I cant describe how horrible this place is. When I say there are literally only three staff I’m not joking. They go from person to person. They rush rush rush and all they care about is money. If you are a male who wants acrylics put on or off and you are okay with homophobia then come here. If not STAY AWAY! This isn’t a good place to be yourself. They give you looks of disgust and treat you like some animal. They don’t care about their costumers, they don’t care if they accidentally hurt you, and they certainly don’t care if you like your nails or not. They overcharge you and take your money in a snap of a finger. I will definitely not be returning.

Amateur hour here at the this location. If you have ever been satisfied here it’s because you aren’t used to quality nails. How on earth is Bellevue keeping them in business? Maybe no other entrepreneurs want the building. Either way just drive further and go to the nail salon at Walmart. I’m just shocked at the sloppy work. It’s almost like someone is forcing them to do nails. It’s not a profession they enjoy or like. Reading other comments at how people have had to take antibiotics the place has to be extremely filthy. Don’t waste your time or money here.

They will do in a pinch, they are nice, to fast sometimes a little to rushed and rough, wanted dip, but was talked out of it because she was double booked and i think she wanted too get me done and move on. A week after my mani /pedi i had hang nails on my fingers and my toes,so much pain, really not worth $90 for both,,, acrlic on my nails with gel, and toes gel. 1 hour for all of it, not relaxing, just an assembly line, felt like the McDonalds of manicures, like i said, good in a pinch situation.

Walked in a little after 7, and they were able to squeeze us in for 2 pedicures. They worked quickly and efficiently, and they did a great job. I’m so happy I found this gem in Bellevue; I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Went in for a pedicure and paid 60 plus tip. I went home and scrubbed my feet being that they said due to COVID they can’t. I won’t be returning.

Ive been going to ILynns since last July when they fixed a botched nail job from another salon. Theyre always courteous and they always get me in and out fairly quickly. I have had times where I got my overlay filled or removed over my lunch break and still had time to grab a bite.

Love this place...my nails always look.good and last a long time.

(Full set acrylic, coffin shape, regular polish)I call around 6pm to ask if they have time for full set ad was told yes. I get there sit, chops nails, glues tips, hardly any nail prep, slaps on WET, DRIPPING acrylic. Ratio is incredibly important and homegirl didn’t have it down so now my nails HURT because incorrect ratio. Shape isn’t consistent. Had to CONSTANTLY ask to straighten tops. Polish job not great. I asked for what I wanted and the owner mansplained me dip power(which I didn’t want). Little does he know, I went to beauty school, I did nails for years. We will see how long this set even lasts.

Moved to the area 6 months ago and finally found the place to go to have a pedicure. The price is much better than Ohio! It was clean, friendly staff and oh the Massage chair! I have asthma so being able to walk into a Nail Salon and not have difficulty with fumes is my first issue and this place was perfect for that. As a retired nurse I watch for contamination and issues for infection risk. I had clean implements and several disposable items that shows they also want to minimize risk to patrons. I have found my home pedicure spot! I felt the professionalism also was very good.

I went to Ilynns on a reccomendation from someone I know, so I had higher expectations. They were nice people, but they did a horrible job on my nails. I got dip and it was so messy all over my fingers and she didnt clean it up. Good color selection, but the job was so bad I will never be back. I went home and cleaned my own nails because they did my mani first, then when they went to my pedi, the guy was talking to me about politics the whole time, and I just wanted to leave so I didnt ask them to clean my nails up like I should have. Do not recommend.

I went here to get my eyebrows done and I’m missing a big chunk of my eyebrow now. If they actually wanna hire a freaking baby sitter so they don’t have 4 kids running around and grabbing her while working. Maybe they could actually make more money and hire professionals. Never again I’ll go to blue sky next time. Honestly my mom could of did better.👍🏻👍🏻Good job🙄

I will be back. Location is convenient. Staff are friendly and service is a reasonable value for the price. Typical nail salon with no frills. Did not give 5 stars because my calluses werent fully removed and didnt feel like the queen package offered that much more value.

The lady didnt ask me any questions, she put acrylic under my shellac without asking and then did not correct the shape like I asked her to. Also charged me extra. Do not recommend, nail salons in papillion tend to be better quality

Absolutely love this place. Everyone is so professional and courteous. They know how their customers like to be serviced and go out of their way to make sure youre happy. They are very honest and will not tell you 15 minutes that turns into a hour. Love this place!

This is the only nail salon I was keep going back to and I was royal!!! My opinion is solid after lived in 5 different countries and large cities including LA and dc, done nails everywhere in 20+ shops. I miss this shop from LA now.My priority for nail salons is weather the NAIL STAYS or not. Atmosphere, conversations etc has nothing to do with technicians skills. I don’t know any other place make acrylic nails stay SOLID for 3 weeks on my soft nails. They don’t waste my money and I love their professionalism.Once I had to change it to shellac because of the hospital work regulations. They know my nails are fragile so they layered like 6-7 times until it feels thick. I didn’t even have to ask! They take time for you. Other places may be do 3 layers. I feel like they care about customer satisfactions and I’m so happy I have nothing to complain about them. Acrylic+shellac refill is only $30 can it be any cheaper?? $15 for shellac only.Yes kids are running around. Come on it’s an Asian culture and this place is run by a family so get used to it. I never got any infections during 5-6 years, twice a month service here. That’s 100+ visits.

This is the only place I will go. They really seem to care about the health of your nails here. They do a good job and take their time. The prices are reasonable as well. Just make an appointment because it is a small shop.

I went in for a fill with new paint. She was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a new shape, fill, paint, and them cut down for a very reasonable cost. I am completely satisfied & will continue to come back.

