These guys are great! Great customer service, fast and they leave your car looking better than before. I got in a fender bender and they were able to leave my truck looking new. My daughter had a blow out on the freeway. She hit the center divider. Car looked pretty bad when we took it. Car was returned like nothing happened to it. Great and beautiful work. There was a couple of issues but they made everything right. Great staff! I was very happy in the end.

Best auto shop experience Ive ever had!My car took much longer than expected thanks to a very slow State Farm.Scott with Bellflower Collision took great care of me. He knocked $100 off of my deductible and credited me an additional $200 off for scratches on my rims. He definitely didnt have to do that, and in doing so, showed true care and concern for his customer.Finally, the actual work done to my car was spotless with zero diving problems afterwards. Fully recommend this shop!

Go here for your repairs, insurance or no insurance.I was referred here by Bellflower Automotive from a mechanic who is truly remarkable.I brought my Black 2015 Toyota Prius in for an estimate to repair some minor scuffing from a person who had softly bumped my car while backing out. I asked for an estimate and told the staff person I would be paying cash to correct the minor bumper issue. The person who helped me out gave me their honest opinion and told me that if it were HIS car, he would just not repair it because it wouldnt be worth the cost, but that they would repair it if it really mattered to me.Their estimate was lower than Cabe Toyota and Toyota Cerritos.He didnt know the other private party had agreed to pay the cost privately without going through insurance. I gave the estimate to the guy who hit me, and brought my car in. My car was ready on time right when they said it would be ready. On top of the perfect repair, they washed my car, dressed up the tires, cleaned my dash, and vacuumed my car.

Place looks very nice very clean people look professional yet I was very unhappy with the customer service someone in the staff stole my sunglasses no one took fault all they did was apologize $200 sunglasses don’t deserve an apology I needed an answer and yet no one’s even called me back as they say they would I would not recommend this place or if you do make sure to take absolutely all your belongings out of your car Overall work on the car was great even though I did had to take My car again the following week because for some reason my passenger door didn’t open anymore I was very unhappy at the fact that no one called me or took the time to update me on my car and when I finally called to see when it was going to be ready keep in mind it was my second or third phone call they put me on hold for different times because for some reason my paperwork did and have information about payment although my insurance covered everything at 100% including my deductible and even when my car got picked up they try to collect my deductible when an hour before when I got off the phone they’ve told me not to worry about anything that they found all the checks and that everything was paid in full by my insurance and the other hand my car looks good but would go again or recommend the place .

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS OR CALL TO UPDATE YOU ABOUT YOUR CAR. THEY SAID THEY DONT REMOVE LICENSE PLATES FROM THE BUMPERS BUT YET MY LICENSE PLATE FRAME ON MY FRONT BUMPER WAS MISSING. WHEN I CONTACTED SCOTT, HE SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE IT. HE TOLD ME TO SEND A PICTURE OF IT AND HE WOULD ASK HIS GUYS AND CALL ME BACK. 1MONTH HAS PASSED AND NO PHONE CALL AND WHEN I CALL, SCOTT IS NEVER THERE AND DOESNT CALL BACK. THEY RIPPED MY DASH COVER OFF MY DASH BOARD AND JUST ROLLED IT UP AND THREW IT IN MY BACK SEAT. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THIS PLACE AND I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND EVERYONE ELSE NOT TO BRING THEIR VEHICLES TO BELLFLOWER COLLISION!

Called them for an estimate for my Honda Civic and they told me to txt them photos which I did. I was notified that they read the text messages containing the photos, yet they didnt even bother replying even though I followed up by sending an additional text when I got no reply.TLDR: Dont bother with this place, they dont even want your business.

This place sucks!I took my 2010 Civic to the Honda dealership to get fixed after being stolen. They sent it to Bellflower Collision, big mistake. After I went to check what was wrong with my car we agreed on what was going to be repaired. I called last week they said it was going to be ready on Tuesday. Then I called on Tuesday and heard sorry its going to be ready on Thursday.Called on Thursday and heard Ill call you tomorrow (Friday). They never called me. They talked to the insurance company saying that it was going to be ready at 4pm. Guess what? It was 5pm and the car was not ready. Also, they left my car smelling like simple green inside when they were supposed to detail it. I will never go back to this place. They are very unprofessional and liars. If you care about your car, you should not bring it here.

They suck .got he wrong year on my car and put the wrong part .:/ Only open weekdaya too .what the f its not like anyone can take time away from work to drop off there car and have to come back weeks later bc they put the wrong part . I am incredibly diasapointed .
