Steve and his staff were professional and extremely knowledgeable. They completed my vehicle repair in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with the service and the reasonable cost for all the work that was required. My car had to be towed to a garage and the towing company recommended American Truck Repair. I am grateful to the towing company for taking me and my vehicle to this repair shop.

Passing through Beckley on a road trip and had a grinding noise from the engine. All the other mechanics I tried in town were busy. But these guys said bring it in and well take a look. They diagnosed it fast so we could have a safe rest of our trip. Generous and accommodating, I would highly recommend them!

We were traveling home from vacation and our truck broke down on the interstate on a Sunday evening. We got a hotel and the AAA tow service suggested Steve and Dave. It is nerve-racking to find a garage in a town your are not familiar with but these guys put faith back humanity.First thing Monday morning I called these guys and explained how we (wife and 3 kids) had room until 1 and the assured me it would be ready by 1:30. At 12:30 they called to let me know it was ready.Less than 3 hours they replaced two sets of wheel bearings, CV joint and for kickers fixed the A/C. The price was right on and they called to keep me in the loop.Thank you Steve and Dave for being honest, professional and killer at what you do.
