Had my 2011 BMW X3 detailed here yesterday. It was thoroughly cleaned, spot polished to remove some overspray, and felt ten years newer. Service was highly professional, and delivered on time. Robby was excellent and kept me informed as they were wrapping up the service. They were booked out quite a bit when I made the original appointment, but it was worth the wait.

Took my Mini Cooper to Accutint to get window tint installed, they did a wonderful job on my car, looks amazing, couldn’t be happier. Great quality and very friendly staff.

We have taken both our cars to tint the windows, wrap and do ceramic coating at Accutint. The people at the shop do a great job and are VERY through. Both times they were able to find small factory defects on the paint that we missed and warned us so we could get it fixed before doing the job. Great experience today! I dropped my car first thing in the morning. They took my info and had me on my way to work in less than 5 minutes. Things went awry at work and my ride back to get my car was no longer available. One of their guys came to pick me up and bring me back! Who does that?? Above and beyond. Highly recommend

If you are a true car enthusiast who is very meticulous and particular about your cars, then this shop is probably not for you. And if you can see more details than the detailers/tinters, then this shop is definitely not for you.Long story short, I brought my brand new, custom ordered, Audi S7 to Accutint Bellevue for a full frontal PPF and widow tint applications in December of 2020 – both done in 2 separate days. As for the PPF, I had to bring the car back a week or 2 later so Dave, the film technician, could remove a large water bubble that he missed during the installation. To be fair, overall, I think Dave did a satisfactory job. So far there are no lifted edges or other major flaws that I could see. I have not washed this particular car yet since taking delivery so my opinions might change after I properly decontaminate and clean the paint.Then there is window tinting, which the tinters Karl and Matt, scratched all of the exterior glass surfaces – all side windows and the rear glass. Some scratches are deeper than others, but it doesn’t matter. Scratches on the glass shouldn’t happen. When I brought my car back to the shop to show them the scratches, the tinter Karl denied all wrongdoing and said he had no idea what happened. I asked if he heat shrunk the films and he said yes, but only on 1 side of the car, which I do not believe at all and that still does not explain why there are scratches, fine and heavy, on all windows. After speaking to another tint shop in town and posting photos of the scratches on discussion forums, it is obvious and without a doubt, that the scratches on my glass were introduced during tinting, most likely by a dirty/worn hard card or squeezee during heat shrinking of the films.Of course, the owner of the shop, J., has been denying everything and has argued that the scratches can’t be from tinting. I thought it’s always about doing the right thing for the right reasons? J. suggested that the scratches may have come from a dirty wash mitt or dirt/debris on the door seal. It should not be forgotten that the car was brand new, less than a month old with perfect glass when it was brought in for tinting. The photos clearly show the scratches have approximately the same length, suggesting that a film was placed on the glass at the height of the scratches while heat shrinking was happening. Additionally, the scratches are at different directions/angles, meaning that they are absolutely NOT from the windows going up and down. If the scratches are from the seal, why would they stop at the same height at about 1”?? The scratches would be much much longer if they are coming from the weather seals. This is an insult to my intelligence by making up an excuse like that on a brand new car.It is extremely frustrating and saddening to have experienced this unfortunate event at Accutint Bellevue. There is no winner here in this situation, but I am the one who will be looking at the scratches every single day for as long as I own the car. Furthermore, as always, the owner would bring up his other positive reviews and his shop’s great reputation when a customer isn’t very satisfied or if a complaint arises. Just look at those reviews that mention about scratches either on paint or glass. Mentioning about other positive reviews simply will not change the fact that the tinter was using something that caused the scuffs on my glass, regardless of what the excuses are.I regret my decision to have my car tinted at this shop.J., you need to stop saying the scratches were from dirt or debris accumulating on, or damage to, the window sweeps. If thats the case, I should be seeing more and more scratches forming, but I am not. Let me repeat, there are no new scratches on my windows since window tinting at your shop. Your theory is completely flawed and false. Additionally, Karl saw the scratches on the rear window when I brought back the car and he immediately dismissed it by saying I dont know what happened.

