I called A & E Imaging out of frustration with a brand new wide format HP Printer. After dealing with “automated support”, I looked for a local dealer. As soon as I called them, they asked the right questions, were very attentive, and after a quick over the phone assessment, determined that the printer needed professional attention. Patrick arrived on site within a couple of hours on a Friday, spent some time diagnosing and quickly found the issue. By next Tuesday the printer was up and running, and all of the warranty paperwork handled.A&E Imaging was a pleasure to deal with. Patrick is very knowledgeable, efficient and wasn’t fazed by all of our dogs. As the husband of a professionalphotographer, and her main tech, I’m very happy I have A & E Imaging close by!
