John is an unbelievably honest professional. Best body shop in Bellevue. Nice, Honest and easy to work with! I wont go anywhere else for any body work or installation of carbon fiber! His prices are fair. I highly recommend him! Dealership wanted to charge $450 to remove a Spoiler and John Didnt want to charge me anything!!! I will recommend to everyone I know that needs their car spruced up or fixed! See beautiful photos of his work. Several times a week, I have people stopping and taking photos of the beautiful job he did on my carbon fiber wrap around trim. Thank you John!!! :)

I cant recommend Fix Auto Bellevue enough! I took my vehicle in for some minor cosmetic work and the team was fantastic. They took care of me like they actually wanted to earn my business. The price was very fair, much less than I was expecting. In addition, they recommended a less expensive solution that worked very well and saved me $700. If you need some help, please go see them!

Looks flawless and great customer service.Got another scratch on my car last weekend and brought it in today, was helped by the same guy (didnt catch his name), but since the scratch wasnt too deep, he pretty much buffed it out on the spot.

I worked with Chris Darling and the team at Fix Auto and they did amazing work on my old mustang. Specifically they repainted the bumper and other external components as well. Grade A quality work and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I did my caliper painting here and it was fine. However I didnt notice they damaged my wheels till 3 weeks later. These are hard to notice especially when the new caliper color gave a pop and got all the attention. I guess they stacked my wheels so exactly 3 out of 4 are damaged on the rim- the scratches. These AMG wheels are 2k each Im not sure why they took care of them so poorly after took them off the rotor. I take care of my car super well. Its a 2017 new AMG. Right Before I gave to them i did wheel wash myself by hand so Im sure they were perfect. When they give car back to me, there were rim scratches already but just hard to notice(see the photo and you will know why its hard to notice but also its a BIG damage). How it was damaged must be due to scratching something when set aside(I guess stacked. Thats why its 3 out of 4 damaged similarly. Last one on top so no damage). And their photo proved it too(taken by them and shared with me at the service day, attached ) when I noticed the scratches and looking for cause, their photo help me confirm its indeed their rough handling the wheels. Seriously, if your store is to do one thing and break the others, you business is going nowhere!

Come here during a Friday afternoon and replaced my rear right light bulb. Daryl went straight into the problem and fixed the issues within 10 minutes. The lady greeted me was nice and kind and made me less anxious about the issue. At the end of the day, they charged me 0 cents —Nothing and simply asked me to refer my friends here. People here are so capable, kind and nice. 100% recommended. God bless them.

Choosing Fix Auto to repair my truck reminded me that there are still people in the world that value integrity, reputation, friendliness, and are true to their word. I walked into an enclave of multiple autobody shops and didnt know which one to use so I just checked into a few places but immediately felt a helpful and professional vibe here so I went with Fix Auto Bellevue and never regretted it. They were very helpful with arranging the repairs and keeping me updated by text along the way. They finished everything a day early and even cleaned my car and buffed some scratches in the process. Very satisfied and I will recommend them to everyone!!

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!Beware! This is a really fraudulent body shop!They charged me 5 thousand dollars FOR NOTHING!They were not able to estimate the damage in my car because they dont have the tools to open the car and evaluate it, also.. they didnt have the parts in the data base (Which is understandable), they were not able to determine if it can be total loss or not. 1 month and they did NOTHING!They first charged 3k for the storage and labor, then after couple of hours they called me back saying that they missed to add 1,400.. (This is ridiculous!) And then, the fat guy told me that it was 1,000 but they added 400 for their service!!!At the beginning they told me Yes, we can fix it (they said yes because the insurance said it but they never saw the damage).. I asked them to double check and make sure this can be fixed and they said yes it can. Day after I came back to say please make sure AGAIN that you can fix it! Finally they reviewed the car (After 2 weeks) and they called me saying Sorry, we cant fix it because the frame is broken.They will just spent your money and time! I had to pay 5 thousand dollars and at the end they said Sorry, we dont have the tools to fix or evaluate your car.. dont take your car to this place seriously, you can take it to the other body shops that are close by.

Update - picked up my car yesterday evening - FLAWLESS! Wow - it was absolutely flawless. They even cleaned the interior. It was like the day I drove it off the lot. It was great to receive updates automatically on my phone. They let me know what was going on. For a super busy shop, the entire staff made me feel like I was the only one there. They were all professional and wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered. It was a great experience for a something that is not very fun to have to deal with.Love these guys! Fix Auto Bellevue is the best. I have had them work on multiple cars over the years and they always do a great job. I know the parts they use are OEM - when I traded my wifes Honda Odyssey in a year after someone had hit her, the inspectors at the dealership asked if it had been in an accident. They said they were asking because some of the internal parts were newer than the rest of the car and that they would only be changed if the vehicle was in an accident. The level of service and quality of work is amazing. Highly recommend them.

