They went above and beyond for customer service. We had their unlimited car wash for over a year and didnt use it for about 9 months as time got away from us and we put off canceling the membership. Today we went in and asked to cancel as we no longer used the subscription. They noticed that we didnt use the membership for 9 months and asked why. We stated we just put it off and had time to stop in today to cancel, and that we keep our cars in the garage and no longer needed the membership.Well they asked for our debit card and to cancel. They caught us by suprise as they informed us they were refunding us the 9 months we did not use the membership. It was a great suprise as we were not expecting a refund and did not ask for a refund.We knew we dropped the ball by pushing off canceling and their customer service was amazing! Super grateful that they took this initiative!

Every employee is great! They have a fun environment, wash tunnel a d vacuum are great. Fast pass was awesome, then the word got out. They seem to be having a few growing pains, but success is a good thing! I hope to be back regularly soon!

Was great till I could not get a hold of anyone to cancel my service due to a move out of state. I had to cancel via my bank to hold payment. Beware prices can also be different. I just realized I am about $250 for services I never used.

My daughter and I have both been unknowingly signed up for a reoccurring monthly charging plan by this company. They give you a great deal for unlimited car washes for the month but don’t tell you that they will charge you $35 continuously unless you come into the facility to cancel. I would have been okay with it if they were upfront about it and I could have made an informed decision. My daughter and I did this a week apart so I know we weren’t the only ones. Not good business ethics. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

We had fun, our car got clean, and there was a detailing station.Minus the confusion at the beginning (they have a line for their two-month unlimited subscription customers and a line for new/credit card users), everything was pretty straightforward.The staff was really accommodating and the whole car wash was designed to not just clean your car, but give you a good experience as well. I would recommend it for sure.

I have always come to the Fort Crook Car Wash in Bellevue. I drive there still to clean my car and I live in North West Omaha now. Its a all in one wash. They are friendly, helpful and professional. Once they help me decide which car wash to choose I go through the adorable jungle themed car wash which my kids adore and then I am able to clean my interior and dry my car at one of there many lanes to my pleasing. Everything is included with any wash!! Love this!!! I vacuum and clean my interior. You can clean your mats and get air too. They have all supplies you need. I highly recommend this car wash.

I am a member of the fast pass at this establishment and I have loved it! I go as often as possible to get my van washed. My kids love the lights and foam and I love how clean the car is!Having access to detailing tools when you get out of the wash itself is so great. All of the employees are courteous and so friendly! I highly recommend using them for your car cleaning needs. The pass is fantastic as well - a reasonable monthly price and as many car washes as you want!

The customer service upon arrival was fantastic!! Immediately I was greeted and explained all the various details provided. This was my first time and for sure will not be my last! I will be coming back soon and definitely recommend coming here to others !

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership and have not received any response. Would not recommend getting a membership. Make it very easy to sign up but way too difficult to cancel.Update: I was refunded the money I was charged after attempting to cancel. I would still recommend the company give customers more information/paperwork on how to navigate their accounts.

I am so grateful to be a patron of Fort Crook Car Wash! It sounds silly, but I love a good car wash, especially when theres a dope light show involved. Everyone who works there is efficient, friendly, and has a big smile on their face - even if theyre wearing a mask. I had a question about my monthly billing statement, called, and was fortunate enough to speak with Austin who was so knowledgeable about the services they offer and their billing system, he got me linked to my moms account and put us on a family plan to save both my mom and me some money! I have been trying to find the best car wash in my area that is actually going to clean my car the first trip through. I set up an appointment to get more information. They offered a free car wash for checking them out. They let me know that they may be busy for the time frame I was wanting to come in, which was totally fine with me. Once I arrived they still treated me as if I was top priority. Their prices are great for how often I clean my car!

Wasted $30 dollars on a car wash that wasn’t even worth it. I assumed it was a touch less wash based on one of the signs but it wasn’t. They have different prices for different services but everyone goes through the same car wash. Dirt and mud still all over my fender when I left. I went to kill some time but I’ll definitely continue doing it myself.

Best car wash in Bellevue PERIOD. I pay for the month pass and it is so so worth it. $42 for a month of unlimited car washes for my vehicle.They have tons of vacuums and such to clean out the inside of your vehicle and my children absolutely love the fun colors of the wash itself.

Ive taken my vehicle here several times to wash it myself. I enjoy going to the DIY car washes because sometimes the machine ones can easily miss spots or not do as good of a job. This location has many stalls and is quite cheap too. I can easily was my car and clean it good well under $10!

Never opens on time, broken down constantly, the bays are hard to get into as its always busy to vacumme. My personal vehicle has been stuck inside 3 times as it broke down mid wash due to car in front of me or behind. Staff is friendly but thats about all I have noticed.

