see if the new filter had been installed or if there were leaks and there was oil everywhere around the filter. The filter was covered and dripping with oil as were the exhaust heat shields around it. Given how basic cleaning up your own mess is, Id have to say this extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Also, I was put in a situation where I had to fix this or go back and ask. The manager came out, cleaned it up in the parking lot and said hed say something to the guy in the pit. I sure hope he did because if I was the manager I sure as h*ll wouldnt lay in the parking lot cleaning up someone elses lazy, sloppy work.Yet another instance of why I do my own work.Edit 7/14/18: During my service, I was also informed one of my rear license plate lights was burnt out and theyd be happy to replace it. When I changed my air filter today, I noticed both of the lights working perfectly.Always ask technician, to show you the problem they are describing, and if you decide to get the repair, have them show you the completed work. Ask to see the old parts too.

Theyre always friendly and very professional, speedy, courteous, its the best quick oil change station Ive been to, and they can do other maintenance too.

Super professional guys. They were a pleasure. I’ve been to Valvoline multiple times for an oil change. Went there recently as I was going on a trip and got my oil changed and for the first time had them do my air filter. They made a simple mistake and put my air filter assembly back on there wrong. Easy mistake but it nearly cost me my entire catalytic converter. My car was taking in air it wasn’t supposed to and caused my engine to misfire. Luckily I caught the mistake in time and fixed it myself but I won’t be returning I’m just going to my mechanic from now on.
