Mark was so informative and helped us through the process of getting our home and auto insurance. They are very professional but also super friendly and prompt. We had to file a claim and it was very easy and settled quickly! They also have better rates than my previous! Mark was awesome and patient with us while we had some delays in our home close date and car issues. Highly recommend!

Its hard to find honest people to deal with whether its buying a car, getting remodeling done, buying insurance, etc. . Mark took care of some personal business for us very quickly and completely. After talking to him for a while we decided to transfer all of our insurance needs to him . No high pressure , just facts , which was refreshing. I highly recommend at least talking to him when your insurance needs change.

Chris was very attentive to getting me a great quote for insurance. I did end up going with a different company, but I was very impressed with the timely responses. He answered all my questions and took the time to compare my current insurance with his quote. He offered an affordable rate but coverage was low.

My original State Farm agency, after moving to Harrisonville, was Daryl Bohannon who was a friend as well as my agent.When he (Daryl) retired my account was transferred to the McBride agency which, at the time, irritated me since there are several agencies in Harrisonville but they were swamped.Im now quite glad that none of them could accept me cause Mark and his people have been literally outstanding !Every time Ive needed anything, adding a vehicle, blanket liability coverage, dealing with an accident, everything you can ask of an agency Mark & Crew have met & exceeded any expectationsI could ask for!I Highly Recommend the McBride agency for any and all insurance needs👌
