FedEx lost my package. OK understandable. But the real problem was that while they had gps coordinates of where it was delivered to, they refused to share them with me. They wouldnt even tell me if the package was actually delivered within my county. Their followup on their own lost package was almost nothing. They simply dont care. Because it was left without a signature required, FedEx didnt have to pay for it either. I now try to do business with companies that do not use FedEx.

I wish I caught the wonderful employees name that helped me today.I needed to ship important equipment over night and was confirming information over the phone. I was frazzled and she stayed calm, helping me quite efficiently.

Overnight shipping. Tracking showed delivered at 11:04 am which was impossible. I was home.But I didn’t check tracking until ~9:00pm when I returned home as delivery was guaranteed by 8:00pm...No package on porch as stated on website.Next morning:I found my package this morning about 11am!It was in the driveway next door, not undercover, no plastic bag covering it, clearly wet from the overnight rain. Ironically it was directly underneath address sign “246” (shipping address is “247”) and less than 100’ from my actual porch, which has two address signs...FedEx never followed up - I had to call them. They explained that Thursday’s driver was “covering for the regular driver’s vacation, and less than proficient”. Unbelievable. Considering it was an $800+, overnight delivery, quite incompetent.Somebody is lazy, sloppy, stoned, stupid or some combination of those. Because it’s just not that hard.Finally, after “on the phone” for an hour+, I connected with Phillip Peterson this FedEx warehouse’s manager. Who was quite nice, apologetic, seemed on the ball. But did tell me his contract was with the shipper, not me. And that “someone might have moved the package”... uh, no.There were many opportunities to solve this:Call me for directionsRead address signsBag the boxCall dispatch for better directionsAsk neighborsFollow 1st thing next daySend out real driver next dayDid I mention that around 11:00am the day of delivery I saw a Fedex truck driving around and around my neighborhood?Who sends out “less than proficient” (Phillip’s words) drivers with thousand dollar packages!?!?

I got there just before 5pm. Two other customers in line before me. Then 3 more showed up.The 2 service agents were trying their best to process the overnight shipments before 5:00.Kudos to them!

As always FedEx delivers and in one undamaged piece. Why anyone would use the brown truck is beyond me, unless they like the tire tread marks or forklift punches.

Please initiate a coach & counseling in regards to your drivers speeding through Sandy Point-this is not a theme park! All residential areas, like most are 25 MPH! You shouldnt EVER need to remind professional drivers! Maybe a few speed traps might provide cognitive re-calibration. Thank you!

Many thanks to ED. After 3 times trial delivery for my international package, ED phoned me after his work hours, when figured out I would be at the bellingham airport 8:10am next day, ED went to the office earlier so that I could get the package. Thank you again ED

Horrible business hours and customer service. How can anyone working normal business hours make it to pick up packages? First FedEx lost my $999.00 package, then shipping got delayed multiple times, and it finally comes in and the note on my door tells me I can pick up my package after 5.45pm, yet they close at 6pm? How does that work. Just save yourself the trouble and use a competent shipping company like UPS or DHL .

I own my own business which requires shipping and I use Fedex and the postal service for my shipping needs. I have been dropping off my Fedex packages at the Mitchell way location for the past 6 years and the start are always attentive and friendly. The location is near the airport which offers easy and convenient access from the freeway . My Fedex delivery person Chris always does a great job . I highly recommend Fedex.

Oct 26: Ordered items Amazon Prime with guaranteed two day Fed Ex delivery. Delivery date scheduled for October 28. Fed Ex: we know them: When it absolutely, positively . . .October 28 at 9:40 AM: package scanned as arrived Bellingham airport.Next step obviously would be to put it onto truck for San Juan Islands delivery.October 28, 29, 30, 31, and Nov 1: no delivery.Nov. 1 Noon: Fed Ex rep tells me they dont know where package is, but someone will get definitely back to me within 2 hours.Nov 1, 1:00 PM: item still at Bellingham airport according to track package feature on Fed Ex website.Nov 1 1:15: Amazon rep contacted FedEx at my request. According to Fed Ex rep, plane arriving 40 minutes late on October 28 caused the delivery delay.But delivery is promised mere six days after package arrived local airport.Nov 1, 2:00PM: still no call back from FedEx.Hmm 40 minute flight delay causes six day delivery delay. Oh and phone delay too I suppose.Judging from my experience, Fed Ex at Bellingham airport knee deep in bull manure.

If I could put down ZERO stars I would. I payed a significant amount extra to have my package shipped overnight, made sure I was home and waited for hours so I could sign the package only to find out they never came to my door. They just put a Door Tag on my mailbox. I then called to see how to receive this package only to find I had to drive 20 minutes to a place that had limited hours of operation. Now I have to wait an extra three days and pick it up myself but no one will refund me. This is ridiculous. Am I supposed to wait at my mailbox for hours just so I can get my package? I really hate complaining but no one offers any legitimate and constructive solutions to get my package!
