These guys have nothing but excuses as to why your delivery will not be on time. They make sure you realize that you are unimportant to them, especially when you call customer service to inquire about a year in which they will actually deliver something. A truly wonderful business model where they can do whatever, whenever they feel like it and you had better like it. Thanks for nothing YRC.

The most recent deliveries have been on time with good communication for a residential delivery. Driver was helpful. They seem to be doing much better.

They are always calling to try and get me to give them a try, I finally agree to it and they mess up and make all these lam and unreasonable excuses. I do NOT recommend at all, they didnt even try. They do not even deserve 1 star, I am very disappointment to mention my third party and end customer as well.

We ship with them at least once or twice per month and sometimes more often. They are always helpful and pleasant on the phone and try their best to help us out. Great team of people to work with, from the drivers to the people working at the terminal.

I have used these shippers twice now and I will not be using them a third. Each time I shipped they dock me additional fees after the package arrives. HEY YRC.....What is the point of a quote if you are not going to honor it?My pallet was 52 inches wide instead of the 50 inches that I measured. I dispute this 2 inches full heartedly and how a company can charge me $40.They got the item there safely but every time I ship with these Jackals I get an increased price after delivery. Since I drop my pallets off at the depot there is no reason they cannot figure out the price at that time. PASS ON YRC you will be glad you did

Put these guys to the bottom of your list, use them last. You will be over charged, your quote from them is useless as they will add additional costs and charges. Their scales add additional weight to your pallets. These guys are a joke.

ETA times are not accurate and consistently pushed back and then they charge an extra fee to put rushes on orders that are already significantly delayed.
