I cant praise enough, Scott Price of Copy Machine & Printer Repair! He came the very next day, knew everything that was wrong and was needed to repair my very old Hewlett Packard LaserJet 4000N printer. He showed me a broken part, and listed additional parts needed for the next day. He came again the next day and repaired everything with new parts (I saw him unwrap their packages). In the past, other repair company people had fixed my printer with used parts but charged me for new parts. Scott did not do that. Also, his overall bill was extremely reasonable. He is personable and fun to talk to while performing his review and his repairs. I will definitely call for his help again, the next time it is needed.

Best Portland Printer Repair! I’ve repeatedly used Copy Machine Specialists for about four years and have referred them to many of my friends and clients and they always have good things to say about Scott. Scott used to repair our bizhub (all-in-one printer) when I worked for a print company in Portland and I started buying toner cartridges from him for my home HP laser printer. Then I found I could get ink jet cartridges for my Epson color printer. As an auto appraiser, I print a lot of copies for Portland area attorneys and consistently have to meet their deadlines. Scott has gotten me out of several binds by repairing my printer or copier when I needed it most. He even set up my wi-fi network for me to print from any of our computers. IMO, If you’re in the Portland Metro area, you should be using Copy Machine Specialists for all of your printer repair, copier repair, and printer supplies, they’re cheaper, better quality and he delivers! What more could you ask for?
