I rarely do review but I was here the first time, Ty saved my broken nails. Shes very friendly. She gave me a good color suggestion. I loved the color that she created for me. It was nude pink with a touch of glitters. Highly recommended this place if youre happen to be in Beaverton or surrounding area.

I LOVE Avalon Nails in Cedar Hills. I have been going to Ty for many years now and she never seems to disappoint- she is very thorough in her work; she always aims to please her customers despite her personal opinion; she is very welcoming, inviting, personable and absolutely the sweetest woman you will ever meet. The salon is always clean, peaceful, welcoming staff, a large color selection of both shellac and regular, and they have very reasonable prices especially for such quality of work. I could not recommend this salon enough, Ty is wonderful and I know for a fact that the other gals working with her are great too- they will not disappoint you. I failed to catch her name but she did a perfect job! The best Ive had them done. I got the solar french tips and there were no bumps, gaps or bubbles. Virtually flawless! I am definitely returning to Avalon nails. She was also very nice and good conversation. She checks everything with you before moving forward and took her time. Absolutely recommend Avalon nails!!

Great service, my nails always look and feel amazing when I leave and even better customer service. The women who work here are so sweet and talented. So many color choices for dip powder and regular polish (Im not sure about gel cuz i dont get gel but Im sure there are a bunch). They do beautiful designs too! Definitely recommend.

Always have a fun time here and it’s like visiting friends every 2-3 weeks because they are so welcoming. I love the way they do nails, but if something is bothering you they are super nice so don’t be afraid to tell them. I highly recommend!

Got in for a pedicure last minute and was given the best customer service I might have ever received. I forgot to ask for her name but she made me feel welcome and cared for.

I went back a few months ago with my cousin, my friend recommended the salon. Our experience was so great! They did my nails really pretty and I enjoyed watching the process. I forgot the name of the worker who attended me , but she was really kind and she did my nails so well!! Overall I’m so happy as how they turned out and I plan on going back to get them done there again!!

I got a pedicure + polish done here and everything was awesome. Their covid precautions are on point, so I felt safe, and I hope they did too.

Fist time at this salon for mani/pedi. The technician was quite rough clipping and shaping my toe and finger nails clipping too far down the sides because she said they could become ingrown. I normally get pedicures every 3 weeks and have never been told this or had any previous trouble with my toes. Now less than 24 hours later and my polish is chipping away. I havent even done the dishes yet! Im also concerned about my toes as they are red and sore.

Fast and friendly service. Pleasant atmosphere. Super attentive to your every need. Outstanding job on callus removal and ingrown toenails. Offer several reasonably priced packages. I was attended to by the shop manager that day. She knew her biz very well and obviously enjoyed her job. She made my aching feet feel so much better.After a second visit to Avalon I am even more impressed. Thank you avalon for making my abused feet feel new again .

Finally was able to get a pedi after the lockdown and I am so happy with my experience with this place. I haven’t been able to find a good nail tech since living in Washington and Ty was extremely friendly, professional and easy to hold conversation with. She did an amazing job at massaging my legs and feet and making me feel refreshed like I was hoping to feel and my nails came out perfect. Definitely recommend and will be returning!

I love this place so much! I would go here whenever I need to get my nails done, and the workers there are so welcoming. They have great service and give great pedicures & manicures. They have over 100 colors to choose from, and I’m always happy with how my nails turn out. I totally recommend this place :)

I have been coming to Avalon Nails for almost 4 years now. I want to recommend this location (Cedar Hills) to everyone! I enjoy the peaceful place that they have. Always very clean and organized. I always feel relaxed when getting helped. My tech has always been Tina. She is sooo friendly. Best customer service. She is the best on removing any ingrown nail you might have, when getting your pedicure🦶Helpful tips: I do recommend making an appointment, but walk- ins are also welcome. There might be some wait time( 5 minutes- 20 minutes)

We were here two weeks ago - during the same time of that last review posted - and that was not at all what we saw transpire. The ownership at Avalon, and all the ladies here are fair and truly show the utmost professionalism. We will continue to support this local small business - as they are absolutely worthy of our patronage.

