Since I was not traveling during this pandemic I wanted an auto policy that reflected the amount of driving I was doing. Jody was responsive to my needs.Initially, an Allstate rep called and described this type of policy but an emergency stopped our conversation. This has worked out and I plan continue the policy. Just moved to the area and got a quote. It was competitive so we decided to go ahead with the policy. A week later, we get a cancellation letter. I called to see why and nobody knew. Transferred me to someone else and they hung up on me. Called back and Jasmine said there was a report that they were supposed to run, but never did! How its that MY issue?? Still dont understand. She was really rude to me and had ZERO answers. Still dont have a clue why the policy was cancelled... Probably running a scam! I paid $230 for a week of coverage!

A buy over the internet. I took the price as it was competitive. Others close but not as good as this rate. I am retired and on a fixed income. I answered everything I was asked. THEN I get a 10% increase notice. Telling me I had not REALLY had home insurance and some other charge like a second car. I dont own the home. I rent. I have one car. I was quoted and THEN I got the increase a few month later. So when they took my on line questions and answers, I was duped. I got no relief. I never got a chance to speak to the agent about this. Just subordinates that could not answer my questions or register the complaint.NOTICE: Just got in my rate for the next 6 months. It went up 75%. No tickets, not accidents. I drive less than 25 miles a day.

Just received the details on my renewal. You would think it would go down the longer you are with a company, however its going up. I emailed back to see why and was told there was nothing they could do to decrease it. Ive started searching for other insurance, and found one over 100.00 cheaper. Really would prefer to keep the same company, but...
