Worse car wash service I ever had. Total waste of money. I took the platinum wash (44$) that includes the interior cleaning. Dust on the easily accessible areas itself was not cleaned so forget about the areas that are not easily accessible. The person who took care of the interior and exterior cleaning that’s included in the package also didn’t cleaned the car properly. The associate responded that it’s not their responsibility to clean the outside areas when asked regarding the dust that can be easily seen at multiple exterior spots though it’s included in the package. Only thing that impressed me is the vacuum that I can easily get anywhere for around 5$ that I can do myself. I would recommend to stay away from this place and save your money.

It was a great car wash other than it took 10 minutes to pay for my order and wait. Nobody else was in front of me. Never received any paperwork or receipt and the people cleaning my car were busy having a large argument. If it werent for the other things the car wash was very good and I would have given it five stars. You can use a coupon off the website for a wash but it doesnt work in the computer. Seemed very disorganized for a $40 car wash

Soap was left over the windows and side mirrors. Will not be back. I tried before the remodel and didnt have a gooe experience eitherAfter parking when i get home i had noticed multiple spots that the new brushes had scratched my car. It had also bent my front license plate. I dont understand how something like this happens. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.I will be contacting a manager asap as i had already called and left a message

Did a great job! I tipped high because I used them during the pandemic previously and I didnt want to handle paper money during that time. I did this before the pacific northwest heat wave too, so I wanted to make sure they knew they were appreciated for cleaning cars in this extreme heat. Finally, I saw the car in front of me didnt tip. I like that the person who hand dried my tire rims verified with me what he was going to do to my car before he did it. It was good customer service for me.

I loved this car wash! Car came out looking legit and they gave it a towel dry at the end. Not to mention they offer a detail service that appears to be of great quality and cant wait to try it next time I stop by.

I arrived around 5 pm and payed for a full service, there were 3 cars in front of me in the line. They cleaned these cars super slow, 20 minutes per one car and by the time they started my car it was already 6 pm, so they briefly did some minor cleaning and said it is done and thay are closing now. My car was still not clean both inside and outside. Absolutely unprofessional, never again.

I would have provided a 2 1/2 Stars really. The guy cleaning my car didn’t care and was not cordial. Then he proceeds to try and push closed my BMW Mirror which is motorized and I was worried he broke it (newer European models are motorized) then it gets to the serious part. The cleaning brushes were slapping my car so hard my car was moving harshly up and down. They were rubberized it sounded like... I had to check the car afterward.And lastly, the gas was plus 20 against any other station... over priced and didn’t clean the whole car correctly.

This is the best place to get your car washed and detailed. They do an excellent job and everyone is so nice.

I took my car today and paid for their best service, after they finished and I checked the car, it was dirty inside, the doors, seats and floor.I asked them if it was possible for them to clean it well and their answer was “this is not a detail shop, the job is done”.Really bad service.

Before the fire, this was my go to spot for cleaning my car. I was so excited to see them back at it. Got gas, and waited patiently for the attendant. He came around and asked me to wait. I did. Then walked into the booth. SIR... I TOLD YOU TO WAIT AND I WOULD BE RIGHT WITH YOU i was 2 steps from the window. Im not super sensitive. Just dont want to give my $50 a month for a membership, which was what i was planning on, when it is being manned by someone with such poor service. Ill try again in 3 months. Second opportunity to get better ratings.Had one star. With covid, havent had time to get back. Ill do my best, but will update later. Didnt think it fair to leave 1 star if I havent made it back in the time that I noted.

The employee was very helpful in getting in the coupon code in the machine. Ive even included a little video of the carwash 30 seconds, the machine seems to be very competent compared to other less expensive car washes Ive used.They hand dried with towels I wish I had some cash for tip. They also gave me a towel to dry inside my vehicle all the various dust on my dashboard and so on.

Pink Elephant rocks. For the price you cannot beat the quality of service. Yes, it may take an hour on busy days, but it is worth it. Having frequented places like this before in various other states like NY and CO, I can say that I was very happy with their service. Everyone I have met there has been very friendly to boot.

