I had Susan do my nails, I showed her a picture of an example of how I wanted it and she did perfect. She made sure the colors were perfect and took her time. Usually people would try to rush but she didn’t and I am in love with it 😍. Thank you Susan!, I will continue going to you for my nails

This was my first visit to this nail salon I called before going there to make sure it wasn’t busy as I got there I was taken care of right away I’d suggest you call or make an appointment it gets busy really fast the tech that did my nails was Kevin he’s really good and patient I wasn’t sure what I wanted but he worked with me and did exactly what I wanted. Great experience

I started coming here about six months ago every two weeks. I love the vibe. Everyone is so nice. Jennifer does my nails and toes. She’s the best. So talented and takes her time. She also does my eyebrows. 10/10 would recommend.

If i could give it zero stars i would. The design wasnt great and it was very messy. i just wanted to leave at the point and in the very last step two of my fingers got cut as shown on the photos below. It was very unnesscary and seemed like the nail tech didnt even care that she cut me.Also my sister got an awful manicure. The nail polish was patchy and smudged bc the nail tech didnt let her dry it completly.Never coming back here. if you care about your nails health and wanting quality nails dont come here.

They do amazing nails, just don’t get Linda to do your nails because she’s loud, rough, and will get up a million times while doing your nails. There is always a line so make sure you make an appointment even though I’ve heard they still make you wait. They give the worst pedicure ever lol and it’s not an understatement. The pedicures are 15 min max, no massage just cut nails, barely scrub, and paint for $50. I recommend for nails but not pedicures. If you find a nail tech you like and make an appointment directly with them I think you’ll be fine. Don’t make the appointment by calling the salon.

Jason was my technician. It was my first time there. Jason was absolutely wonderful. He did an excellent job removing old thick gel without weakening my own nails. He was very professional and gave me what I asked for. I will definitely make another appointment and go back.

Mediocre at best, and definitely does not pay attention to details. She was very rough until eventually she cut me and I started bleeding. Every time I come here after making an appointment over the phone, I still have to sit and wait another 30 minutes. Then watch other people that didn’t make an appointment go before me. I don’t have time for arguing with anyone. I come here to get a piece of mine. You will not get that here.

I went to Q’s nails for the first time yesterday after trying for awhile to find a nail salon closer to my house, and I had a wonderful experience. I came in without an appointment, was told to check-in, and was seated less than 5 minutes after. Tim was who did my nails, and he did an EXCELLENT job! He was extremely detail oriented, and seriously took his time on each nail individually. The environment is very relaxing and welcoming. All of the employees are constantly making jokes and laughing which makes you very comfortable (unlike some salons where they are rude and rush their clients). The only negative thing I have to say about my experience, was the high price I paid for this set— $70 (not including tip). I will definitely be back !

It was a great but it is getting way overpriced. I just spent $80 on a basic nail set. I’ve been going to Q’nails for 5 years now, and I have never been charged this much for a basic acrylic set. Best believe its the last $80 I am ever spending in this salon. I literally only got Gel & Long nails. $65 okay but $80?! and they were trying to charge me $85?! Obnoxious. No design no nothing. just GEL

Linda did my lashes Saturday evening with very short notice. Everyone was really nice but I absolutely HATEEEE my lashes. I dont usually come here for lash services, but I live in the area and decided to try. I told her that I like a mix of medium and long lashes with a natural look (usually very simple for my regular lash technician). She did them so big and heavy it looks like bird wings. I have been patiently waiting for them to fall off, and as they do, its taking my real lashes because of the hard NAIL glue that was used. I may go back for nails, but I will NEVER EVER get lashes done here again. Other than me hating my lashes, the salon is clean and everyone greeted me and was nice. I just really hate my lashes!

They are only taking customers who will submit to the gels. Its all about money. Gels cost more, and thats all theyre interested in, is money. Not keeping long standing customers, who have healthy, natural nails happy, doesnt seem to be a concern for them. Im already established at another, nice, clean and accepting salon.

