So first of all this place looks nice at first but don’t be fooled. These illegitimate con artist use tuna cans as sanitizing zones for their tools.... yuck. On top of that she cut my toe and said it was my fault because she knows she screwed up. They refuse to accept any responsibility and they had the audacity to tell me they would never do that. Well 4 reviews down someone else had an infection due to their unsanitary practices. OSHA has been informed.

Second time getting my nails done here :)both times I left pretty happy with only a few things Id change. friendly and they offer wine or soda or something for drinks while youre there.

This is not my first time going to paradise but this last time I went I was really disappointed. I felt so rushed. My toe nails were “done” in less then 5 minutes and it looks like a child did them. I got a fill for my acrylics and two of my nails came out cricked. She got my skin a few times when using the drill bit. Sometimes she wouldn’t even be paying attention when using that. I told her i wanted a certain design and she decided she would do something else instead. I have never had my nails filled in for acrylic in under a half hour along with my toes being painted. Overall it was not a good experience. I will say other times have been somewhat decent.

I’ve gone here for the last year. They did poor job on my nails and two broke within 2 days. I went to have them repaired and they are charging me for their mistakes. This is the first time I’ve ever asked for a repair here and they just argued with me why I will pay for it. They do not value regular customers so spare yourself from even getting started here.

I’ve never had a bad time coming here. I’ve been getting full sets/ fills with shellac here every 3 weeks for over a year now. Each time I’ve had a wonderful experience and my nails have always looked perfect! Very kind people, quick, efficient, very clean, and very kind staff. I’ve never been accidentally cut and the ladies are very gentle! I always get so many compliments and people asking where I go for my nails, I always tell them Paradise nails! Rosie is absolutely amazing, my nails never looked better! Her shaping skills are phenomenal, seriously she made my coffin shape so perfect! I have such high standards for my nails because of the excellent services provided by Paradise. 10/10 will definitely keep recommending to friends!

Went in on a walk in with my mom, im currently 9 months pregnant and this was sooo needed, we got the deluxe tropical pedicures with nail art, we both had a great time the ladies who did our nails were friendly and funny, they offered us drinks as soon as we got in our chairs which was an unexpected bonus 😀 definitely will be going back

I went and got a full set of acrylics the other day. I had an appointment for 6 pm and I got there a few minutes early and wasn’t even sat down until 6:30pm. The lady that did my nails was rushing and didn’t take her time. Some of my nails are uneven and have paint on my fingers. I asked for one smiley face and one frowning face design on both of my middle fingers and she very quickly drew a line and two dots. She didn’t do the frowning face, and the smiley faces looked completely different from each other and nothing like the picture I showed. Other then that she was very nice.

I went to this salon again because my VERYpregnant daughter in law asked to go there. From the moment I walked in for our appt. I was received as if I was a bother. Very sharp tone & impatient for me to get to my chair even though my daughter in law was not there yet. I waited for her & it was clear they were not happy about it. She was also treated as a bother since she wasnt moving fast enough. It was very clear they were not interested in us having a relaxing & enjoyable time. It was simply hurry hurry & trying to upsell on everything! Extra to smooth calluses?! Every time they received a no thank you they got increasingly annoyed. I was burned by the too hot of water & my nail tech got polish all over my feet! Why? Our appt was barely 20 minutes as they realized we were not going to be nickled & dime for their services. When it came time to pay they tried VERY hard to get me to pay cash even though they take debit cards. I refused to pay cash & at that point a lot of Vietnamese was spoken quite obviously about me. The other time I was there they were going to let me walk out with clay mask they left on the back of my calf! Thank goodness another client saw it before I walked out the door. This salon is ONLY interested in turning clients as fast as they can & taking your money for very poor service. Needless to say I will NEVER recommend or step foot in their establishment again.