I live on a farm and dont get my car in for a good clean but a couple of times a year. With the snow and wet weather it definitely won the contest for dirtiest car of the day when I brought it in. I didnt get his name but the red haired gentlemen spent double time on it and made it looked amazing. I know how much harder it was than most of the other cars that come in for regular cleaning, so I really appreciated his hard work and attention to detail.

Im not claiming that this place will get your car as clean or has cushy service like the numerous (much more expensive) detailing options in the area. But elephant charges 1/3 the cost and does the cleaning right on the spot (I dont have to leave my car there) and whenever I drop by (no appointment needed). Ive gone 4 or 5 times and had no problems. The basic full service option costs $26 including tax. I only take my car when it is noticeably dirty inside or out, and then 30-45 minutes later it is shiny and clean. Do they touch every spot and get every speck of dirt out? No, but it still looks great for my purposes. And if I did notice something dirty while retrieving my car, they would wipe it. They first use an automated car wash for the outside, and then handle vacuum/wiping after that finishes. If you want white glove service from people who know your name and attend to every detail, go to a real detailer instead. And if youre willing to put in some elbow grease and wash it yourself, youll get better results for less money at Brown Bear. BUT If you just want your dirty car washed quickly and relatively cheaply while you stay dry in the waiting room, this place is perfect. Drop by during the day on a weekday for less wait. But call first if its looking overcast/rainy because they sometimes dont do the full wash (just the automated one) then. Also, tip the guys $5 if they do a good job. They really appreciate it.

This was my fav car wash when I tried it for the 1st time and spread the good word about them . But from last 2/3 times they didnt clean the car where I paid for full detail wash . When I said the cleaning guy to clean the dirt area , he said go and seat inside. The cleaning staffs really need some training how to talk to the clients. At least talk nicely to your customers who comes to you because they think you are trustworthy.

Don’t go through their car wash. Terrible. Scratched my car all over. Residue left after wash was not removed. Good vacuum job only Wheel clean and Window Clean job was really poor. It was not with the money. Do it your self.

This car wash use to be a good one. After installing new equipment prices went up. It would be understandable if a quality of service would , at least, stayed the same. Permanent shortage of personnel. Sometimes waiting period was more than an hour. Ive stopped using this station.

It said open online. But when we arrived here from monroe the whole place was fenced off. Had to call and a lady informed us it will be closed due to a fire. They should of been on top of things and made sure they informed people that it was going to be closed to save people time , and gas. especially since it is going to be closed for a year. Consistently do a great job with wash/wax/detail both inside and out. Never had any issues with minor damage or things missing. A tad pricey for the full service options but the quality makes the price easy to overlook.

Four stars normally for the level of service I have always received and the detail on my car, but three stars today for the fact that I was just actually scolded by the cashier for using a $100 bill in the payment machine. A better approach would be to stock enough money so that I, the customer, dont need to remotely worry about there not being enough change for other customers. She actually shook her head at me. Not great customer service. Companies should never be passing issues of ineptitude onto their paying customers.

I have to say I got a pretty good car wash from this place, however my passenger-side mirror was broken off during the washing process. The reason why Im giving four stars is because they offered to fix my mirror for free, and they delivered on the promise at no charge to me.

They will not do Foam based interior wash, they only do interior floor and seat vacuuming.One of the best service providers in the car wash department.Its a bit pricey than the others, but you get machine was first, and then they wipe it down by hands, entire car, Dashboard shining, wheels detailing.

CAR ACCIDENT happened right in front of me as I was waiting in line for the wash! Employee was motioning the driver to pull forward into the wash and the driver rammed the back of the car in front of him. The employee went crazy on the driver. I was scared to go in the wash but it was my clients car and she prefers this vendor, despite her being consistently unsatisfied with the quality of this Pink Elephant location. I dread going to this place. They have a habit of keeping floor mats, by the way. My client will have me ask an employee to wash the interior of her windshield again before returning her car because of the remaining fiber residue from the cloth used to wipe the windows. Each time I do this, I worry the employee might hurt me. I feel like I shouldnt leave a tip but I want to leave with my life so I tip anyway. I still have to deal with this place but I wanted to write a review to warn readers - like nearly every other comment about this place - STAY AWAY.

