I found the staff to be pushy, rude and above all uninformative. I called with a simple question about available vehicles and I was drilled with how much do you want to spend? Well I could tell you if I knew what you want to pay.... how do you want to spend??? IM THE ONE ASKING THE QUESTIONS, NOT YOU!!!!!! They did a good job finding me a truck.But once I was out the door that is where they stopped. I was promised a second set of keys and they have never followed through.Every time I call I get a different excuse.I let the fact slide that they should have put new tires on it before they sold it. But I was told there was a second set of keys and they should have delivered on what they said.

This organization attempts to get you to come in in order to find out the price of one of their listings. As a consumer I want to know the price point of a listing BEFORE I come in to know whether or not I want go any further with it. I believe most consumers think like this. Just take a look at the website for used vehicles and you will see what I mean. None of the listings give a clear listing price or ask you to ‘contact us’. This is not a good way to do business. Please put clear BAMSRP on your listings.

Customer service is lacking, to say the least. I have taken my vehicle in three times for scheduled appointments- servicing. Each time I take it in, the man working the desk (Jim, maybe?) acts like it is a huge inconvenience for him to service my vehicle. My last new car that I purchased was from Lewis Nissan. No matter what I dropped my vehicle off for, every time I picked it up from them, it was not only serviced but detailed inside and out as a courtesy. Beckley Automall doesn’t even put down paper floor mats to protect my flooring from the oil and whatever else is on their shoes. Very very disappointed with this establishment as a whole.

I had been looking at a certain model for a week or longer and was planning to travel an hour to this dealership to make a purchase over the weekend. The website was showing 33 of this model in stock. Yes, thirty three. I called ahead and was told, “Oh, we don’t actually have any of those in stock. Our website is messed up.” Please call ahead before you waste your time. I’m not sure what’s wrong with their website that couldn’t be fixed in a week, but I kind of feel that this was being done purposely to get people on the lot.

They had a vehicle in stock that I was interested in purchasing. Told them that I would like to complete the transaction same day. Cash deal. Couldnt get anyone to call me back. Im happy that business is so great that they can turn down full price cash offers. That or they want to finance vehicles. Best of luck to you, I know I will not be shopping here again.

After posting this review the service manager Johnny Rowe reached out to me immediately and went above and beyond to make sure my truck was fixed and that I was completely happy. I am very pleased with how things worked out and I will continue to do business here. Everyone has a bad day from time to time. If you ever have a service issue go see Mr Rowe and he will take care of you!Old post:1 StarWent in for a speed sensor replacement that was covered under my extended warranty. Technician broke the sensor off and said he could not get it out to replace it. I was told it would cost me $850 to fix it. I told them no thanks and that I would fix it myself. When I got home I found out that they had broke the sensor off. They also did not put my bolt back in that holds the sensor. I was able to remove the rotor and knock the old sensor out in about 30 minutes. I would have expected this service from a small garage in the middle of nowhere. However with this being a GMC dealership I find it completely unacceptable! I will not be returning to this dealer. I will take my business to Crossroads Chevy from now on.

𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐚𝐫 (𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎): After having issues with my old car I was ready to upgrade to a newer model. This car lot had a 2016 LaCrosse and knowing how much I loved my 2013 model I decided to upgrade. My experience with the salesman (Chad Fox) was great. He answered every question I had, was available every time I dropped by, called, or texted. He was professional and friendly beyond measure. I literally CAN NOT speak more highly of how great of a worker he was and how much better he made my car buying experience, However, On the listing online and per the salesman himself the car came with Android Auto. Unfortunately Once I bought the car I found out it did not in fact have that. Fortunately after researching I found out that all I needed was a software update. What was surprising was they were not willing to cover the upgrade even though it was listed as the car having it but it was only a $50 charge so i didnt mind paying to get done what needed to be done. This car featured a Push-to-Start feature which Im sure everyone is familiar with at this point except for the shop workers because when I took the car in to get the Android update they scraped my push to start button. Now with plastic buttons Im sure its not that big of a deal but this is a powder coated metal painted button so when it was scraped it was engraved (probably someone not paying attention and tried to Jam the key in) and you could feel the scrape every time you pressed the button. When I called In and told them what happen they told me to drop by to show the manager of the shop. I get there and the guy is saying We didnt do it sorry for 5 mins straight until I say well unfortunately for you I have pictures dated before and after you received the car. The tone quickly changed after that and the man walked away for a few and came back and said Look we didnt do it, but we will take care of it to make you happy as a Customer. Me literally not caring about winning a fight just replied Ok whatever fine because all I cared about was just getting it taken care of and getting out of there. I attached pictures as proof. Here is my Advice for my overall experience for all 4 visits to this location:•𝐀𝐕𝐎𝐈𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐏 𝐀𝐓 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐂𝐎𝐒𝐓𝐒•𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭, 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐎𝐥𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐫 (𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟗): Took my 2013 Buick LaCrosse to two different locations to get my transmission checked. First a Firestone Location in Charleston WV. They told me the Transmission was a sealed unit and they couldnt even look at it. I Then scheduled an apt with this Buick Dealership in Beckley WV to have them look at the transmission. They ran the computer on it and although the computer may have told them some accurate information about a problem with the 5th solenoid once I got the car back from the inspection it was driving 3 times worse!! I didnt know what to do other than having a full transmission rebuild (Which is what Beckley Buick recommended and it still may need Im not sure). however, a day later i was out to eat with a family member and he was pretty knowledgeable with cars. He offered to look at it and lo and behold This cars Transmission is NOT a sealed unit and it actually was OUT OF TRANSMISSION FLUID! There was a small leak and overtime it dripped out. HOW... IN THE WORLD... DID Both Firestone and BUICK NOT see this?... Look the people were pretty nice and all but I was about to spend $2800 for a transmission rebuild! and they couldnt spot that a hose connecting to the transmission was a little wet??? It begs the question did they even look at the transmission at ALL?? or did they just hook up a computer to it and scan? I understand if its protocol to do that but cmon guys this is crazy....