I have been going to this salon since 2010, all employees know me and always nice and kind. They do good jobs and don’t rush, they remove ingrown toes nails really good, I never have any problems with it. I love this place, I highly recommend this salon.

I like this place, all the girls are so nice and welcome when I just come in. They serve drink and nice, the salon is so clean and modern look, and I love my nails. Highly recommended

I also went during the opening special and have visited multiple times since. My friend and I do a monthly visit and get a manicure/pedicure with paraffin hand and foot treatment (which I HIGHLY recommend getting). I have not tried anything else. A beverage (soda, water or wine) is included in the price. They shape nails beautifully and Ive never had an issue with their quality of work. A few times Ive dinged my nails while putting rings/shoes back on, but theyve happily retouched my nail so that I leave the store looking great. I bring in my own nail color (although they do have a large selection to choose from).The salon itself is on the back side of the building. Lots of natural light and the interior is relaxing. The foot spa chairs are very comfortable. They always let me remain in the foot spa chair after my pedicure while they do my manicure.As an added bonus - there are two Starbucks within walking distance. Drop by there first and sip your latte throughout your treatment. Youll leave very refreshed!

I have been getting my eyebrows done here for about a year now and I have never been disappointed! She always finds time to help me out even though I am usually a walk-in, she makes it work and I appreciate it!

Ive been twice, 1st time for pedicure and the last time for shellac manicure. Ive been very satisfied both times. Im usually a last minute or same day decider for this. This time, I desperately needed one for a job interview. They were very accommodating and always kind. Its hard to find good nail salons. Im not able to do it often and its nice to know where to go when Im able.

This is a horrible terrible place to come and get you nails done. The staff was horrible and the lady that did my nails was just rude. I had arrived with my sisters and aunt to have a girls day at 2:17pm and didn’t leave until after 4:40pm. The salon was fully staffed and we were the only customers there. And they also had a baby that looked like it was a couple months old in the salon breathing in the harsh smell of the acetone. I DO NOT recommend this nail salon to anyone.

After an awful visit from another salon, it took me a while to trust someone to do dipped nails on me again. There was a mishap with my appointment time so I had to come back, but Ty apologized and gave me a discount to make up for it. But honestly, I dont car care because my nails are perfect! Ty was quick, but very thorough. I loved her attention to detail. Definitely coming back!

So this place has the rudest workers ever. They talk and insult you in Vietnamese right in front of your face! I understand Vietnamese a little bit, and soon as I let the lady know I understand Vietnamese they all became quite! Their so much more but I don’t want a paragraph. Simply don’t do business here!!

I had my nails done at another place and 2 weeks went by. I needed a fill but I didnt want to go back to were i had them done cause the guy that did them did a crappy job. Wasnt happy with them at all. So I went to this place and a lady name Julie did my nails and did a great job. Im gonna keep going back to see her and have her do them for me. Very pleased with the store and Julie..

Second day in---tips have flaked off. Pretty Easter look not so happy this morning. Salon though was Upbeat and friendly atmosphere. Undercoat and top coats applied over Opi polish.

So I’ve gotten my nails done in other places and they were good but I came here and omg literally the cutest and best I’ve gotten so far!!

I can not say enough nice things about Avalon nails! Tina is always on point and gets me in no matter what! Julie does a stellar job too! They treat me like family here and always do an amazing job! I have been going here for three years and literally refuse to go any where else. The atmosphere is such good energy and I feel so comfortable being here! Legit brought my Vietnamese friend and she said they didn’t say anything negative about anyone! (YAAAASSSS- I’m sneaky)

They were able to take me after the salon I usually go to couldn’t accommodate me 🙂👍 that they were able to do my toenails👎 for not applying the glitter polish that I wanted

I love this place! Ive been going to them every two weeks for the last 3 months. They always fit me in and are so kind. I wish they did have beverages but the pedi chairs are so nice it makes up for it. Its always clean and they just take good care of you!