Yesterday I went to sparadise for the first time, I do pedicures, long nail Dip powder and waxing, technician Tracy works for me, She poses eyebrows and hand shapes exactly what I want, I appreciate her welcoming, friendly customer, She takes good care of the customers, I do service for $ 124 I feel that the money I have to pay for the services I do is really worth it, For me, when choosing a salon, the first thing is that the staffs customer care service must be a good one,, The second thing is that the employee must understand and do everything the customer wants, When I first came to sparadise, everything she does for me, Im very satisfied, I will choose sparadise and recommend it to many of my friends

So my first experience was mediocre but figured Ill give it another shot. Went in for a Pedi and shellac mani. The color I picked out was a silver glittered dark turquoise that was mood changing into silver , but the color grabbed was a flat light blue with color change into white . Three times during that process I said hey Im sorry but thats not the right color . Each time I was ignored. Even one time the nail artist said oh no it good. At the checkout I was told the cost would be $50 so again I stated this is not the right Color ,i picked a completely different polish . At that point they said oh well we can add a silver glitter on top of this and I stated it will mess up the polish and it will still not match my toes , the color I pick before matched perfectly. Again they only gave me the choice of the glitter polish. Reluctantly I allowed them to add it and I ended up with the worst nail job Ive ever. I have big humps on every nail and in attempt to get some of the bumps off they used a cuticle trimmer to chop it off making my nails rough and in some areas no polish. When back at the desk I was charged $40. Oh and during the pedicure ... feet were scrubbed for literally 5 seconds . This place is a joke !

My ring finger is now infected two days after coming here. Gross and very painful.

I went in to get a full set, the lady had no clue what she was doing I felt like I was going into a training she kept having to get help and I went in with a picture and they said they could do it,She was rushing my nails so much she didn’t even measure the nail sizes and put ransoms ones on that didnt fit. I got cut so many times and she even got glue on my fingers and gout our fingers stuck together. I it was so messy I had polish on my fingers glitter everywhere, I ended up telling her to take off the dragon because it looked so horrible her coworkers were laughing. The glitter finger has no glitter the colors are wrong. Then they charged $56 for something I didn’t ask for and the basically shoed me out the door because the were closing before my nails were finishedShe kept calling and texting people durning my nails.

If you want to get a good quality manicure then NEVER go here!!I worked with Sophia on getting a gel manicure and she was absolutely rude to me the entire time. She Was very forceful with painting my nails, grabbing my hands roughly and shoving them away when she was done. This lady spent all of six minutes on my nails then demanded I gave her a tip. When I noticed that she had filed a few of my nails unevenly and asked her to file them a little more, she acted like it was a major major inconvenience. Being in the salon I felt very undervalued as a customer.Two days later I noticed my nails started chipping very badly at the tips. Not having the time to go back in, I figured I would trim them myself and then file them down and the problem would be gone. A day after that the polish started peeling upwards from the base of my nails. I called the salon asking them if they would redo them for me and the lady yelled at me over the phone insisting I come into the salon. When I told her I couldn’t she yelled at me some more until I hung up, feeling very frustrated.Bottom line: there are a million better salons that you could go to in the area just never go to this one.

Precious owners were wonderful and it used to be my favorite place. New owner is rude, unaccommodating and needs lessons in good customer service. Added to that, the 3 times I went before I called it quits, the pedicurist cut my skin and made it bleed. Technicians were rough. One sawed my foot with the file not even looking with a totally bored expression on her face. If it wasnt my foot she was hacking away on, it would have been comical. Its a shame, the place is beautiful and USED to be run great.

Walked in, quick service, lots of drink options, & my power dip manicure turned out okay. Ill be back.

Paradise is in a great location! Very clean and attentive staff. The reception/greeter was very inviting and thorough with making sure my party felt taken care of. He asked us how we liked our visit and was very helpful answering questions. Paradise has plenty of seats and technicians if you want to bring a few friends along. It is a spacious place but did not feel crowded on a Saturday afternoon. This is my new go to nail spot!

I regret going back there and giving it another chance when they were so rude and treated me with disrespect. There are many other good salons in Beaverton. Avoid this place

Before, I went to sparadise lam Dip and pedicure, was an employee there that made me feel dissatisfied, She does the shape of my nail iregularly, do very superficially, Less than a week was all broken on the nail, I have not returned to the store in quite a while, And I went back to the shop when the sparaside receptionist called me a Dipping technician, I asked my name when I sat down to find out who made me Tracy, She was very cheerful and friendly to talk to me, she worked hard for me, Take the shape and do the dipping very smoothly, I think I chose the right person to make my hand. Ill be back in two weeks and want tracy to do my hand. thank you tracy, you made my hand very beautiful

I’ve been to many nail salons and seen many nail techs, and Amy from paradise nails is by far the best nail tech I’ve ever had. I’ll never go to anyone else again. She takes her time and does an amazing job, is kind and caring, and actually talks to you. She has always welcomed me with a smile and I always leave the salon in a good mood after seeing her.