This is the best place for nails in the Beltsville area! I live up the street so walk in for mi nail appointments. They are very kind and accommodating when you don’t have an appointment. You wait for the next available tech and it’s no longer than 20-30 mins. The staff is very friendly and they even play hip hop music if you’re into it, which I am. The play is very clean and following Covid procedures. They take your temp as soon as you come in and ask u to wash your hands. Pedicure stations are covered in individual tarps and cleaned after every use. They are amazing with nail designs. The last 3 times I have given them a picture of what I wanted and they delivered! Love this place!

Do NOT go to Mr. Le! He is mean, threatening and very rough with women. I have been going here for 7 years and has always supported Linda and her sons but they continuously give me to the bottom feeder techs. Mr Le didn’t even do a proper pedicure, missed several steps and when I said something he got even more nasty. He only calmed down when I spoke to Linda and he realized that I knew other techs there, then he got nice in order to get a tip. I won’t be back!

I went in with a picture of an acrylic full set for my niece to receive plus she wanted a regular pedicure.I left the salon while the service was being performed due to Covid. When I came back they were still working. When it was to pay the shop owner says,” ok, let me see your nails. Then she says, ok you owe $60. So we paid and left the salon. Two minutes later,the owner and the nail tech come running outside to me catch me saying, “ excuse me ma’am but you owe us $25 more dollars. I said why? They said $25 for the pedicure. I said,” so I paid $60 for an acrylic full set.”?So turns out they did not give my niece what I requested They used powder, which costs more, and did not give the nail length, shape, and designed I asked for.Please if you choose to go here, specify exactly what you want and know the cost before your service, if it is important to you.What happened to me was very unprofessional. You don’t come chasing out the door at a customer when they have already paid and left. Definitely want be returning here. This shop used to be better but oh well I guess things change.

I will say my nails look beautiful and they lasted very long and didn’t break at all. I had them on for three weeks until I took them off and they didn’t loose shine or chip or anything.But the process of getting them done was not so pleasant. The nail artist put on the nails crooked on a few nails and he was not paying attention to details. As soon as he sat down he started facetiming someone on the phone and was texting someone through the process and glued on the tips so fast, so no wonder they came out crooked.Around the end of the process my nails were bumpy so he shaved down the nails on one hand, but for the other hand, I had to consistently tell him to shave each nail down. They were obviously bumpy but he wanted to get out of doing more work so he kept saying they were fine and kept filing the nails on that hand with the block file aggressively, but they were still bumpy. I had to keep telling him to shave each nail one by one, and he did them but it was annoying that I had to keep trying to convince him that they were bumpy.

Honestly they have amazing designs, so I went in despite there being so many people (which isnt the safest during Covid regardless of how many measures you may take). I had an appointment, and still they managed to have me sit at a station unattended for about 15 minutes. I hate acrylic and usually prefer to do the dip powder. They basically pressured me to get acrylic, claiming they wouldnt be able to achieve the design on dip powder nails. That got me so annoyed because I even called ahead and asked if they could do it with the dip powder and they assured me they could! I went ahead and let her do the acrylic, and my nails still came out great and she honestly did a beautiful job. Unfortunately, my nails started lifting 4 days after. Ive been getting my nails done for a while and Ive never had lifting such early on. The lifting got so bad after day 7- like half of the acrylic had lifted off, no lie, I felt like I had put on one of those CVS press-ons. Dont pressure me into getting acrylic nails that arent even worth it because they lifted in a matter of days! My pinky fingers were so bad and so painful and ended up having to cut the nails off little by little until there wasnt any acrylic left. Never going back.

I was declined a toe nail repair because the manager said no one wanted to do it and no one even tried to look at my toe that was cracked slightly . I spend $140 just to get my nails done every time with Paul !!! so I’m not returning and they made Paul loose a customer and more, then hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager . Bad service very rude and they try to get into your personal bussiness and over-charge you $30 because of Covid now wow in a old small salon ... last set I had didn’t last but a week and they think to highly of themselves here ... but you just lost a good customer and more & I’m definitely reporting that too everyone I also sent here thanks but no thanks

My mom brought me here to fix up a shabby job done at another nail shop and i was very pleased. Susan did a great job. My nails came out beautifully. I will definitely be returning (just not during leak hours or the weekend).

