Linda & her team is always there for us. I don’t know why but we end up going late every time but they are always willing to help us even its late.They don’t rush and make sure you have relaxing experience while doing your manicure pedicure☺️

Rose, Kim and Linda are amazing!!. My sister is getting married so we went to get nails done to match her tropical theme :) My mom got Mani/Pedi from Kim and she said she really relaxed her tired feet lolRose was so thorough and very detailed! She asked me every step of the way if it was what I liked/wanted and even made such great suggestions that I didnt even think of! Linda did my sisters nails (her wedding dress is green) and the picture speaks for it self lol SO BEAUTIFUL!

The salon is clean, they are constantly disinfecting everything. The staff is very friendly. Service is excellent. The natural mani/pedi is great. I highly recommend this establishment.

I went there this Saturday and she drilled my nails wayyyyy to hard do we she applied to acrylic my hand started burning. Then when I went to go wash me hands I noticed that I was bleeding. And she was doing my nails and another girl at the same time.

Ive been going to this place since I was 17 yrs old. I am now 32. The owner SMH. They do great work but cater to a certain kind of people who do not look like me. I try to look beyond the fluctuations in prices for my services and the bad attitudes but Im not sure if I can much longer. I go to them when I have an event or something special to do and I want my look tight. Kim is the best. Jennifer is a sweetheart and has never forgotten my name. Does nails like a champ. Mimi is good too but shes very moody. I dont make appointments anymore cause Id still be sitting and waiting upon my arrival. On time, early, doesnt matter. Just really bad attitudes at times. Ive been loyal so where tf is my loyalty???

Terrible service. The technician kept filing on my nail bed and cuticles despite telling her several times. I had to reflexively take away my fingers from her grasp. Have lacerations and terrible pain around each of my fingers.

Ive been coming here to get my nails done for years, Linda always gives me the best service possible. Her staff is friendly and professional. They are taking COVID precautions seriously and the place is kept very clean and safe.

Wonderful experience. They are practicing good sanitation due to Covid. They insisted I wash my hands upon entry and use hand sanitizer before sitting in the chair.

Came in with CLEAR description of what I wanted. Not only was a mix of dipping powder and acrylic placed on my nails and not properly, the tech didnt actually know how to make the design and said my nail is too short for the design Dont waste your money.

I asked for almond nails and got stiletto, she was very rough and made me bleed and laughed and just wiped it off. Plus my nails are very uneven. I was early about ten minutes and they gave me another woman instead of the one i was supposed to see. Just over all very odd and not coming back.

I got my nails done on 7/28/2020. By 8/2/2020 e ery nail had broken off. I came back and theater said it was something I did that I clipped them off. I had proof and brought the nails with me so she could see i didnt clip them. She put the tip on it way to far up on my nail. I would give zero stars if it allowed me to. COMPLETELY unprofessional.

Very friendly staff!! I got a Full set and pedicure and Kim did a phenomenal job on my feet especially removing all the dead skin. Kim took her time and stayed late just for me!! Overall I had a great experience and will definitely come back. Great experience☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Jennifer is fast, efficient, professional and detailed. I appreciate not having to “guard” over my nails while having them done. Being able to relax during my service means a lot. In the end, my nails are beautiful.

This place is horrible please stay away. My wife went had her nails done and 2 days later 4 of then broke off by the next next day all were off. We went back up and explained that she was doing nothing to brake and you could see how very thin the other nails were and broke off just by taping them.Very poor quality. Too many other nail salons to go to close by better quality.

I visited this place today and all I could say is that customer service is beyond GREAT! Thank you Ms. Loan and all the other wonderful ladies that work there.

Decided to stop by to get a eyebrow wax. I should have read the reviews before I went. I was looking for a place to go to during my lunch hour. Sloppy work and it was rushed. I concur with other reviews... they didn’t trim or even wipe the wax completely off. Definitely won’t return. First visit and last!

I went to get a pedicure and was very impressed by the amount of time and care they put into it. This was my first time and I would definitely come back again.

Paid 65.00 dollars showed her that part of my nail wasnt done she said it my skin. I got the mood changing polish it started stripping in two days. The person who done my feet really did it well. Wont be going back there though.

This is the last time I will ever give them my business.... Currently here they were supposed to open at 9:30am. I came at 9 :15 they were working on a appointment client and said they were about to open. 10:15 am all the technicians start coming in. I said to the owner or boss. Yall come in late on Saturdays? She ignores me and when I tried to have a conversation about my wait. Because I prepaid and had somewhere else to be she ignores me again . So I asked for a refund . Then she didnt know how to do a refund through the credit cards. This was the third time this same lady was nasty to me. And the service is for my daughter. What is so amazing is no one would say anything about the service . Even the the clients were 🤐🤐 they were being treated any way as well. You wont get a cent from me again. Be Ware ladies. They are rude, late to open and have no regurd for valued customers

I have been going to Kim for quite awhile. She is great. The salon has updated the pedicure seat the light fixtures and the TV. I like hanging out there.

If I could rate this shop -100 I would except google will only let me put 1 star. I only stopped in here because my regular nail shopped was closed . This is one of the worst nail salons I ever been too. The wait was over an hour just to get my nails done and the lady who sits at the first table to the right has the worst attitude ever. When I walked in no one greeted me for the first 5 minutes, definitely would not recommend this nail shop to anyone.

They are the best in this area. Lots of competition and they are packed most of the time because they are quality and honest. Always love being pampered in my nails.