The place was clean & the smell was not overpowering from the chemicals needed to do the work. The ladies were professional & in good spirits. They did a fantastic job. I am well pleased & will return. :)

First time at this salon on the recommendation of a friend. Dipping powder nail services from removal to finish were excellent. Lily did a great job in about an hour and 15 minutes and was very gentle. I’ll be back for additional services.

I gave this place one star but wish there could be a no star option. The manager should take a course on customer service. She is rude and aggressive. I have my nails done for over ten years and picked this place because it’s close to my work and I thought it would be convenient. I went there three times and each time I had a terrible experience. First thought maybe it was a bad encounter once but no it happened again and again.. I would never go back there again.

Ive always had issues with all sorts of nail products not working for me. I took yet another leap of faith and tried the new dip powder at another salon and had similar results as I had in the past. I thought itd try one more time and went to Paradise. Kelly did an awesome job and they stayed for 3 weeks! Ive gone back to her a couple of times now and she does great work every time!!

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. Ive been to COUNTLESS other nail salons and this one is by far the best. Every friend Ive ever brought with me here has loved it too. They are all friendly and nice. The place is gorgeous and immaculate. Its very big inside so you have a lot more ventilation and less smells. The lady who owns it (I think her name is Jenny) is always very kind and smiling. Ive been going here for almost two years and have never had a single complaint.

Today I have to do Eyebrows, My eyebrows are off a corner, look bad and uneven, Tracy told me that if the wax continued,, the thinner it is and it takes a long time to wait for it to grow, after a while she corrected me very carefully, Edit to make both sides even, I feel quite satisfied with the shape of her eyebrows,

In June 11, I have a sparadise to make a deluxe pendicure, I got a Tracy technician doing it for me. I honestly say I am very satisfied and comfortable with the way she cuts out. Dead skin, massager, step by step have us make me very thorough and clean. I spent the time today coming to sparadise, I was able to relax and be satisfied with her service for me. I had an appointment she continued to do until the next time,

I needed a lash extension fill ASAP (my normal lash lady was no longer available) so I called to schedule an appt at Paradise Salon then I had to cancel TWICE due to work, both times they were so understanding and nice! Finally the third time was able to get in but I had a certain time frame, again due to work, she got me in there on time and was done 10 min early! I LOVE the work she did!!! I love paradise nails. They offer dip powder, nugenesis, and always accommodate my requests. It will be awesome when they become more skilled with the powder and can offer different styles. My 8yo always feels like a princess at the salon too. They are very sweet with her and she loves going. Its always clean and smells good. Not overwhelmingly like chemicals. Keep it up!

Walked in with my mother in-law and the lady asked what we would like to do. My mother in-law told her we would like to get 2 pedicures and 2 manicures. She asked if we had an appointment and we told her no. They told us it would be a little wait, ok that is fine since we did not have an appointment. Get seated for our pedicures and the ladies giving the pedicures were amazing and very nice. They asked us questions for our manicures and proceeded with the pedicures. Later the lady that checked us in walks by and they say something to each other and the lady asked us if we were getting manicures as well and we said yes. She looks at her books and then proceeds to tell us that they will not have time as we only told her we wanted pedicures. My mother in-law is a very soft spoken person so I looked at the lady and told her No she told you manicure and pedicure and her response was oh, well I did not hear you They did end up getting it done but told me I had to wait a little longer for mine as they had a group of 6 come in that actually made appointments she made sure to tell me that when in reality that shouldnt matter as they have a sign that says walk ins welcome. I have worked customer service for 11 years and you NEVER tell a customer that they did not do or say something or say rudely that you did not hear them.

I got a message today, the sparadise is open the last day when the disease will reopen, I do Dipping and eyebrows,my daughter polish change, I asked and knew “Tracy “was the one who did Dipping and my eyebrows. Really, she made me very well, Previously my eyebrow were looking forward and uneven. Tracy asked me to fix the shape of the face to match my face. After doing it, I changed it a lot better. Today I am very pleased that she did Dipping and Eyebrow for me. hope sparadise reopens ill be back.