Hands down one of favorite places in Bellevue. The lines may seem long at times but it goes by so quickly. On a nice day/morning I love to deep clean my vehicle with the products they provide. Icing on the cake is their monthly subscription is super affordable.

I have been coming for years and the level of service has declined in the last two years. Before, they used to spray my cars before going in the car wash which helped take off some extra residue, which can scratch your paint if there is too much, especially during the winter. They spray the front and back, and some times just one side. I recently asked to have them spray the other side and I over heard one of the workers tell the one I had made the request to to let me know that they couldnt do that anymore. I am on the unlimited plan which is competitive but having tried another car was across town, I realize that you get what you pay for. I do like the fact that have clothes to do your detailing, drying but its not always consistent as many times there are none. I did have trouble canceling an unlimited plan on my company car as we still got charged after I had cancelled.

A car wash is a car wash right? WRONG! This was an experience. Not only did I get a great car wash, but the service was excellent. From the interactions with the staff, to the attention to detail, this place was amazing. I will 100% recommend this car wash to all my friends and family!

Do yourself a favor and go ahead and get the monthly plan so you can take care of your vehicular friend... especially during those salty winter months. Right away I was lucky to find such great customer service with Austin at Fort Crook Carwash in Bellevue. This car wash goes above and beyond And provides for their customers. Highly recommend them to anybody whos looking for a great customer service and great quality car wash. They always know when I come with my little green car And make sure they go out of their way to say hello and ask how I am doing.

Quality automated car wash capable of handling approximately 160-170 vehicles per hour. The establishment offers unlimited wash memberships, as well as vacuums, floor mat washers, pressurized air, tire inflation, and industrial set tubs.Lot space is limited, and can become congested due to high volume. Expect 10-15 minutes in line during peak times.

Was there at 8:40 sunday morning. Paid for a wash and pulled forward a little. When the next two car in the membership line pulled forward i then pulled forward for my wash. The attendant that took my money witch i did not see then came to my window and said ( when i was holding my hand out like that i wanted you to stop because these other people are monthly members and he was going to let them go first) 4 or 5 cars not the line that impedes traffic on fort cork and uses law reinforcements time for traffic control. Im happy to inform you Ill do my part for your members and never use this car wash again.Your welcome.

They keep doing this Star Wars theme and it just cracks me up. If you ask nicely they will draw little pictures of fishies on the windows for the little ones before you go in the tunnel of wash-Ness.

First time using them and I had soap and wax spots all over my car! And my front personalized license plate got bent and the license plate frame got broken! Never had that happen anywhere else!

Contrary to what the staff tells you when you by the unlimited pass for one month, they will continue to charge you monthly. I was told two different times that I could renew each month, but I was charged each and every month without my authorization. I was not told I would be charged every month, nor was I given instructions on how to cancel this charge. I brought this to the attention of the manager, he reversed the charges and allowed us some free months of washes in return. Happy with the management follow up on this issue.

In the past few months I have not paid attention, but they changed all their signs outside their business.It is no longer cheaper to go Monday through Thursday and pay a low price.It is now $9 and they are not very up front with their prices.The gentleman I spoke to felt sorry for me and gave me a free car wash which Im grateful for, however I dont think Ill be using this place anymore. I cant afford that in this economy and I want them to go back to how it was.

I have had a membership for nearly 2 years. I canceled once when I was working out of town, and for 7 months never stopped getting charged. So when I came back I just left it as it was, and the other day I went and they said my payment did not go through but on my bank account it said differently, so I told the guy to cancel my membership and he said it was. A week later they took another payment higher than the usual payment, so I had to drive back to cancel again, and the guy still requested I came back another time to cancel as if he was busy. The place will make you waste your time when it comes to things like that. I do not recommend this place one bit after having them do this not once but twice. They also did the same thing to my family member which he poorly recommended this place but I thought I’d give it a try

Terrible. 5 days into a new car. Their track slipped slamming my car into the one infront of me. Management didnt care to even call me about the damages done.

The UNLIMITED pass is worth every penny!!! You can run through the wash as many times as you want. The vacuums and cleaning products are available to use at your own leisure so you can clean your vehicle to your own liking. Car wash is great but to cancel your subscription is a nightmare. I’ve been trying to email & call to cancel my subscription for 2 months cause I’m a travel nurse who moved out of town and no longer need the monthly subscription. But there’s absolutely no one who has yet to help me cancel. I would just go with paying daily and not give them your card information.

I love this car wash!! Super convenient on my way to work! The Loader guy is always very nice in the mornings. I always come during the week. And he always gets everything off the front of my car with a smile he looks like a nice kid.
