They need to take off their website that they ship frozen items. I arrived and the worker said “Oh yea it is on our website, but we don’t actually do that”.

Very simply, this business is going to fail and I suggest anyone looking for a notary visit their bank.1. They dont understand, or are ignorant on the value of repeated customers vs the cost of gaining new customers.2. They have given up on learning and adapting as the world continues to change.3. They dont care.Today, I went into this store to have someone verify my documents for my Employment Eligibility (I9) government document. My new employer is on the east coast and I work remotely, so they needed an authorized representative to verify my passport/identification. Apparently, something I can google in 2 minutes is too much trouble for them. They refused to listen to me while I was calm and respectful.I was hoping this was only an isolated response from 1 employee, but the person who seemed like the manage/owner gave the same go-away response. I found myself slowly walking out the door, calmly, respectfully. It was weird.Im sure they are fine completing mundane tasks, like scanning packages and showing UPS where to get the packages to deliver.They wont respond to this because the truly dont care.

The staff at Pak Mail are super helpful with any shipping needs I have had. Theyre always friendly; communication is great when parcels arrive. I have used their mailbox services for my small business for a number of years and have found that to be super convenient. If you operate a business from a home office, pay for a mailbox at Pak Mail in Barkley Village. Its convenient and secure.

What a relief to find a honest, welcoming and convenient shipping location! No BS either.Before coming to pakmail in Hagen shopping center, I was going to the one in sunset shopping center... but always having negative impressions after leaving. So far I havent got that here. Other places do hidden fees sometimes charge you multiple times in addition to the service you paid for. Which apparently is allowed.The blonde hair woman was able to answer a barrage of questions I had, without making me feel like I was pestering her. Tracy is the best!!! Granted, I have only been fortunate to see her when I come in to Pakmail, so I cant speak for any of the other staff... Its a good environment, and she is always super helpful with everything that I need.

PakMail is one of those local businesses that make me happy to live in a fairly small town. Every single time I go in, I am greeted so kindly by Tracy. She goes out of her way to not only remember me, but to remember exactly where I regularly send my packages to, and how I like them organized. This is extremely helpful to me, because sometimes there is a line and it isnt efficient for me to wait. They will grab my items from me in line, confirm they are more normal shipments, and allow me to go on my way. This is the kind of service that isnt necessarily expected by me, but it is extremely appreciated. Thank you PakMail for having a great team of staff on board and for being my go-to shipping spot in Bellingham!

Ive used Pak Mail for several years now. The service is always awesome. Ive recommend Pak Mail to many of my friends. If your a small business owner, this is the best way to handle your shipping and mail.

My wife and I are exceedingly disappointed with pack mail. Upon delivery we found that the leg of our desk had an enormous crack which they would not take responsibility for, even though it wasnt cracked when it was left with them. Also they had opened all of our boxes which had been labeled for easy unpacking and rearranged the majority of our stuff. Finally they opened and repackaged our store ordered/packaged items. We are infuriated by this invasion of our privacy.

Weve been using their mail service for years and they always go above and beyond.

Theyve lost a package but found it on the UPS truck that forgot to leave it with them. Theyve always righted issues and never passed the buck. Great service.

Ive done business with this Pak Mail for over five years. They also come through. Despite changes in ownership a few times, the service has been consistent and the staff always helpful.

The staff seemed well-meaning, but the service was pretty poor. No other customers in the store, and it took 15 minutes to send a 4 page fax. Didnt find out what the fax would cost til it was sent - my mistake - $2 for the first page, and $1 for each page thereafter. $5 for a 4 page fax! Well, if thats the price, thats the price. But they charged me 20% extra by mistake, and then spent five minutes to refund me a dollar. Presumably they do better with larger business, but if you need to send a fax, Id go somewhere else.