Was told my total was $70 after a $35 fill and $30 pedicure. Used a coupon worth $4.50 off my total and was still charged $66. The lady who did my fill cut my fingers several times. Would not file areas down that I told her I didn’t like. Don’t waste your money on subpar nails and customer service.

This place is great! Came in for a manicure/pedicure with my mom, but I couldnt make it until after 6 because of work but the nail ladies were more than kind and didnt rush through the process just to get home early. The salon itself looks expensive but is definitely affordable! Will definitely come again! :D

I have been going to this place for a long time now, I usually have Lynn do my nails. However she wasnt available today and had to have someone else do it. I had a good experience, my nails looked great or at least that is what I thought. Not even three hours late and one of my nails broke. Now i have an even nails. They said they would charge me $10 to get it fixed. Like are you serious! I dont know if ill be coming back

I just now received a comment in response to what they referred to as a “recent” bad experience. My negative review was posted 11 months ago. They asked me to call so they could try to make it right. But I actually HAD called about a week after it happened, and was very rudely told that they weren’t going to do anything to make it right, and that I should have called sooner. I appreciate the offer, but it’s too little too late at this point. Unless they intended to make it right by offering full refunds to myself and my four friends, I see no point in calling them back again because I have no intention of ever returning to this salon.

Yesterday I went to the Tracy Sparadise as my hand, and today I invite my friend to Sparadise to do pedicure , I have a tracy appointment to do pedicure for me, my friend It was made by another technician ,They do a good job .Tracy for me is a very good customer service technician, because I put money and time to sparadise and luckily met the attendant who made me feel comfortable, so me and my friends will choose spardise.

I have been going to Paradise for a while now, but a few months ago I discovered Lisa and she is amazing!! She does dip powder for me and it turns out great every time!

Tried to get my daughters nails done, they said that they had the ability and to pick out colors. Within the less than one minute it took to choose a color they had a rush of walk-ins that were promptly served and sat down while my daughter and I were completely forgotten about.

Went in for a quick nail painting before work . Just a simple polish. I was sat down and the woman rudely told me I had to pay before she would paint my nails. Like she didnt think I would pay or even afford a simple polish change. She waited for my card to clear before doing my nails. Ive never been asked to pay for a nail service before having them done. The experience itself included practically no conversation and subpar nails. 1 star.

Just had a great experience here! Had a mamosa with my manicure which was much needed. I was nervous to try the dip acrylic for the first time as I am an avid shellac girl. Ivy did an amazing job and will now be my go to nail person! Thank you Paradise Nails!!

I don’t know, I went in to get my shellac nails removed and a tech told me I could remove them myself with strong nail polish removal. I was doubtful, given that I’ve only ever had them removed with the usage of dremel and those tweezer things... but went home and tried anyway- absolutely impossible. Went to another place next day and got them off. Even if it were possible, I don’t really understand why you would want to send away an easy service rather than just take my money.

Loved my pedicure today. I fell asleep. Pro Tip: add paraffin on your hands and feet. So worth it.

If I could Put zero stars I would! I have come here a couple times and got my nails done Lynn. She’s great. She was not in yesterday and I desperately needed to get my nails done. I am a new mom and wanted my nails to be a little more natural. So I went in to have the acrylic removed and get Shellac. The gentleman who was doing my nails made me feel so uncomfortable about the decision I have made to have my acrylics Removed. Halfway through him removing my acrylics he proceeded to tell me that if I would’ve just gotten Fill he could have made them thin and pretty. At this point I was confused and worried that they would not look nice Because I wasn’t doing what he wanted me to do. So after discussing it with him for a few minutes I decided that maybe I should do a small layer of acrylic over my nails. He Ripped my hand out of the bowl it was soaking in and got up all irritated . I then asked him straight up if he was OK. His response was I’m fine in a rude tone. I felt so uncomfortable in the verge of tears I got up and walked out. I will never return to this place as He did what most of us fear not listening to what the customer wants and making you feel uncomfortable. This man should be fired and never allowed to do nails for someone again.

First time getting a pedicure. It was straight fire. $27 dollars for the classic Pedicure. Lasted a little over a half hour maybe. Leave a tip for sure. Nice workers. Show personal interest and work hard.

