Truly a crook in disguise. This office will steal from you and harass you. They call your family, friends, co workers, etc. They continually email and leave voicemails - when youve paid your premium. Family friends and myself have had several problems with State Farm and now this agent tops em all. Avoid Lauren Smith and State Farm like the plague!She is a thief!

Extremely rude in handling my claim. hung up the phone and wont return my call now. Fraud. will be taking the case to court since the insurance company do not want to admit to damaged they caused because of a car accident.