There is no better place to clean and preserve your vehicle. They are experts who really care about their work, and they hire very carefully. This is not just a bunch of kids who got 2 hours of training, these are professionals. I wont trust my cars anywhere else. I have seen the shoddy work that other places try to pass off.

My windows were NOT done dark enough.They still arent dark enough, there needs to be film in between those 2 colors. I wont go illegal, with that limo black. Just closer to it, my old window tint was darker than this is.

I was disappointed I needed to wait so long to get my tint and ceramic coating done, but wow it looks amazing. Definitely worth the wait. I will add, after seeing the results, I would have waited twice as long. Great work from the team, and amazing customer service. The edges of the tint are done so well you cant see in of the lines around the windows. The ceramic coating was done perfectly, I can see myself in the side of my S5!

I was absolutely blown away with the quality job that Accutint did on my Teslas XPEL PPF and ceramic coating. Because my car is 5 years old, it took a ton of man hours to get it ready for the full front PPF. The clay bar treatment and overall deep cleaning pulled the paint back to its original color (huge surprise), and the XPEL application is easily the best Ive ever seen (such a relief). The team took the time to wrap every edge they could around the back side of the panel, so you really need to know where to look to find any cuts. If you look at the panel gap photo Ive attached, you can see what Im talking about. Compared to the PPF on my RX450, its night and day seeing the work of a perfectionist as opposed the churn and burn at the Lexus dealer. It was absolutely worth the money to have my Tesla done right.

Robbie set my 2021 Colorado up with tint for the front windows to match the factory rears, did a brow on the windshield and tinted my canopy. They also did a protective strip on the hood. This was done on time and for a very fair price.Even though my job was small compared to others they walked the truck with me and listened to how I wanted the work done. The windshield visor was done specifically how I wanted it with a radius at each side. I’m very happy with the work and communication. I must have called them 4 times with questions and they were more than happy to answer my questions even though my whole job was less then $350.00This is the third vehicle I’ve had them do I the last 20 years. They have been here that long so I will always bring my work to them and refer others.

I live far away and they were more than happy to make sure they could work around my schedule. I wasnt able to get my car washed before I dropped it off and it was very dirty. Accutint installed a set of tinted vinyl covers I purchased to my taillights and did a fantastic job. I tried it once myself and was not happy with the results but I was very pleased with the work they did. They warned me there was no guarantee since I brought the product in myself but they look terrific, I would recommend them for any vinyl work.

I took my Model X here and got a service for window tinting + basic detailing service.The crew was super helpful and professional. They explained all the services and tinting types to me and I chose 25% Pinnacle film for front windows and 5% for the top portion of windshield.Though 5% was super dark, work quality was superior. (I thought I used to have 5% tinting in my home country but turns out it was 15% :p )Also detailing service was amazing, it looks literally a fresh car out of the factory.There was a hard water spot that I didnt know(they explained me that its probably a calcium water spot from the garage pipe which is super hard to remove), but they removed and cleaned it as well with extra work.All staffs were super kind and helpful, highly recommend this place to shine your vehicle.

Ive been going here since 2009. Great service, tints and detailing. Everyone knows their stuff and will offer suggestions for customizations. Got tint and a wash done and couldnt be happier.

Over the last couple of years, we’ve brought in about 6 different cars for a variety of services. Ranging from full window tints, matching factory tint for the two front windows, and paint protection film. The work was done flawlessly every single time. The finished products never had any bubbles or haziness; and most importantly (to me), the edges of the film were always cut with outstanding precision. When I roll down my tinted windows and look at the edges, they are perfectly cut. When I look at the front of my car, I can’t even see the edges of the paint protection film.These guys absolutely take great pride in their work and will treat your vehicle like their own. They are very knowledgable and are always more than happy to take the time to explain things to you and help you choose the products that best fit your needs.Recently, I’ve moved about a 1.5 hour drive away but I still find myself coming back here when I need work done on my cars. I’ve been to other places before in the past and this level of customer service and quality is hard to come by. They are truly second to none.

Took my model Y here to get full frontal bra and opticoat pro done, very satisfied with the services performed. Robby was especially friendly and helpful, and he was able to reschedule my appointments when I had to take my car into service, and never messed up the details when I had to finish parts of the bra at another appointment. I’d come back in a heartbeat if I need any other services performed in the future.