I was quite hopeful when I walked in as it looked clean and nicely designed. I got the worst pedicure of my life though. The woman who did my pedicure dug in painfully and then clipped my nails VERY short as well as uneven. It actually hurt for about three days afterwards. She barely trimmed my cuticles or made my feet look any better then they did when I arrived. The massage was nonexistent. Even the polish wasnt applied on my full nail and made them look even shorter than she clipped them. I will NOT be going back. I honestly think my feet looked better when I arrived there.

Ive had shellac manicures at several places, and my best experience has been at Avalon. The shellac didnt chip at all for more than 2 weeks, and it was applied well. They stayed open a bit late for me, but it didnt feel like they were rushing and they werent doing other things to close up shop while doing my nails.

Love the ladies here they always take care of my nails so nicely. They engage in conversation, instead of just talking to each other. I only get manicures but they have almost talked me into a pedi even though I hate my feet to be touched. I would certainly recommend this place. Also my daughter bites her nails horribly, and they made her cuticles and nails look great.

Ive been going to Avalon Nails since they opened several years ago. I usually go in once a month or so and have a Shellac manicure and most of the time, unless I have broken a nail or something, the polish lasts an entire month. They are always very friendly. When I go in I usually have some sort of nail design in mind and they always work with me to make it work with the shellac or to alter it to fit me better.

Ive been to numerous nail salons in Beaverton and this is my favorite. Clean, professional yet friendly atmosphere. The pedicures and manicures are great, and the lady who does eyebrow wax is the best Ive ever seen.

I got a shellac manicure and when she gave texture to the nail to set it up she did it SO hard. I asked her several times to do it softer because my nails are paper thin to begin with. Still pretty rough. The termination was not bad, but some parts look a bit crooked.

Not my fav salon. got a mani & pedi...one of the toes were smudged & the same for one of my fingers. Also, she didnt ask if the color was what i wanted before doing the rest of the mani.

I love their pedis. They always seem to do a great job and I find the atmosphere relaxing. They do not offer any beverages while there. That would get them five stars. I used a different salon on the 4th of July cuz they werent open and it was a terrible mistake. Avalon is definitely my go to place. Girls are very friendly.

I went to Avalon to get a Shellac manicure. I was my first time there and Julie did my manicure. First off all she cut a big chunk of skin off while trimming my cuticles, so bad that it wouldnt stop bleeding and a week and a half later I still have a big scab. I should have left then but decided to stay. The rest of the manicure turned out fine, however less than a week later one of my nails started to bubble up and peel off. I called and they asked that I come in. I went in, Julie looked at my nail, very roughly ripped the rest of the shellac off it along with several layers of my real nail and did not say a word to me. She was very rough and rude. In between the clients she had she re did the nail again without saying one word to me. It is not my fault the shellac came up, it was clearly not done correctly in the first place but she took it out on me. I finally had to ask her if I was done because she would not speak to me, she just nodded her head at me. The very next day (exactly 6 days after my manicure that she said would last 2 and 1/2 weeks) another nail started to peel off. She seriously damaged my finger by cutting such a big chunk out of it and my nail by ripping off the shellac so roughly. She seemed so mad that she had to redo that finger it was almost like she didnt care if she ripped layers off my nail. Its still sore. I will never go back. Terrible and painful experience.

Horrible service. Watched my gf get her nails done. The lady helping her took her time doing her job even though we were in a hurry. She kept checking her phone the entire time and even stepped away from working to answer a call. Came back to work she was still on the phone. She used the dremmel and hurt her my gfs hands. When she starting painting her nails another client of hers showed up so she started to rush the process. In the end the nails looked horrible. You could see lines from the brush on all her nails. Never coming back here again.
