I recently went to the Catalina Apartments in Bellevue for a business meeting. The outside property is beautiful and well maintained. The inside is also clean and inviting. The staff made me feel very welcome. Although I didnt stay overnight this time, I will definitely stay there in the future.

The WORST possible place to waste your money. Let me list some of the things to expect:1.The woman who is supposed to be the live-in manager has a dog that barks until every hour of the night.2. The wifi is non-existent3. Because of location, reception is terrible (I have Verizon)4. The elevator breaks down often5. The fire alarm goes off once a week at 6am6. The walls are so thin you can hear the next door sneezing7. The place is plastered in dog poo and is terribly maintained.8. There is no person at the front desk... EVER!!!9. There is 2 washers and 3 dryers (if they arent broken) for over 100 rooms. .... also it requires 2-3 washes to completely rinse out the soap.10. The live in manager is king... she does what she wants when she wants.And why not. When the owner doesnt care ... why should she?!You get what you pay for.

This place is OK.We stayed in room 326.It is haunted.We didn’t feel good there, room always cold, seen some shadows, had nightmare every night.Not malicious but uncomfortable.

This place is everything I hoped it to be and more. Good helpful people working here, good neighbors, in a great location. What more else can you ask for 😊

We have stayed off and on at Catalina for the last eight years. We love it here. Clean, Updated, Very friendly staff. Not sure I understand the bad reviews unless they are coming from people who think Catalina is a hotel.

Thou its almost 8 months after Mr Rahims feedback,from my current experience,I may have to concur with Mr Rahim for few of his comments,he could be correct,from my personal opinion,I believe its kind of hotel, definitely not an apartment,apartment doesnt rent weekly or daily and also leases doesnt apply to hotels,I lost $1520 because I signed a one month lease on this hotel,still, I am glad I vacated immediately in a day,Yes,Mr Rahim may be correct,I do sensed it,I was also informed by a receptionist lady in Front desk that this was a senior home which went into loss and then change to what its is now(Hotel or Apartment).I called same lady for some inputs for checkout process on first day of checkin,Oh boy, she was un polite and unprofessional,still i was very polite to them,I believe customer service is not important for them but their money alone is important for them.Even a billionaire is running a business,he has to respect customers of any background or origin then only business will flourish ,else all will be empty.Its not about running business its about running it effectively.You cant force a customer to do business but you have to win a customer by being polite,kind,understanding and helpful which are key factors for long-term business relationship.Liking and disliking of stay can be dependent on various factors including psychological factors and it can be mutual also,but still its the customer who has to decide and customer should be given priority.