I recently bought a new car and a friend scratched the door edge after opening it next to a fence. My brother recommended Accutint Bellevue to apply a paint protection film on the door edge. I worked with Robby who was so helpful and great! The application was quick and done well. I plan on coming back soon and getting other parts of my car done with the paint protectant. 10/10 would recommend!

They do fantastic work! It was my first time getting a tint and I didn’t know what to expect. It initially came out with a bunch of bubbles and haziness and they reassured me that it was normal and it would all go away once the tint cured. Sure enough, about a week later and it looks flawless. I cannot find a single bubble or imperfection anywhere. Color is perfect, I went with not too much darker than stock but the ceramic film really blocks out a ton of heat. I could not be happier. They do great work and the communication is top notch as well

I had my front Tesla Model Y windows tinted to match the (factory tinted) rears. They’re definitely busy right now, but I was able to get an appointment squeezed in.They did a great job and the car looks much better with the matched tint. They were also familiar with Teslas, which is always nice since sometimes valets and shops that don’t work with Teslas are a little confused by the key card, but they were doing another Model 3 and had a Model Y in for a wrap so they definitely know what they’re doing.

I bought a 6 year old used car, and it was fairly dingy, including some paint from the sellers garage door transferred onto the fender. I got an interior/exterior detail from Accutint, and the car looked truly like new. They also gave me a ride when I dropped it off, and let me borrow a tool when when I picked it up and needed to change the license plate. Very pleased!

Many years ago, we invested in having our 2007 Yukon Denali wrapped in clear Paint Protection and we also had the front side windows tinted to match the rest of the factory glass. 130k thousand miles later, many of which were ski trip and winter driving miles over the Pass, we had to say goodbye to her as the kids kept complaining about not having enough legroom in the third row. Having watched the car age over 11 years, one thing stayed in perfect shape; the factory paint that was under the Paint Protection film. All the rocks that hit us, the accidental garage door closure on the hood, an “accidently” thrown lacrosse stick that landed on the hood and the everyday rigors of Puget Sound area weather, the paint stayed new and the wear and tear was taken by the wrap. The window tint film was great all 11 years too. When we purchased a new long wheelbase Denali we went back to Accutint Bellevue to have it wrapped, tinted and all the exterior coated in Opti-Coat Pro Plus Ceramic Clear Coat. I was already a fan of their window tint and paint protection (btw, anyone with a family and or those who park downtown, get the rear bumper wrapped in Paint Protection; huge traffic area with loading/unloading the rear and a target for brail parkers) but had not experienced the Opti-Coat before. We picked up the Denali from Bellevue Accutint and it was incredible. It looked entirely better than when we picked it up from the showroom floor. Smooth and silky paint and clear wrap. The next week we took the family to Sunriver and up to Bachelor to ski from there. Of course the roads were a mess; it was icy, snowy and they spread the red volcanic gravel on the roads for traction. A week later we arrived home after driving through steady rain on the Pass, low and behold, the truck was basically clean on the outside. The Opti-Coat repelled the water and apparently doesn’t let dirt cake up either. Super impressed!!Thanks guys, job well done!

They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment even though they were booked for a month.They even save me some money by presenting ways I could save and I saved 15% through BECU passport.The quality of the tint was amazing. I had both paint protection film and window tint done by Accutint Bellevue about 7 years ago. Both experiences at the time were great. Seven years later they both look brand new.I recently need to provide proof of my paint protection for insurance after an accident and Accutint Bellevue as more than happy to provide a copy of the invoice from when I this done.This shop goes above and beyond to help the customer. Love this place! Recently had my 2013 Subaru STI tinted last summer and they did an exceptional job as always. My family has had 5+ cars/trucks tinted through them and they do an amazing job. Never any dust or hair under the film. They cut the film all the way to the edge of the glass. This makes the tint look factory which is a must for me. They dont even charge extra for it like other shops in Bellevue! Accutint uses the top of the line film that carries a lifetime warranty. Our oldest car, a 2001 Lexus was done many years ago and the tint still looks like new! Their owner and manager are so friendly as well as the receptionist! They help you with all your needs and get you exactly what you want. Every car that needs a tint job needs to go to Accutint Bellevue! I will continue bringing in every car I need tinted to them.