I have had to take my vehicle in a couple times for this and that and theyve been GREAT! Today I kind of had an emergency and them guys told me to bring it in 30 minutes before they closed and hooked me up and fixed my truck!!! Thank you Brian!!!! The Salesman Nathan was very knowledgeable friendly & hardworking. He answered every question we had before signing anything & every question we had after. He worked hard to get to the price I wanted/needed. The Sales Manager was also up front & very helpful & friendly. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a deal. Also the Fiance Manager worked very hard to find & get us the APR% rate we wanted & actually beat our expectations. GREAT PLEASE TO BUY A HASSLE FREE, STRESS FREE, WORRY FREE VEHICLE!

The buying experience was great. We had a wonderful salesman and they got us in exactly what we wanted. Our “service” after the sale has been awful. We have taken our vehicle on two trips out of state and on both trips something has happened. The first time we were out of state we had to take it to a Chevrolet dealership and it took the Service Department at Beckley Auto Mall over two hours to even answer the phone during regular business hours. The only reason they answered at that point was because I spoke to one of the Sales Managers who actually went up there on his day off to make sure they answered the phone and approved our repair. I called yesterday to schedule another repair and was told we couldn’t bring it in on a Saturday because they only do oil changes on Saturdays. Not even a month and a half ago we took it on a Saturday and had our second problem with the vehicle “diagnosed”. Apparently they’ve “changed things a bit” in the last month. Brian, who I spoke with, told me that if we lived in Beckley we could get a loaner vehicle. I guess only folks who live in Beckley can get a loaner? I’m sorry we didn’t see that on the contract we signed to buy a vehicle from Beckley Auto Mall. It’s really a shame that such a positive buying experience can be ruined by a service department. I think we made a huge mistake buying from Beckley Auto Mall.

There was grease on the interior door panels, steering wheel the mechanic left behind. Hand prints on the headliner on the drivers side. On a previous visit they rotated the tires and did not reset the sensors. 3 total service visits same thing. Grease or oil left on my hood. .basically the car was much dirtier than before I took it in. Not even a courtesy wash. Looks like the service writer would have noticed. All the service was in the am. The mechanic must have worn dirty uniforms. Not likely to take the vehicle back. Oct 12 the saga continues. Tbc with pictures if I can

Our salesman was Chad Fox. He was such a great person. We felt so welcome and the sale went very well and easy. He helped us through every step by step process. We Financed a GMC Acadia and absolutely love it. What we didnt understand inside and out of the SUV he explained right down to the very detail. He was the best. The place of Business was very clean and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Not to mention this time of year I couldnt help but notice all the Toys for Tots collection they already had. I was very happy to see that.

Issues with my vehicle seem to be ignored due to normal wear and tear. They fixed a lot of things wrong with the truck under warranty but the undercarriage is rusting they said it was normal for a two-year-old truck come on also struts and shocks had rust on the bottom they were not covered either, for the money you pay for vehicle I dont believe that GM stands behind their products as well as they should. Who is at fault for all this good question.