They do excellent work. 3 stars because although they are friendly they still lack in the customer service department...if that makes sense. Tip: if you let them do what they want your nails come out so much better. Sometimes I pick the color and let them decide how they want to design my nails and what shape. Other times I let them pick the color and give the full creative control. Ive been coming here for 6 months now.

I came for a normal pedicure today and I really loved how Q Nails opens up the sterilized instruments pack in front of me to let me know the instruments are sterile. I also liked the customer care, everyone is very nice. Jennefer did my pedicure, she’s awesome. Highly Recommend!

Susan did an absolutely FANTASTIC job!!! My nails were exactly how I wanted them to be and all I had to do was show her a picture! She is the first one there who has done a near perfect job on my nails. Will be definitely coming back for Susan!

Overpriced for a basic pedicure with gel polish

I was hoping to really like this place since is so close to my house I got a gel manicure the towels at each place I got seated were dirty I saw nails of other customers there and wet gel powder 😑 I felt like I was been rushed i felt like the manager that was doing my nails could have done a better job I felt like I wasn’t taking care of she was pausing every minute to take care of the customers and answer phones then coming back to me like I didn’t matter If it wasn’t for me telling her the nail polish looked messy and rushed she wouldn’t had cared I had to advocate for all my nails and she had to do them again I still ended up tipping anyway but I am unfortunately not coming here again..I beleive changing their towels after each client and having a person at the front desk will be beneficial for this business in busy hours.. ..

I had one of the best pedicures ever this morning (the ultimate pedicure $40). The girl was so nice, took her time, did excellent job, and I felt $40 was a great price for the service. I am traveling and staying at a nearby hotel and happened to see this place. I looked up recent reviews which made me think twice about going. I’m so glad I tried it anyways. If I lived in the area, this would be my spot!

I enjoyed my time at the salon and my nails looked great...but the acrylic was so thin within 6 days 5 nails broke completely off. Paid $130 and now it doesn’t seem worth it.

I had come in with a broken nail. The staff was so nice and caring about my nails and they made sure that I was okay and that my nails looked good when I left. Also the salon is very clean and everything is reasonably priced.

I love this place travel from Fort Washington to them once a month get what I call full treatment still learning proper terms new to this but they have no problem helping me understand. They take good care of me every time I go and are very patient and make sure I am happy when I leave. Would totally recommend them my sister in law introduced them to me and i tried someone else in between not happy and 5 minutes from my home so i will continue to go see Ms Linda and her team its worth the trip. Thank you so much for being patient and understanding.

Ive gone here a few times. The staff has always been polite. They have upgraded pedicure chairs and manicure stations. This place is exceptionally clean and is sanitary with the tools they use. They open a new package every time and put them in a used bin when done. I recommend going here by yourself or with a friend or two. And the prices are very reasonable.

First off, I was referred by a friend who highly of this place. But she must of been talking about another nail salon because the service I received was terrible. I was getting my gel fil in by a woman. Like already in the process of taking off the old gel polish. A regular came in with no appointment and the woman going my nails decided to bump me over to a young girl who was in the middle of eating a sandwich!! THen I had to wait for her to finish eating and she took 90 minutes to give me a gel polish! It was super thin and did lot last very long. Was I practice for the nail tech... if so I shouldnt have been charged full price.The woman who my original nail tech kicked me out her chair for was finished before me and I was there 30 min before her. UNPROFESSIONAL!! you disrespect new customers and jump up when regulars come in. Smh I could of been a regular but Ill be spending my money elsewhere...

My service here was lukewarm. The pedicurist did a really good job on my feet, but my overall experience at the salon was below average due to my interaction with the cashier. The cashier was very rude to the friend I was with, and the workers constantly debated on what price to charge her. They made a scene in front of the store, and it was embarrassing to watch. Quite frankly, after this experience, I will not be returning to this salon.