Do not go here! I went here for my birthday to get a pedicure and ended up with Paronychia. I got it on both feet and am currently having to take antibiotics 4x a day to get rid of it. I should have listened to the reviews when I read that others had also gotten it.

First time there. Was impressed by their sanitized tools and how quickly and efficiently they worked. Friendly and not pushy at all.

My wife had her nails done on Friday 6-14, went to work on Saturday 6-15 and had to stop in for a redo because the color had started to peel off, after receiving a cold shoulder and some hard glares they told her to take a seat. They repaired her nails and told her to be careful and to wear gloves when she works or clean, well She did not work the following day. This picture shows her nails the next day! UNACCEPTABLE WORK!!! We will not be going back!!!

I will never go back again. Because it Is close to my house, I called this morning and asked if they used CND Shellac polish. I was told yes. I asked the cost of a manicure (no acrylics overlay, just a manicure) and was told $30. Sounded good so I made an appointment for this afternoon. Bad idea. Place was disgusting, owners children (several) were running all over, screaming, crying, making the lady have to stop doing my nails and go yell at them. I tried to ask the elderly lady who started doing my nails a question about what she was going to do, she responded with, I dont speak English and proceeded to take a nail clipper and cut my nails. I got her to stop that, but then she grabbed a very coarse file and saw back and forth on my already short nails. Then her daughter came over and started running a drill over the face of my natural nail. I told her not to do that, she stopped and began to use a regular file. The product is not CND Shellac as advertised, it is an inferior product. When I said I wanted Shellac, the male said, all they had was what they had. The lady didnt even seal the ends of my nails until I asked her to, and when I asked, she was clearly not pleased that I had asked. No solar oil was put on after the polish cured. I was a nail tech, so I know what Im talking about, and I was pleasant to these people. From now on, I will gladly drive out to Virgo nails where the place is extremely clean, they ask you what you want, listen to what you say, and you leave a happy client.

Ive been here in the past and loved it. I paid $25 for acrylic nails with shellac which was reasonable. I went in today for the same thing and they told me cant do the ombré French tip, irritated but okay with it I chose a different simple color. I go to pay and they charged me $45. Clearly they make up the prices as they go. Not to mention my nails are each a different shape and the color isnt even across my nails. They also had 5 kids running around screaming and playing. I wont ever go back.

Terrible terrible service. got a pretty sever case of Paronychia on both hands, had to go to the ER twice for antibiotics, called and told them what happened and they seemed caring and wanted to help then once the investigation started they were extremely rude and i never got my money back or any compensation for their failures i hope you guys get shut down because i wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. need to see if google can make an update so i can put zero stars

I had a very bad experience at this place. I asked the main lady to give my nails the coffin shape, which looked nothing like it. One side was squared off, the other straight, the tops were slanted.. when I went back for them to fix them, her husband got mad, he started being rude, and speaking their native language between them two. They were so upset, they called the owner and had him do my nails. He reshaped them and recolored them but rushed me out so now my nails are opaque and faded from the edges because he didnt allow them to dry properly. I paid $40, I deserved better than this.

I was not impressed with this place at all. When I got there I had to wait for at least 30 to get my nails done even though they said they could do them. After the finally did my nails, the man filed my thumb and made it bleed while leaving a gash in my thumb. He did not say sorry at all and was very rude. I also asked for long nails and they got them very short. When I went to pay, they over charged the people I was with the wrong price. Like I said I was not impressed at all.

Had the nicest mani and pedi tonight. Moneé(sp?) she did a fabulous job. My cuticles look amazing the hot stone massage was super relaxing. The massage chair is one of the best I’ve ever sat in. Will be returning.

My daughter went to ILynns a few times and never had any issues. Back in June, she went there and had acrylics put on. That night her fingers had blisters on the tips and cuticles were all torn up. She went 2 days later and had them removed and got schllac. 2 days later I had to take her to urgent care since she was in such pain. Doctor diagnosed her with paronychia( a soft tissue infection around a fingernail that begins as cellulitis ).We went to the salon to talk to the manager. He seemed concerned and asked for all the documentation from doctor visit. He told us he has insurance and that he wants to make it right. Almost 3 months have passed and no resolution. The rep at his insurance company takes days to respond to email asking for update. Last week the update was that she was waiting for the Salon Owner to provide documentation. I called the Salon Owner Kevin to see if he had provided the information to his insurance company. He was very rude to me on the phone. He said he provided the information to the insurance and he follows the states rules. He told me to work with the insurance company not to bother him. I asked if he could contact his insurance company to help get this resolved. He told me I would have to deal with the insurance myself.and that he was a busy business man and didnt have time deal with this issue. He wont be in business long if he doesnt take time to take care of his customers.Very poor customer service. I would not recommend. If I could give 0 star I would.Update 8/30/2017After 3 months have passed, Ilynns insurance company completed their investigation. The Nail Salon is not accepting any liability for my daughters infection. They state that we can not prove that she got infection from getting her nails done at the salon.When we first reported the issue, he told us he wanted to take care of the issue. We would have been happy with getting a refund. He is refusing to do anything. Poor business.

This was the second time I went to ILynns - the first time around I didnt have the best experience but I thought Id give it another shot. Unfortunately this time was even worse. The owners are great people but their service is horrible. They are extremely under staffed which makes them rush through everything. The male tech nicked my big toe really bad with the electric nail file and didnt even apologize. He rushed through my pedi and the lady painted my toes in less than 2 minutes and it quite honestly looks like a child did it. They have their children running around everywhere, so its not relaxing at all. They also had two parties of 4 people each come in for appointments and they acted like they had no idea they were coming. I came in with intentions of getting a shellac mani and pedi and left with regular polish on my toes and no polish on my fingernails. I will not be returning.