Back in April 2017 I selected Accutint for my 2016 Dodge Charger. The staff was both friendly and professional, helping me pick out both the appropriate tint level, and walking me through the process. One long Friday afternoon later, my car was ready and looking better than ever.on 7/10/2017 I noticed a small section on the rear driver side window where the tint had caught and pulled back slightly with some bubbling. After taking some pictures I contacted Accutint, and they had me bring the car by on the same day to take a look.Roberto and two of the technicians assessed the section, and 10min later asked me if I had time right then to allow them to fix it.One hour later they had checked all the other windows, repaired the tint section, and had it back to looking day one perfect. They take the guarantee they put behind their work very seriously.No charges, no questions, and excellent service.I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

I brought in a 2nd vehicle in less than a year, Alden and his staff do a wonderful job in taking care of all my new vehicle needs. It’s not often you find a shop thats as detail oriented as Accutint. Alden did an amazing job at explaining all the services and products that we were considering over the phone. After some thought and research it was apparent that Accutint was going to be our best choice. A few days later my sister took delivery of her Grand Cherokee after it received the full treatment (Window Tint, Clear Bra, Opti-Coat) and it turned out amazing! Talk about attention to detail! I took my Jeep into Accutint as I wanted a professional detail and the interior was pretty tarnished by my new dog. The service was extremely friendly, fun conversation as I waited in the lobby and they were able to return the car virtually spotless on the interior. They even got some of the marks (thanks pup) out of my supposedly stain proof jeep seats.

Scratched my back windshield and gave me the run around when trying to cover up and deny their wrongdoing. Left a piece of dirt under the tint on my driver side window. Attention to detail and caring is nonexistent

This is what happens when you leave your Mercedes to bunch of hungry of money life kids. My Mercedes door was scratched. And I️ don’t have the time to fix it. It’s annoying looking at it every single morning.Then the owner makes fake reviews here and brags about it in person. I️ don’t even want to understand this business anymore. I’m waiting for a real shop to open. Small but artist who are passionate about there work.

This is the place to go. I got my windows tinted, vinyl hood graphic and blacked out head/tail lights.I had my last cars windows tinted at the accutint in Seattle and was not impressed. This team did a much better job.

A few years ago, Accutint installed a clear bra on my 993 Carrera S and it is still holding up extremely well with no discoloration or peeling. This is not just the hood and front bumper area, but every leading edge surface exposed to rocks and debris. I just had the windows tinted on the car after winning a gift certificate at the clubs annual awards banquet. Now, one might think that since Accutint wasnt going to make any money on this installation, they could make it a quick job and be done. Not the case! They took their time and did a first class job. They started on time and knew I was going to stay in the local area until it was done and then finished very close to their original estimated time. The tint looks great and makes the car look richer for lack of a better word. Thanks for a great job. Ill be back in the future to use more of their extensive services!

Ive had multiple cars done by these guys over the years, at least 5 while the owner was in charge. The owner has delegated much of it to other people and quality went down. My Tesla had film installed in October 2017 which had a 5 scratch. Then had scheduling problems with no followup calls and they started working on another car instead of mine. I wont take my money there again.

We had our F350 done in early January and were so impressed we brought the MB in later that month. The F350 had the side windows tinted and a clear bra applied. The team was extremely professional (educating us on all the choices and available products) and we were very pleased with the final product. They did such a good job we brought the MB back for a window tint a few weeks later. Here is where there customer service shines- I was super wishy-washy (i.e. probably a pain in the rear) on what tint I wanted for the MB. Robbie walked me over all the possibilities- even showing me like-cars with the tint options I was debating. He was patient and didnt pressure me to hurry my decision or try to influence it towards a more expensive product. The car came out great and enhanced the overall look so much I feel like I have a new car.One final note- as another reviewer notes- the owners run an excellent business, the entire shop feels like they are working as a team.
