Good people, very caring and always willing to get your car in top shape. They explain everything they are doing and will always ask before doing any type of repairs.

This was by far the most seamless experience I have ever had with an auto shop. They were professional, timely, and did ONLY what I asked. No more, no less. They never tried to get more money out of me, and my car was done in 5 hours! I will definitely be returning should I have any car issues. And I recommend this as a first choice for car repairs!

Were from Kentucky and we broke down in West Virginia on our way to Virginia Beach. We had our car towed here. The tow truck charged us $20 a trip to get us all there (there were 9 of us and he took 2 at a time) The boss of this place went and picked up the remainder of my family and brought them back to the Meineke shop so we didnt have to pay the tow service so much. They was amazing. All the mechanics were nice and fixed us right up. Not to mention Sue was outstanding. Traveling back to Ohio from Virginia when I experienced some brake trouble. Called them when they opened Saturday morning they advised they were booked but to come on in and they would do their best to get it fixed. We stopped by this Meineke when our “check engine” light came on during a road trip. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful— despite being fully booked, they made time outside of their regular business hours to check our car. The knowledgeable technicians were able to quickly diagnosis our car’s issue and give us guidance on how to manage our road trip and the car maintenance. Would recommend this spot to any locals or travelers in need to auto help!

I have been using them since they moved into the area and have always been impressed with their service. They have did oil changes, my inspection stickers, changed rotors, changed out my k-frame, fixed a transmission leak, and more for my 10 year old Rogue. They always call first to make sure I am ok with the repairs they are making before they do anything additional and give me a rough estimate of how much it is going to cost. I used a different garage before that did not do this and my bill would be 2 or 3 times more than what I was prepared to pay, and the work would not always be the best.I highly recommend using Meineke in Beckley because they are friendly, explain what your care needs to you so you can make an informed decision, and do quality work in a timely manner.

I have been there several times in the last few years with 2 vehicles. They take care of what is needed, will show you what is wrong and why it needs replaced/ repaired. I always feel confident with their work, have not had any problems with anything they work on. I trust them, that is not something common in these times. I have recommended them to my family and friends.

Very pleased with the attention and expertise these guys displayed. Chains like Meineke used to have a reputation for being rip off artists but I didn’t have that experience at all. They did good work in a timely manner and answered all of my questions along the way. One final benefit, they reported the service visit to CarFax. Something that can be very helpful when it is time to sell the vehicle.

We were (wife and kids too) driving out of the mountains from Virginia heading to Ohio for the night on our route back to Michigan. I had an engine coolant add message come on as I could tell my 2500 Chevy diesel (pulling a camper) was getting warm and wasnt running right. I milked the vehicle into a Walmart at 2:30pm on a Saturday afternoon, the worst time to break down, shop hours wise. Meineke was the only place open in town after a quick search. I was in a jam and Sue (who answered the phone) was hopeful but not promising anything (keeping it honest) as they were super busy and closing soon. I got it towed to them at 3:30pm and Mark (the owner) and Chris (super nice laid back employee) spend time after their 4:00 pm closing time diagnosing the problem. Unfortunetly I had a broken pusher fan, one of the blades had broken, ramming into my radiator. Even though they were booked days out they still got me in as soon as the parts came, understanding my situation of being stranded for days. Tim (the guy that did most of the work) showed me the fan and radiator and spent time explaining things afterword, which is helpful so I know what happened and can keep mental notes for my mechanic back home. All this long post to say, I wouldnt hesitate ONE BIT to take a vehicle there. Im sure they arent perfect (who is?) but Ive been around and seen a lot of organizations operate and even though they were super busy (which is a good thing) you can tell they care about what they are doing and care about people even when the pressure is on with demanding customers. Thank-you Meineke in Beckley! Oh, and the price was better than I was anticipating, which is a rare occurance from my experience.

They performed the work in a timely manner and my appointment time was actually my appointment time. The tech protected my interior by using a plastic drop to cover my seats. Overall I am 100% satisfied. I forgot to mention, the prices are very competitive, I couldn’t have gotten the work done for less anywhere unless I did it myself.

They were friendly and also did a thorough job even found a problem I had with a control arm that other places had not found that I took my vehicle to.

Earlier this week, I had a lugnut snapped in 1/2 while on I-77. My car was towed to this Meineke. The staff was amazing as I was traveling from WV to FL. They assessed the issues, fixed the wheel bearings on the 3 tires that needed replaced, and the studs for my drivers side tire. They also worked in a 4 hr job on the same day so that I could back on the road even though they were extremely busy and had a full schedule for the rest of the week. If you are in Beckley, WV, I def recommend going here for your car troubles or routine car upkeep.

Can’t say enough positive about our experience with the service we got here today. Our check engine light came on on our 2018 VW. My manual said drive slowly to the nearest VW dealer. Well that was 50 miles away so we stopped at the Meineke Dealership in Becky, West VA. The took us in right away and did a diagnostic procedure and it showed we needed a new number2 spark plug and a new coil. Within 90 mins we were on the road again. Extremely friendly. Professional and reasonably priced. Would recommend them to everyone!!!

