We were almost 6 hours from home and towing a camper with our 3 kids when the carrier bearing in our truck blew apart. We had the truck towed here and they stopped what they were working on and got our truck in right away. Within 2 hours of dropping it off they were already done and even drove to the hotel we were at to pick us up when it was ready!! Great customer service and very fair pricing!! I would highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs!

The mechanics here know what theyre doing and dont take very long to get things done.

Owner and entire staff was helpful. I broke down on the WV turnpike on a Sunday night (Jeep overheated) and was able to be worked on Monday first thing. He was able to get me fixed and back on the road that same day. They even fed me while I was there. I was at their mercy and he treated me very fair. Would recommend.

THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!! We had broke down on I77 with our 35’ Motorhome on a Thursday headed to a weekend wedding. We had called 5 or 6 places before we found one that would even look at our motorhome. Mark the owner said he could not promise they could look at it that day but would before the weekend. We did not get towed there until 3pm. He also let use hook up to power and stay in the motorhome on his lot. By closing time at 5 pm Mark and his guys had looked at the engine and determined it had probably broke the flywheel. He had also checked for the part but could not get one til Monday. We told him our daughter lives in Charlotte NC area and could bring one up from there if he could find one near there. So Friday morning he went out of his way to look there for the part. He also came back Thursday night to check on us staying in is lot and see if we needed anything.His guys started working on our motorhome first thing Friday morning and had it ready for the new part by around 1 pm. While they did that Mark found a part near Charlotte. Our daughter picked up the part and finally made it to the garage at 4:45 pm on Friday. They close at 5. Mark and his guys stayed to work on finishing the repairs and at 9 pm had us done and on the road.Mark did all of this while dealing with the lose of his father in law on Thursday night.We can not say enough about the great guys and Mark. They made us feel welcome and cared about. Not just a customer but a friend. Not only did he get our motorhome looked at before the weekend but also got it fixed and back on the road. THEY WERE AWESOME AND WONDERFUL.I would recommend Creager auto to everyone. They treated us like family. Mark even called us Saturday to make sure everything went good.

My brother and I got a flat on out trip from Ohio to FL. Thankfully we were close to Creager tire. Mark was hilarious and his crew was able to get our tire patched and back on the car in less than 20 minutes.

Some of the most honest people youll meet. My family and I broke down near Beckley WV and a passer by recommend Craigers. They treated us like family and took great care of our vehicle in a timely manner for great price. There attention to detail was awesome. Owners name was Mark. Our VW got towed in with a clutch problem. My daughter told the receptionist what was going on and was told they would take care of it. 3 days later, with no call or update, I called to check and was told they had a new part in hand and were installing it....When I asked how much it would be, she said they hadnt calculated it yet. I objected that they had started work without an estimate because I didnt even have enough of a ballpark to decide if it was worthwhile to do. She told me that if it was too much, they would not have done the repair. What??? Since when does the mechanic decide what MY budget is? So here we are: $1000 paid on a 19 year old car and it still isnt fixed. Would NOT Recommend.

The filthiest repair shop Ive ever been in, truly an unreal stench. Not to mention some of the rudest and hostile people. My husband had a conversation with the main guy recently and it seems like hes ready to physically attack his own customers? Read the other *real* reviews to get an idea, looks like this place has put a lot of work into publishing fake opinions.

Fast and very good prices

My husband and I came thru there from Michigan on our way to Statesville NC for Dans new job. Our cars transmission died. These guys rebuilt it in 1.5 days and we still got Dan to work on time. They do outstanding work...fast....done right and fair price. We will never forget them. This was 10 years ago! We will be back to being you guys treats!😁👍

I was referred to Creager by Transmaster when my transmission failed do to faulty mechanical work done at a N ational T ire and B @ttery 2 hours north. Mark and Karen treated us like family. They stayed open late until my family could secure a rental they even drove us to pick it up. We were 7 hours from home 3 hours from our destination it was six at nite and were stranded. The company that caused the problem didnt even care and didnt even call me back. My transmission is now working great thanks to Creager tire and SERVICE. I would highly recommend them. I think the only way it could have been better would be maybe they invited us for dinner lol. Thankyou again Creager for helping and making my family safe. I am a New Yorker and was shown true southern hospitality. God bless yall 😃

He knew I was from out of state. I was angry about the repair on my car, which, while it was driveable, didnt actually fix the problem. He shouted at me if I wanted to complain anywhere, Good luck with that. He said he doesnt know how things are done where I come from (!), but everyone around here knows me and theyll be on my side. Its a predatory business. He may take care of locals but for people stranded on the turnpike, good luck, he knows youre helpless.

Service is good, however word is trash..

Their work is ok but getting them to call you back before during or after they work on your vehicle is like pulling teeth with them!!!

Had my suv takin in for a alignment and they gave it back and it was in worse shape when they gave it back then when i took it over and there mechanic about dropped my transmission. Please save yourself tine and money and avoid this crooks

I asked whether they know which way the e-brake adjusters turn,found out my answer and tomorrow will go buy the passenger side one, because Jeep put a driver side adjuster on that side.

My daughter and wife hit something in the road on I-77 and it ripped a hole in the gas tank. Mark and his crew at Creager Tire got the car right in, located a used gas tank off an old car, and had them back on the road to Ohio the same afternoon at a very reasonable price. I was 5 hours away in Ohio. He said he would want his sisters treated the same way. Thats good business !

Always had good service

I was in a trip back from Miami all the way to ohio and ran into a problem in Beckly. I was very upset because me and my friend were running low on money, it was a Saturday and being two 20 year old girls in a Mini Cooper stranded in a different state I assumed any mechanic would try to take advantage of the situation. The shop owner was great though, he remedied my problem for less than $100 and was an all around great guy. I am very appreciative of the help that I received there, I felt like I was in good hands

We were driving from Toronto to Florida when our 2014 VW CC began to cough and die. We stopped at a car dealership in Beckley who directed us to Creagher tire. We were traveling home to North Carolina from a family visit in Indiana when our vehicle broke down in Beckley WV. The tow truck driver recommended Creager Tire & Service Center for repairs. They looked at our car, diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts. We had to leave our car in Beckley for a week. Creager did an excellent job in repairing our car. I can highly recommend them if you are ever in need of auto repairs in Beckley WV.

Good mechanic work but bit pricey!

Come spend your money and get abused at the same time - scrolling marquee behind the desk. I dont like that I call and talk to a very polite woman who takes my contact information and info regarding what services I need, yet when I get to the office I have to repeat myself to some other guy. Ive never even seen the woman in the office. The fellas behind the desk can never point me in the right direction of my car once I go to pick it up. And today - I was checking out and Mark was scanning my card through the reader. He turns and throws the card at me like a frisbee from behind the counter, even though he has to turn and walk back to me anyway for me to sign the receipt. Some customer service! Treat all your customers that way?!

Me and my family was Driving from Ohio to Virginia when we had a tire go very low on my 12 Mercedes C63 AMG. No jack or spare I called these guys they got my car in as soon as i showed up, found the leak and I we was on our way.