The lady I had was pleasant. The thing I didn’t like was that:I came in with a full set and gel on my toes. I was informed that it would be $5.00 to take the gel off my toes, even though I was getting a pedicure.About the pedicure: I had a pedicure with essentially just hot water. I was asked what type of pedicure I was getting, and when I chose the “basic pedicure”, a drop of coloring was added to the water. No suds or anything with an aroma.The second thing was that: I would also be charged another $10.00 to remove my acrylic off my nails, even though I was getting a gel manicure.I don’t think I should be charged an extra $15.00, especially when I am not just coming in to remove the products I have on.I still tipped the woman, (because I wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t), but the money I was charged extra could have went towards another service, or added to her tip.Overall, nice salon, lots of color choices, but the upcharge on certain services is not fair.

I stopped in because my friend lives across the street, and we needed manicures and pedicure for a trip we’re going on next week. We were greeted immeadiately and signed in. Wendy took care of me and did a fantastic job! I’m usually very picky but I will definitely be back to see her!

Very bad establishment, will never go there. I had a lady that did my nails and instead of her soaking my SnS powder off, she ripped it off and now I have two fake nails on my real nails. I was so angry to the point while she did my nails she didnt tell me to wash my hands to wash the residue off my hands. My nails dont look smooth its has bumpy feel and its uneven. Terrible job! Charged me 75 dollars to To do everything and extra 5 dollar to get callus off my feet which should be part of the pedicure but to each its own. Very packed and just rushed job. Nope, nope and NOPE! PAUL must be the best in that salon because he did this lady nails and I kept staring at them... Great job but he have a lot of customers that comes to him so he stays booked!

Worst manicure and pedicure. Tammy did my toes and the nail polish was coming off the next day. I went to get it fix and took almost ans hour to get it fixed. Kevin did my nails and all of them were thick and uneven. Polish was to thin eventhough he put three coats and one of them broke, I fixed it myself and it looks better than the ones he did. I do not recommend this place.

I am giving this nail salon 1 star because they charged me $8 for a matte top coat when the whole bottle cost $8.50 . I do not think this is fair to their customers that are loyal and who referred me to this nail salon , it’s not fair to any customers that want to find a dependable salon. I moved Maryland about a year ago and I spent majority of those first months looking for favorites (nails, hair, brows, etc...). I’m so glad I stumbled upon Q’s nails. I’ve now been there over 5 times and there hasn’t been a single time that I’ve been even slightly disappointed. I’ve tried a different nail tech each time and they’re all very skilled. They’re all pretty friendly and so creative. I don’t see myself going anywhere else.Nail place? ✔️

Fastest full set I’ve ever had in my life. Ok service. I like the check in system. Didn’t oil my cuticles or lotion my hands like I am used to at most nail salons. Nail matrix isn’t built properly, meaning many of the nails are on the flatter side. Ok experience. Jennifer did my nails. 4 days later one nail lifted. 5 days later a nail comes completely off. A week after, 5 nails lifted and one off. I’m thinking they save the best service for their return clients.

Not impressed . They sat me down and the lady started and then her scheduled client comes in 10 minutes later and she says you gotta get up my client is here . The man that took me next didn’t clean up the extra residue from the excess polish . While I was tipping thru cash app , he looked at my phone and asked what I was tipping him. I gave him a low tip because of how everything was going . After he asked that I didn’t feel bad for tipping what I gave him.

Love this place! I have been coming here for years because I grew up in the area. I live in Clinton Md and still drive the half hour just to get my nails done here. Tom does a wonderful job and they are all pretty good. I have tried so many other places in my area and I am always disappointed and end up coming back!