Went to Meineke for a second opinion for squeaky brakes on my hubby’s Toyota and so glad we did! They quickly found the problem and fixed it. Unfortunately the unnamed place we went before said everything was fine, but even we non-mechanics know super squeaky brakes are NEVER fine. We feel so much safer now! We were travelling from VA to Missouri when all of a sudden the brake fluid started to leak. Obviously, we didnt have a appointment but I called them and they took care of the brakes in no time. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Great staff, quick service and very reasonable!

After taking my 2013 Ford Escape to the local dealership in 2020 they couldn’t find what was wrong with it, so I took a chance on Meineke. Took my vehicle in at 12:30 and by 1:00 the mechanic called and told me what was causing my problem. Next morning it’s ready to go. Felt like a new car. Thanks Meineke.

I was traveling in Beckley WV from out of town and my Ford Explorer broke down. Everything I googled about it leaned towards a blown head gasket. All I could think of was being out of town and spending thousands of dollars to fix my truck.I googled auto repair shops in Beckley WV and several businesses came up. Meineke Car Care Center had hundred of 5 star reviews so those were the folks I called. I talked with Sue and she hooked me up with a towing company that towed my truck to them for free.I could not believe it when Sue called and told me that it was not a blown head gasket and my bill was $19.89. Everyone was so nice and polite that I am still a little taken back. If ever there was a chance to rip someone off, this was it. I can not say how truly grateful I am, that I made the decision to talk with a pro like Sue!

They are the only garage in town I absolutely trust. Fair, friendly and reasonable all around. I highly recommend them. 😎

This was first time I had been to this auto service. My air conditioner stopped working it was 85 degrees! The Customer Service Rep. ask me several questions & explained that they were booked up that day as there was vehicle in every stall. She call mechanic to counter-he was very polite & courteous also. They told me have vehicle back at 4pm they try work it in. They did!!😊 it only took maybe 40min. Price was reasonable also. I definitely will use their services again. I try make appt. next time😊

Today was my first time at Meineke, and I had an excellent experience! I was able to book my service online with ease in just minutes. when I arrived at my local branch, they had everything ready to go for me and got me in right away. For my oil change, I waited 30 minutes, which is nothing. Even for a little more than a basic oil change, the price is unbeatable! The reward system I was signed up for is great, and I know that I will be bringing my service back to the Beckley Meineke. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend.

Was needing coil springs compressed to replace front struts. I had already removed both from the front of the vehicle with the hope of completing the job myself. When I realized I couldnt compress the springs enough with the tools I had it put me in a bind. I called the local meineke and even though they were busy they made time to help. I really appreciate their willingness to work with me so I could complete my project and get my vehicle back on the road. Ill definitely keep them in mind for the future.

Meineke has been the only repair shop to accurately diagnose and repair our vehicle. Always great customer service and responsive to questions. We have been satisfied with them for four years now.

Lied about not having an air filter as it needed changed, was not absent. Lied about oil leak. Was not present. Lied about low oil. The oil was filled where it needed to be with a recent oil change. Please get the facts straight instead of trying to con money out of someone.

The mechanics here are always able to diagnose the issues my car is having, even when other garages and dealerships have failed to. I also really like that they take me to the garage and explain exactly what theyre fixing on my car and why. That way, I never feel like Im being scammed for unnecessary repairs. Plus, the service is always fast & friendly! Could not recommend this place enough.

‘08 Suzuki SX4 clutch went out on a Saturday in Mount Hope en route from Kansas to Virginia and Meineke was the only shop in the county willing to work on my car. They were fully booked Saturday and Monday but still managed to fully rebuild the clutch, refurbish the flywheel, and get me back home on Tuesday morning, as promised. Sue (worked the phones and front desk) was a life saver helping boyfriend and I find a cheap wrecker to tow it there and help us figure out an affordable place to eat and something to do in town until some family could come pick us up on Saturday afternoon. She also called daily to update us and make sure we were in the loop on the repairs 100% satisfied with price, service, and turnaround time. I would recommend this meineke service shop to *anyone* who needs anything done in Raleigh county!!

The prices are absolutely wonderful, mechanics ate friendly and personable, the lady the cashes out is a true sweetheart and so easy to talk to. Everything was explained to me so I understand. We had so many laughs and good conversations during my short visit. The facility is clean and neat.... Ive found my car people for life!!!!!! And they do EVERYTHING for cars!!!!

I was out of town for a wedding and had a flat tire. These guys worked me in and got it fixed in 30 mins. Rotated the tires without asking and really took great care of me. Super friendly staff.

Does a good job

I bought tires and had them mounted and balanced. I also had a front end alignment. I was met by the service rep upon my arrival. I had some concerns about the front end alignment and I also wanted to keep one of my old tires for a spare. The service rep walked around my vehicle with me and addressed my concerns before the work started. Upon completion he explained to me in detail the results of the front end alignment and issues that he encountered. He even had taken pictures of the underside of the vehicle before and after to show the work that was done. I have brought my truck to this service center in the past. They are very thorough and professional. I live an hour away from this Meineke, but it is well worth the drive for me.

They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you leave satisfied. I had an issue come up with my brakes and they worked to find the parts I needed for the best price. When it turned out the part in question was covered under my extended warranty, Sue quickly contacted the company to get the ball moving and the repair started.

They were wonderful there. But the prices are somewhat ridiculous.