Horrible!!!! No customer service! No welcoming smile. They were distracted. I’m sure the ladies were fine but they had a lead lady like a Gustapo walking around. I had to have my friend redo my nails. I had a gift certificate. They would not honor.DO NOT GO THERE! They truly SUCK!!!!

Exceptional service and the complete experience in an excellent environment. Reservations are recommended as they are usually very busy despite the large capacity and staff.I love the pedicures, my wife loves everything.

I used to go to this salon all the time, for years actually, however the staff is so rude anymore that I wont go back. I have spent a lot of money in this place, however, the last 3 times I have gone the guy at the front was so rude to me it finally forced me to find a new place. He is condensing and schedules you for appointments when you dont ask him to, he is then very rude to you when you come in next time saying you didnt make the appointment - that you never set up. Finally, when I could not tip one of the ladies because my debt card was being replaced and could not get cash out of the ATM, he was a total jerk about it - they also dont take tips on your card you HAVE to use CASH to tip them, which is also super sketchy. This salon is clean, they do an okay job on your nails - but the shellac always lifts before the 2 weeks is up - and its always really busy so dont be surprised when they dont care if you have an appointment time, you will end up waiting any way. Sucks to say it but this is how they treat their loyal regular customers, and they have lost my business.

My wife and I have been there several times. The Specialists are some of the best we have ever used.Although our experience today On the phone with the manager, a guy who said we are very busy and hung up on my wife, and did so the second time. We were looking at booking next week if they could not help us today.I was so mad I actually drove to the establishment and asked to talk to the owner. ( the reply, the owner is not here I am the manger) Ok you are the one who hung up an my wife, (no I did not I would not do that) It escalated from there.He did not want to talk with me .... I was walking out, when he said I used the F word. I said, like he did, why I would not say anything like that. Then he yelled outside F Y.We will never go back there as long as he is manger. I could never get the owners name nor contact #. He refused to give it to me.He is a liar and a poor representation of a really nice place. I hope the owner reads this and gives the manger some training on customer service, or termination.

Worst.Manicure.Ever.It was rushed and I had to finish it myself because she didn’t even clean under my nails.When I grabbed the tool to clean under my own nails (instead of taking the hint to do it herself) she just looked annoyed that I was still sitting in her chair.Maybe I’m just too picky but Oregon nail salons suck. Still looking for that holy grail of good work and professionalism that seems to just not exist here.

Ive always seen this place while shopping in tanasbourne, Ive gone to many nail salons who arent nice and dont try and make the customer happy. I knew I was going to have a good experience before I even got to the salon because of the lady who scheduled my appointment. She was so kind and clear on what info she needed from me. My nail tech lisa did amazing. Asked me questions to make sure I was happy constantly. Will be going back!

I had my nails done earlier today and the polish is already coming off. I asked for matte, they are shiny. All of my nails are angled up. Asked me to pay for my nails in the middle of the service. Never again.

I loved going here until they raised the prices. They dont tell you what they are, until theyre halfway done. Then you find out that youre paying $50 for a pedicure.

Pedicures are amazing BUT I felt like I was just in the way and hurried out so they could get to the next customer. I got a set of acrylics done as well..they didnt do anything I asked and within two days nails were falling off. Its now been a week since I got my nails done and 3 are broke off, 2 more are lifting..not to mention they are not the shape I asked for. I will never go to this place again.

Im in love with Pardise Nails and Spa! They are so friendly and you can schedule an appointment ahead of time as well. There complementary drinks and wifi is great. Lynn and Anna are my favorite ladies that do my nails, they do them perfect every single time. I love the shellac manicure and pedicure. They show you a list of prices and you get to choose what pedicure you want. They give out nail kits for $1 if you dont have one or forgot one. They are constantly cleaning and making sure the tools are 100% sanitary. Ive gotten my nails done on a daily basis as well as special events like my senior prom. They matched my dress to a nail color and it was identical! They really care about there costumers and there work!

I have been looking for a good nail place. I received a warm welcome, friendly service, and quality work. I came with 2 other people and we enjoyed our time. I will come back for sure. Thanks ladies.

They were ok, their nail were good, how ever,a couple of things, they do not display all their state licenses like they are required to, so I questioned, if all have their state licenses,,, their environment looms like a seat shop ,from Nike, its not warm and cozy wont be back