The young girl that did my pedicure was really nice but EXTREMELY slow. It should never take 2 hours to do a pedicure. Not to mention there was a male worker with a ponytail who clearly knew one of his customers... so well, that he took her pepper spray and sprayed it into the sink while there were several customers in the shop including 2 small babies.. which ultimately made some of us in the shop cough.. They were even asked if someone sprayed pepper spray and they blatantly lied about it. I couldnt possibly make this up since I just witnessed this with my own two eyes on Saturday. Nice location but very unprofessional staff. I would not recommend.

Didnt have the best experience as a new customer. I wasnt greeted or even acknowledged until 15 minutes after I walked in the half empty salon. I was finally asked what service I wanted *___*. I explained the nail style I wanted and they seemed to have soooo much trouble trying to figure it out, I even showed them a picture of what I wanted.This was all baffling to me because all of their IG posts consisted of ALL types of nail designs. Why was my simple nail design request so complicated to do? My nail tech did a good job shaping my nails but put very little effort into the design. My nail tech was also VERY rough with my fingers to the point where my fingers were sore through to the next day. He also seemed to be in a rush that he ended up cutting my skin with the electric buffer. I was disappointed with my nail design that I went back the next day to get them fixed. The nail tech who fixed my design was very nice. A day after that, the matte polish started coming off....I do not plan on returning to this place. Just seems like they are cool with their regular customers. Lastly, another thing that disgusted me is that a few of the nail techs go outside and sit in the chairs next to the front door of the salon to smoke their cigarettes, they come right back in the salon WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS and proceed to work on a customers hands or feet. I am one and done with this place.

I had a guy who took care of me he was in rush He did a horrible job he cut me 5 times ! I would definitely post a picture of how terrible and messy he left my nails He should not work there !! Now I had brought my sister it’s her first time doing a manicure , The guy name Kevin took care of her . He does a very good job have no problem with him until I asked him why He was charging 50 for my sister . He said because of length when I was very new to this store I asked if they charge for length they said no ! I know the store prices very well . They love to make their own prices ! But not only that he catch a little smart mouth with me and as that he claimed to be a manager I was very respectful to him I have never disrespected none of the staff in there . I’m a manager my own self . I never treat my customers like that . In other words I am never ever coming here . I would love to spend my money somewhere that’s worth it and love giving tips who do a fantastic job on everything but unfortunately this is not the place I’m very disappointed! I had been going to this nail salon for several months since it was located very close to my job and convenient. At first the staff was friendly and did a decent job with my nails. I usually had Kenny do my nails. The last time I went, Tammy did my nails and offered a cuticle cut down. She said that I really needed it, it was only five dollars, it would make my nails look so much better. Foolishly, I agreed and a week later, I ended up in an ER having my finger lanced to drain the swelling from an infection caused by her cuticle cut down!! It was a horrible experience. And to top it off, they wont take ANY responsibility for this problem. They came up with some crazy, pitiful excuse that the cut on my finger isnt on my cuticle so it cant be their fault!! I explained there was an incision on my finger below the nail bed from the doctor, who had to cut my finger open because of the swelling THEY caused from doing my nails. They refused to reimburse me for anything, not even the cost of my nails. I will NEVER do business with them ever again, and I strongly discourage anyone who goes there. They are incompetent and will not stand up for a problem they caused.

Sad how this place is down the street from me and I rather go further out and pay more for good service. They must all be best friends how they talk to each other more than working which takes longer to get the service done. Been here a couple of times and wouldnt go back.

Im not going to say dont go there but I will say if you want your nails to last at least 2weeks then you want to ask for Paul or Jackie.I have been going there strictly because this is the only place that can do my daughters nails and they dont come off. I get the SnS on my nails and this last time I went to Kevin to do my nails, he did them completely wrong and they only lasted 1week. This is not the first time this has happened!!!

Yesterday I wasn’t given good service at all. I was told to pay before the service started. My nails weren’t what I wanted at all for somthing as simple as just acrylic with no color. And to make it worst they gave me the length of what my nails were just because and my nails aren’t even. I used to go here all the time and now it’s like they only give good service to people who give good money. I’m giving my money regardless so I think I deserve proper service.

They do surgery on your toes, but it comes out great!