I wish there were zero stars. I took my NEW car to them. By the time it was out of the car wash, theyd completely ruined the paint job. My car had scratches all over its exterior, including the roof. I didnt notice until a few days later, when it was parked in the sunlight. As I was walking toward the car, the scratches leaped out a me. I am devastated. It would take a total factory re-paint of my car to fix this. I will never take my car to them again.

This is the worst car wash place that I have ever been. They seem to do not know what they are doing. They did not clean my dashboard but I pay for platinum wash they did not even shampoo the car mats but I paid for it. This is the 3rd time this is happening to me at the same place. I myself clean my car better than what they did. It is definitely a poor service but very pricey and I am not going there anymore. If you have some cash to give away then that is the best place for you.

I go here all the time. Fair price for a decent wash. Sometimes I go for the midweek special coupon and sometimes for the Platinum wash. Professional and fast, depending on how many other people had my bright idea.

No more.The workers just dont put in the hard work, and miss big details. My car consistently leaves there dirty or still wet. Horrible car wash! I sent my son to get the car washed - paid $28.00. When he picked me up after work there were streaks on the outside, spills still on the leather seat which should have easily wiped off, a bit of mud on the inside of the door where peoples shoes touch - ALL of these things should have been easily taken care of by a conscientious and professional car wash establishment. Whats happened to Pink Elephant? It used to be good. Im going back today to complain, demand a decent car wash or my money back. Dont waste your time -

This place was terrible. We took our minivan there because my husbands coworkers said they did decent work. We wanted to get the car vacuumed, the dash and interiors wiped down and the leather cleaned up. We paid $48 for the deluxe. When we got there the guy spent about 10 minutes literally trying to talk my husband out of taking our car there! I mean I know its a mini van and not a luxury car but we are a paying customer like anyone else. He was literally trying his hardest to turn us away. We insisted on the fact that we wanted to get the car washed and cleaned and we werent leaving. So we finally paid for the service then left to go have lunch and came back about an hour later. The outside wash was just ok. The wheels were still pretty dirty. I didnt look terrible but it didnt look amazing by any means either. As far as the inside goes it was vacuumed out. And thats about it. The weather tech mats were hosed off too. But the dash wasnt wiped off. If the seats got a leather treatment it didnt look like it. It looked like the minimum amount of effort was put in. Clearly they they didnt want our business in the first place and wanted to make sure we didnt come back. Mission accomplished

I bought the monthly package. The first time, it was a full exterior/interior wash which is what I was told I was paying for. I returned today and was told that it was only an exterior wash. No one could explain why I got a full service wash the first time and wouldnt going forward. So I asked to discontinue the monthly plan, and to be refunded only to have the staff be EXTREMELY rude. I waited 15 minutes for a receipt of the refund without luck then had to leave. I will just contest the charge if it isnt refunded as the phone number for the business is out of service. I wont be back.

I go here often. Just got my carvwashed here, paid for the $25 car wash. when I got my car it was well cleaned insidecsnd out except the rims which were very dirty still as the automated car wash got virtually none of the break dust off and they didnt take a quick towel to it. upon asking In was told that, its not included in your car wash. then he handed me a towel for me to do it myself. You would think $25 would mean your car gets cleaned fully. I had $5 in my hand for a tip, I gave him 2 and put the other 3 back.

They are good only for basic car wash. It is not worth for money to do Gold Car Wash. They did good interior vacuum but other cleaning like wheel shining, hand dry and glass in and out cleaning are not that good.

Wow. Incompetence with a capital I.Is it too much to ask that the windows and mirrors actually get washed? And then wiping the spots on the body that the brushes in the car wash missed with a dirty rag but not really even what I could categorize as being done half-assed. Its fine- although expensive and it wasnt actually clear where I was supposed to drive after getting out- no one pointed me to a certain lane, and after waiting 10 minutes I just left. Wasnt even particularly busy.