We have had at least three poor experiences here. The original one involved being completely blown off by the salesperson after asking about a used vehicle. He clearly wasn’t interested in selling us a car or truck unless new, and was borderline rude. The prices are also not very negotiable and higher than and dealer outside of the area. Drive an hour in any direction and I can almost promise you will save money. The service department is a disaster. One time went in for an oil change and waited from 830 till 1500. Only to find out I was basically forgotten. The next time the staff was clearly either annoyed or bothered by my questions, concerns and ended up escalating an verbal altercation with a customer. I assumed that regardless a professional should do a better job of managing their emotions. I have three other family members with similar experiences. We will not be returning.

I will say that my salesman Jacob was great. However, I hate that he has to work with such scum bag managers. I bought my vehicle from them on New Years Day while I was home on leave from being Active Duty Air Force. The back right tail light seal was broken and there was moisture inside so they told me just to wait until I got to NJ, take it to a dealership, and they would fix it. Well, life got in the way and I’ve been busy so when I went to get it fixed they said they wouldn’t cover it. I guess a man to man handshake agreement is null and void these days. Typical. You won’t get my business again.

So we brought our 2011 Acadia in for its second oil change since we got it. We drive an hour and 40 minutes to do this, since it is required that we get it changed at this specific dealership in order to keep the warranty. Of course, this is not a desirable thing. For this reason alone, I will not buy another vehicle here. Anyways, last time we came in they said everything was fine. This time, they say it needs 2 front struts, a ball joint, and a battery. Ridiculous! Of course, I didnt get the thousand dollars in repairs done because I work on my vehicles myself and dealers are way overpriced. It is just amazing that all of this bad in such a short period of time. Not to mention, the air conditioner doesnt work most of the time anymore. If this keeps up, I will never buy another GM product again.

Bought a Ford truck from them in 2013, good deal still no problems with it. So decided to go get the wife a vehicle and chuck the salesman sold us GMC canyon the hadnt been run thru the service center. So needless to say it had a miss in it so we couldnt bring it home until a week later. We finally got it back drove it 4 days and it hardly starts and then it will shut off on you when you drive. So we called them and told them to come and get it we want to get something else. So they said they would make it right and trade us out of it and get us in something else we liked but that didnt happen. Just a bunch of lies. Gave us the run around like they was trying to everything they could just to put us back in the same truck. So next time it brakes down we will get lawyer and take it to the next level. Thay wont get no more of my business ever again. Not a good place to shop.

This was in the summer of 2018. I was in town for work. I had several visits to this dealership. I called several places just for service on a chevy truck, crossroads needed a week or longer several times. I was able to get are chevy truck in and out at beckley auto mall in less than and hr. This place is usually really busy, probably because they do a great job. I even had a warranty issue fixed without any hassle. When you average around 1000 miles a week and dont really go more than 50 miles from beckley , you can only imagine how many hrs a week this truck was used. Thanks again to all the guys in the sevvice dept for keeping this thing on the road.

William tilley was so helpful, but I didnt get the car I wanted. I traveled from Christiansburg Virginia .took me 2 1/2 hours to get their.plus I could get that vehicle here for alot less money. Bought one car, decent service! Went back to try to trade in, wouldnt even consider what i wanted only what they wanted to sell me! A 2018 buick, i belive they needed to sell, overstocked. Supposed to call, and let me know about loan, im guessing didnt get it or would of gotton a call, like to keep you guessing! Nice! Ill never go back, theres more than one dealer in wv. Dont know where they get their credit scores, but mine is way higher than they say, more interest i guess. Way to help the poor man! Not even worth a phone call back to tell me either way.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS!!! Transmission went out at only 40,000 miles! Was only two months over warranty! GM customer care practically laughed at me over the phone - wouldnt help me at all. They offered to do a diagnostic teardown of the vehicle that would cost me $1000, yes that was just to tear it apart to find out what was wrong with it. I was told I would be responsible for the parts laying all over the place afterward, and paying to put a defective transmission back together again to get it off the lot! I chose to take my vehicle to AAMCO in Princeton where I got a reman transmission for just a little more than the price of a diagnostic tear down - no probs since and it came with a 3 year warranty. This Stealership would not allow me to tow my own vehicle off the lot before I paid them a parking fee for every day it was on the lot - nearly $100 a day, and it had been there a week as they were deciding not to help me at all - CRIMINAL!! Cant believe General Motors took bailout to continue to pump out crappy cars and pass on the cost of fixing mistakes to their customers. But we are smarter and thats why your lots are free of potential customers these days - having to make money now with recall letter scams and diagnostic fees - $100 just to hook your vehicle up to a scan tool - SAD. If youre looking for a GOOD vehicle, do yourself a favor - go up the road and buy yourself a Kia with a 10 year and 100,000 mile warranty - GM would NEVER offer that!