Hands down, this is the best repair shop in Bellevue. I had to get my car repaired and shopped around 4 different auto body shops before landing here. Paul fixed my car to perfection and save me a lot of money that the other shops were trying to charge unnecessarily. Best prices, very honest people and the best customer service you can imagine. The place came highly recommended by a number of co-workers. Unfortunately, I will never get a chance to find out how good (or bad) it actually is because even after two visits and multiple phone calls they failed to send over their quote to the insurance agent that was expecting it. This is the first time it was difficult to convince a business to accept $2,500 from a customer. Well, someone else gladly took it.

Be wary of exercising any lifetime guarantees at this location as the new owners Customer Service skills could be improved. Rest of staff were relatively nice. Took my vehicle to dealership to confirm quality of work before I returned my vehicle to be redone. While I picked up my my vehicle for the 2nd time after having to bring it back for mismatched paint on panels, I witnessed 2 other clients point out mistakes on their vehicles. For Bellevue, theres better quality and service at nearby shops (Theres a reason this one isnt booked out 3+ weeks). Didnt know this business had undergone new ownership late 2017 - early 2018 or I would have gone elsewhere from the start.** edited to add response **This comes down to a lack of attention to details and quality of service FROM THE OWNER. Ive already stated that I took my vehicle to my dealership to confirm the mismatch in paint and quality of work done. Your response to my initial review is trying to explain away something that has already been confirmed by an authorized dealership.

Great shop. Went beyond what I expected. They managed the rental car company for me as well as getting my car repaired in a timely manner. They warranty their work for as long as you own the car. I recently referred a family member there and they are equally as happy.

USAA recommended going here and I am very glad I did. My Jeep had some serious damage and my insurance would not cover more than a month for the car rental.Rob from Fix Auto wanted to make sure my car was fixed right and rather than do a rush job offered to pay for my rental until the car was fixed right. I havent seen my jeep yet, but I am sure when I get it back it will be perfect.They truly care about customer service and doing the job right. Accidently ripped my bumper out of place last night. Tried putting it back in place last night in the rain and it wasnt happening. Called this morning and they told to brin it by to look at it.Upon arrival no more than 2 minutes passed and one of the techs came out and we nudged it back into place. Although it was a quick fix it was an early Christmas present as I was not charged.Thank you! Ill recommend your place to everyone I know and if I ever have problems Ill know where to bring it.

This place is an absolute diamond in the rough. I came here to have my hood painted because I am an idiot and used goo off to get sap of my car. It looked horrible, so I bit the bullet and brought my car here to get the hood painted, its a tricolor paint job so it would be around $500 in most places.Well thats what separates these guys, I dont even know how much they charge for a hood repainting, because they took one look at it and said eh we can buff that out for ya They saved me a ton of money when a lot of places could have easily just taken the job.The last thing about these guys is there attention to detail. I just bought the first car that I am really proud of, lexus IS250, shes my baby. These guys let me watch and ask questions about the process, they were helpful and extremely good at what they do. The place seems to run like a family operation but I dont think many if any of them are related.All in all these guys kick ass at what they do and they love doing it.

I recently took my BMW to Fix it Lakeside Collision Center for repair of a dent caused by running over a curb. They had to order a part from Germany in order to fix it. The repair was done beautifully. The people at Lakeside handled everything with my insurance company and delivered the car to me when finished. I am very satisfied and would be glad to reccomend them to anyone.

The property owners found that they could get 25% more rent so they cancelled the lease and gave Fix Auto 30 days to get out.

I will NEVER consider this garage. When I spoke with them about getting my Honda to be towed for an estimate, they never got the message...VERY poor communication. Even after I cancelled a tow truck for a Saturday, they failed to get the message and I had to inform them of that when they called as a reminder.

I took my Shelby Mustang GT500 in for a door dent repair. The shop most likely didnt know it, but I have a dashcam somewhat hidden within the car behind the rearview mirror. Out of curiousity, I reviewed the footage of when my car was being driven in and out of the shop. The famous scene in Ferris Buellers Day Off brought shivers in my spine and was at the forefront of my memory. I was pleasantly surprised that they treated my car with the utmost respect. Their repair was of very high quality (9.5 out of 10, they didnt match the vinyl stripes on the adjacent panels which had slightly faded due to UV exposure, but this was never covered by the insurance), they had my vehicle available earlier than expected, and then even vacuumed the interior to make sure it looked its very best. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who has a garage baby and hopes to have their vehicle handled by mature/responsible technicians. Would be happy to do business with them again, but I hope I dont have to (door dings are not welcome).

Extremely disappointed with this company because they forgot to service my car! I dropped my car off at the front of their doors and dropped my key in the night drop off section and they still said they forgot!The worst part was not even getting an apology...STAY AWAY!!!

I send my car to here to fix my broken car door, they hold it for 3 weeks and cost me for 3000$, while the quality of the fix is really bad, I could hear clearly noise after the speed is above 30m/m, also I didnt get any updates during the fix, they said they will replace a new door, actually they just reassemble my door, I definetly would not recommend anyone to fix your car here

They changed their name but same owner. Had my car worked upon here before and they did not do a good job. Visited them a second time a few days ago and they gave an estimate that was higher and they asked for 10 days whereas the other shop did it in 2!

Bad service...bad paint job after a year paint falling off...spend over 10k and get macco service....watch out
