The roof paint job Offutt Collision did on my Honda CR-V looks good, but they did not do a very good job of cleaning up. I opened the rear door and could see many areas of plastic trim on the inside of the vehicle that were filthy. These were not there when I took the car in. Also, there was a coating of grey on the plastic panels next to the rear door gas cylinders that I had to use a special cleaner to remove the coating. This coating was not there when I took it in. I was not happy that they did not inspect this before they returned the car to me.

The Offutt Collision Repair team was very responsive, finished earlier than expected and very easy to work with. The office is professional and clean and they are open to discussing concerns and any specifications that are needed. Their work is amazing and I’m very happy with the result of the body repair.

I dropped my vehicle off here after being hit in a parking lot. They provided an estimate before I left and coordinated a rental car for me to use while it was being worked. They provided text updates as the car was being worked on. When I picked up the car, they walked me through the work they did. I was also pleasantly surprised to find the interior cleaned and vacuumed. I really can’t recommend these folks enough. They do great work, provide great service, and deserve your business.

Very easy. We got our estimate almost two years before we had the money saved up for the work on my husband’s car. They still had us in their data base and still gave us the original estimate price for the work. Quick service even though we forgot to bring our car in on the correct day.

I dont think our experience here could have gone any better. I dropped my car off on a monday. It needed a new bumper and some underlying cosmetic repairs and replacements. My insurance covered a rental so they communicated with Enterprise and had them pick me up at the time I dropped my car off. Each day my husband and I both received calls and texts about the status of our car and how things were going. They estimated it would be done on Friday and we got a call Wednesday morning that they had already completed the repairs and it would be ready for pickup by Wednesday mid-day, AND they washed our car and detailed the inside. The staff is so friendly and the timeliness and overall experience was a definite 5 stars! Will be going back for any future car repairs needed.

After having someone back in to my car, I had to have the bumper, fender and headlamp replaced on my vehicle. I took it to Offutt Collison Repair to get the work done on it, and after 3 days of work they had already finished and the attention to detail is spectacular. They worked with Herz who also exceeded my expectations, not only providing top quality service, such as pick my up, assisting me in moving my gear to the other car, giving me an upgraded / larger car, since the back seat needed more room (was a tight fit for the child car seats), so they moved me to a High Lander, and they were so quick that I was not late to my meeting. This was the second time my car was in for repair work. Each time, staff was great to work with. Repairs were done in a timely manner, and the results were excellent.

Mine was a small repair (lower front bumper) , but Chris and OCR made sure to also check that nothing mechanical had been affected (including a concern of mine about a noise coming from the steering column).
