The Sheets are friggin Ah-May-Zing and so kind to me everytime I visit their store. I service my Lexus here and put tires on it instead of going to Roanoke. They do a great job and they do it cheaper than Wal-Mart and faster than the Roanoke Lexus dealer.

I had gone to Sheets for an oil change and other minor service needs on my 2011 Ram 1500. While waiting, I thought I would look the new models over. Two 2020 model Bighorn trucks got me interested. A red one and a blue one. The salesman, Denny Coffman, was extremely helpful and before long I decided on the red one. He has always treated me with respect and reassured me he will make sure it gets fixed, even though it has messed up 5 times. Even if you have a product not always the best, if you have a person with integrity you are willing to go back.

For the longest time I was told to stay away from here. I went in to get my trucks Uconnect system updated and got to looking around while I was waiting. I decided to trade my truck in and got a new Cherokee Trailhawk. The experience was great. They gave me more than I wanted for my truck and gave me a little more off on top of a massive amount of rebates. It was all and all a awesome place to buy a vehicle from. I will continue to use them and not let others experiences get on my way.

I almost bought a jeep from these guys and there are several salesmen that work there that are my friends. I couldnt strike the right deal with them and 1 week later bought a similar wrangler unlimited in Ohio. No big deal right, but as a local Beckley family man and being in business management myself, if you call their service or sales and ask a simple question that service guys or sales should know, you dont tell the customer to ask the sales dealership you bought the jeep from the question and refuse to answer. All I wanted to know if its ok to fuel up the 3.6 JL with premium gas every week without harming the engine. He wouldnt tell me and was VERY RUDE and suggested to call elsewhere or the dealership in Ohio because I didnt purchase it from him or that particular dealership.Im local and my plans were to go next week to get an oil change from the Beckley Sheets dealership and start a long term relationship with them to service my jeep ever few months and I always buy aftermarket or factory parts as well. Well, Jim Johnson, way to represent your company and community as a salesman and push away future business. Youre a class act my friend! 👎

Omg I can not tell you how unhappy I am with this place. We have spent a week with them trying to get a vehicle. The first salesman put all of our information in wrong then they kept calling acting like we have never been there before, they ran it through twice for the wrong vehicle then they have us come sign paperwork and when we went they asked since we were self employed can we provide proof of income so we did and they ran it through a third time and we have spent all day waiting to hear something back and they never called, so I called them and they informed me they couldn’t get it to go through. We gave them everything they asked for and all they did was keep missing it up. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Took longer then I would of liked to get appointment to get window(under warranty) fixed. Appointment is Friday 22nd but I have been waiting a full month to get her fixed!!

I was traveling from Michigan with my family and our car broke down in Pax. We got towed to Beckley. We were told our car was fixable and after 24 hours and over $500 later it wasnt. I went into panic mode. My husband did some research online and we went to speak with The Judge.. We arrived at the dealership and this gentlemen went above and beyond for our family to ensure we could get home. Denny tried his little heart out to get us financed. After a few hours we were on our way out in a new car!! He only had a small amount of cash for a down payment. This guy made it happen. Him and the other guy there that day were so hospitable!! Im so thankful for them. I was stressed out for 3 days and they fixed my problem. He even gave us a couple ideas on places to go so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. It was beautiful and for sure what our family needed after a few bad days!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!
