Linda & Lisa do a lovely job on my toe nails! Great color selection, too. A reasonable price for a great pedicure! Customer service is fantastic!

Wonderful nail spa. I go here regularly. Economical and clean spa. They take utmost care of their customers even during covid. Wear mask sanitize regularly and also wearing gloves. I would recommend this nail spa.

The worst customer service I have experienced. I got my nails and hair done. The hair washing station is scary. Mai the hair stylist did a horrible job on my hair color and they use commercial grade salon shampoo to was your hair that left me with itching. I will never be returning.

Lani, Lisa and the rest of the women who work here at Suzans nails are AMAZING!!! Lisa has been doing my nails for at least 10 years! I live in Seattle and still make the drive to Bellevue to see her for my nails! They are friendly, kind, and take the greatest care of your nails. We four friends went to this place for spa pedicure appointment but service was so quick, like less than 20 minutes, no proper massage, no proper scrubbing done. Even though place is neat and followed Covid-19 guidelines but not happy with their services. I feel it’s not worth of money spend here. Don’t waste your money

They were conscientious of my comfort level. Our visit today was excellent, my girlfriend and I both received mani/pedis. I would recommend Susans Nail Salon.

When I visited first time, they did a very good job on my nails. But on my second visit, the other lady, applied very old nail polish which has not dried yet and it’s been 3 hours now! Not every staff is good there.

She was very mean with me and the old lady that was before me😰my nails were all right. I payed 25$ so I guess I got what I payed for. Not coming again.

Not the worst mani/pedi I ever had... but I definitely won’t be back. They rushed through it and they weren’t even busy. I tried to tell the lady I didn’t like how she was shaping my nails and she told me she’d fix it when she filed them... and she never did. Price was the only good part.

I had a free hour and wanted to find a good nail salon near by. I will NOT be coming back to this place, and I dont understand why it has good reviews. Its not a very clean place, I didnt clearly see them sanitize their tools, they cut me and used that blue solution that has very toxic chemicals while seeing that Im obviously pregnant. And lastly, the pedicure was BY FAR the worst I have ever had!!! I could have shaped and painted my nails better with a 9 month belly!!! Absolutely rediculus to call this place a professional salon, as their skills are terrible!!!

Best mani-pedi Ive had in the area, hands down. Does shellac right, and didnt cut any corners on the removal. Definitely feels like they care about the health and longevity of your hands and nails rather than getting them to look good right now. (Not that they didnt make my nails look good - I got so many compliments on my main). Matched my toes to my nails even though one was shellac and the other regular, and took gentle care of my problem toe.

I absolutely love coming here. I personally go to Vi. Shes amazing and talented. 💜💅

Not the best place, my nail kept falling of its been like a week and they painted horribly really didn’t like it, charged me more for a shape? And not all nail polishes were the same price... didn’t even ask me how I was doing or anything and she cut my pinky a little... probably won’t be going back. The nails look ok I re painted them my slef.

They made me sit and wait for 45 minutes, telling me the next available employee would help me. After wasting 45 minutes of my time I asked her politely when would they take care of me ? And the answered me with this really rude tone and a really bad attitude go to another salon, I dont have time for you. If you dont want someone to give you to be extremely rude and unpolite , please dont go to this salon. Ive heard about them being rude but I didnt believe it until I went there myself. Worst costumer service Ive ever seen.

The ladies there are all so nice. They remember me every time. Suzan even remembers my favorite shade! And I dont go in regularly. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I feel comfortable there and always get the best mani and pedi!

I get my eyebrows waxed here, and I get my toenails done here, and I cant imagine going anywhere else! My pedicures last for weeks.

When they are busy the manager or owner seems to be very rude they did my nails in a rush and it ended up looking like bulky nails I’ve never had a problem with removing acrylics but this time it left my nails messed up will never go back don’t recommend extremely rude to customers