I dont know what it was, but the manager was giving me a hard time...she kept snatching the gel colors from my hand, kept giving me attitude. This was my second visit, and drove out of my way to come here....at least theyre good then it comes to hygiene... (2:53pm...not even near closing time)

Good nail selection and designs but a bit pricey

Ive been going to my nails for a very long time. The last few times Ive been the work hasnt been up to par and the service hasnt been that great. I went Sunday and they only had 2 people working. When asked the owner said we were slow so everybody else left. I got there about 4:15 and there was only one person inside. While I sat and waited for my cousin to get her nails done first 5 people walked in wanting to get pedicures and nails, 4 left because there was nobody working. If your business hours are until 6 you dont send or let employees leave early, they lost business due to that. When my cousin was just about finished, I was next to get in the chair some girl walked in and she was taken to get her nails done before me after I sat there for over an hour. I walked out without getting my nails done and refuse to give them anymore of my business. Ive been looking for a new salon for a few months and this was the final straw. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I just got one of the worst gel manicures Ive ever had. The woman filed my nails down way too far without asking, roughly buffed not just my nails but my skin too, and then slobbed the paint down - every nail required clean-up. Ive gotten decent manicures there before, but this was the last one for me.

Terrible customer service.I was waiting for over an hour, I should’ve just walked out and left.The nail tech was rude, and untalented. Uneven nail length and shape and tried to upscale me. I had a full set and my nails didn’t even last a week before they started chipping off.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.They are rasist, prejudice and money hungry so much so they do not delivery good service at all. I waited an hour to have my nails filled only for them to ignore me and take “other” customers coming after me. I felt so uncomfortable. I just had a full set and pedicure there a week prior and just needed a fill but their need for for gluttony cost them a returning customer. The trash talk is obvious too. I’d just recommend another a few mins away.

Nail tech was good. Nails look nice however its only been a week and my sns gel is cracked & peeling. Not happy about this as I could usually go 3 weeks before a redo.

They dont even accept credit card, plus the owner is so annoying.dont even have smiling face.

Just left out today after waiting 15 minutes to get a pedicure only to have somebody else be seen a head of me without an appointment. Use to be my go to place for eyebrows but after what took place today I won’t be returning.

I have to give it to these people, they really tried and the guy who did my manipedi was a nice flirt and did work with me. Id give it 5 stars but the surroundings or ambience needs an upgrade and my Tech was a heavy smoker -- 2nd hand smoke is no joke. They rescued my nails from Fantasy Nails in Langley Park - NEVER go there unless youre absolutely broke and can put up with lousy/rude service.

There are a few great nail techs at this location, but the quality of work is questionable - given services feel rushed (as of the last year). Prices have changed, as well as personnel. Salon could use a much needed update (more of a themed environment). A few updates have been made, however the improvements made standout (not in a good way) given the salon itself is dated.

Ive been everywhere from the nails spot inside Walmart in Laurel to several shops on Georgia Ave. U get in and get out.The Shop overall 10 stars including all personnel there are very friendly.

I am using my husbands account..but i am a girl.Anyways this is the worst place iv ever been to. Please dont spend your money here. They are only interested in your money and they RUSH the job. I came in on a Friday afternoon the place was packed. I went to pick a color and they had VERY SMALL variety of colors. I sat down for almost 30 minutes while 2 nail techs were on there phone doing NOTHING. Another women walked in and was put in front of me. I still patiently waited. Finally i got asked to sit in the chair. The lady told me a full set would be 22 if I wanted medium sized nails. I said cool thats fine. I was indecisive about a color I wanted. It was between white and burgundy. I kindly asked her to paint one of my nails white so I could see how it looked. She gave me an ugly look and painted her nail instead of mine which is not what i asked. But I choose white anyways. She painted my nails so fast that after I looked at them the color did not look smooth at all. I could see white spots and there was tiny little hairs from the brush stuck to the nail. She then insisted on me goin to the dryer because she had another client. I said no im sorry but this color does not look smooth. Can you please fix it. She said this is the only white I have. But I said it doesnt look nice. Can i change the color if you cant fix it. She was so annoyed and told me okay I will charge you 25 NOW. I was pretty pissed at that point because it wasnt my fault but i said okay whatever. She then once again rushed to put on another color which was dark red. She then told me to go pay and said that i had to pay 27 dollers!!. I was like what ? for what. First you said 22 then 25 now 27.? I said no im not going to pay 27 your being a rip off and rushing me to see your other client. So she let me pay 25. She then put me next to the dryer. Let me say that the dryer DID NOT DRY ANYTHING i was there for 20 minutes and all it is is 2 regular light bulbs not the dark light bulbs like your supposed to have. Even the other lady beside me asked for a fan and the tech did not give her one. I left with un dried nails AFTER 20 MINUTES. When i got home i took off the nails. The color was ruined because it wasnt dry and the nail she did not even file underneath so it looked really unprofessional and ugly. I wasted 25 dollars just to pull them all off the next day.Not to mention the looks all the other workers gave me when I walked out.I saw the lady with the Louis Vuitton phone case btw. Not sure about the other techs.Terrible job, terrible customer service,rude techs, and they will rip you off any way possible and rush the job. Stay away!

Horrible eyebrow service. I felt like I was bothering HER! She was in such a rush and I was the only one waiting to get my eyebrows done in the whole shop! No wiping off the excess wax when she was done, no Brushing and trimming, no aloe, nothing. Never go here EVER

Long wait and they allow people to eat in the salon. Nothing worse than smelling acetone and chicken wings.

Linda did my nails and she cut both my thumbs. I paid $55 for a gel full set and cuts that stung for days. Index finger broke the next day while I was scratching my leg. Wont be back.

I made the worst decision to go through this place and I did nothing else because I was close to the area. Jennifer attended me and it was fatal. I became Dip in my hands and left my nails uneven in every way. Gel on the feet with it is fatal, it makes it too thick and the entire edge of the stained nail.
