In November 20 I had Justin cut my hair. He asked questions about what style I thought of. He is really great with hair. I asked about shampoos and conditioners. He recommended 2 brands for my sensitive skin. Gigi Beauty Bar has great products and their services are fantastic.

Excellent service. Justin is the best, super nice and patient. Getting an appointment is so easy. Always good quality and worths the money. Hair coloring and Brazilian Blowout are some of the great services offered there.

Nice people. Seem very knowledgeable. Were very gentle with my teenage girl. Wouldnt say theyre very cheap though

Justin and Amanda helped me with my bridal look. Justin cut, dyed, and styled my hair. I wanted a classy wave style and it was beautiful!! Justin also cut and styled my sons curly hair for the big day. Amanda gave me a prettiest unicorn manicure. Amanda and Justin are both so talented and fun people to talk to. This salon strictly followed covid guidelines and felt very safe.

The customer service here is outstanding. I highly recommend coming in. I had waxing done by kunka, and nails done. This was one of the best experiences coming into a salon.

Caedy is awesome! My daughter was nervous about cutting her long hair, but Caedy was so wonderful and gained her trust right away. Now my daughter LOVES her hair!!! She said, “How did Caedy make my hair so beautiful? It’s amazing!!!!” So, thank you so much!!!!!!

I went to see Ashley for a haircut. The first cut Ive had in at least 3 years due to an extremely bad experience Id had elsewhere. I was nervous and approached the cut with more than a little trepidation. Ashley was wonderful! She was 100% honest about what she could and could not do and she made sure she had my permission before she did ANYTHING at all. It was the best experience Ive ever had. She was attentive and cautious and she even made sure to ask me about allergies before she used any product. My haircut is exactly what I wanted and Im over the moon about it! Thank you Ashley and Gigi Beauty Bar for restoring my faith AND my hair!!

Justin did my hair and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding. Holy moly, he was amazing. Not only did everyone look gorgeous, but he was so fun to have around! My bridesmaids and I loved him, and he was so helpful in every way. So happy that I chose Justin for such an important day.

Amanda and Echo know exactly what they are doing. All nail equipment is sterile and safe. So many colors to choose from, and when it comes to designs with effects and or nail art, they can do hundreds of different things. Always made to feel welcome and at ease. Relaxed and clean environment, no parking issues.

Ashley is the best! She knows exactly what my hair needs. She has taught me so much about caring for my over processed hair. Definitely thankful for her.

Caedy did a root touch up, toner and was able to squeeze in a quick cut on my hair. I absolutely loved it! I am new to the area and am so happy I found a stylist that is able to give me the results I am looking for.

Great staff & place

Do not go to this place. I went to get my hair color and I thought I was going to pay around $150 for my hair but no, I ended up paying $382 for something that was not beautiful. Do not believe their prices that are in their website.

Ashley gave me a great haircut today, and I really enjoyed our interesting conversation about health coaching. I will definitely schedule with her the next time I visit GiGi.

Kunka has the BEST waxing technique Ive ever experienced. She is friendly, always upbeat and always on time. I drive from downtown Portland to this location specifically because of her and her technique. The salon is great too. 😉

Caedy is exceptionally talented when it comes to color and hair. She did a beautiful balayage on my hair a few months ago. It was my first time to the salon, and she exceeded my expectations. I am very very happy with my color and cut

Everytime I go to here I leave feeling like a million dollars. My hair always looks amazing and the atmosphere is so welcoming! Literally won’t let anyone else touch my hair besides Nariah! She is hands down the best at what she does and doesn’t let you leave until it is perfect. Thank you for always making my hair exactly what I want!

Edited from previous review: I love this store, it is very clean and has a great variety. They dont stay open past 6 pm on week nights, making it near impossible for me to come and take advantage of their 20 percent off special on the first Monday of each month. When I complained online in a previous post, I thought I would not hear from them - but they graciously offered to give me 20 percent off on an item if I came in on a Sunday - and they did! I was able to get the Color Proof working hairspray - very expensive, but totally worth it. Smells like pumpkin pie, dries quick, and holds my thin fine hair all day and in the rain. Be sure to ask to get on their mailing list, as they let me know they do offer special times where items in the store go for more than 20 percent off. Would love it if they could stay open later on that first Monday, maybe Ill find a way to get their prior to closing.

Gigi beauty bar is so amazing and everyone there is so nice!!! I go see Echo for my nails and she does such a fantastic job every time!!! Check out her work @fingerhandz. My friend goes to @amandathenailtech and she also does a great job!

Caedy did such an amazing balayage and cut for me today! I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. My last hair stylist at another salon gave me a botched haircut and Caedy did a great job at cleaning that up and making me look amazing by the end of the appointment. After moving to Oregon I’ve had some difficulty finding a salon that I liked. I’m glad a friend referred me to GiGi’s because it will definitely be my go to salon! I highly recommend this place and Caedy! I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!

Gigi has the best service and hair care products. They have an amazing new location thats super cute and spacious.

I came into the salon this weekend with an absolute disaster of a haircut that I got from a different salon in hopes that somebody at Gigi could step in and help me try to salvage the hair that I had left. Even though they were very busy I had a hair stylist named Amy who was willing to set aside a few minutes to try to fix my hair. Even though she was with a client who was getting their hair colored while she had a little bit of downtime she fit me in and I cant tell you how much that changed my day. She could see that I was an absolute tears and frustration and she was so knowledgeable and so professional she really knew short hairstyles and was able to communicate with me what we need to do to fix my hair. She talk to me through things that we need to do over the next few months to try to grow out my hair and cut it in a way that would give me the hairstyle I originally hoped for. It is truly Priceless to find a hair stylist who really understands hair and is willing to communicate honestly and give you fair expectations and be willing to go the extra mile to help you especially in the situation that I was in. I truly want to thank Amy from the bottom of my heart for being understanding and helpful in such a bad time... I am greatly looking forward to my next visit with Amy and encourage anybody whos looking for a new hairstylist or new salon that this place is very professional very kind and accommodating and that is very hard to find around here. Thank you again!

Pedicure on my lunch, asked if I could be done in 45 minutes (by 2pm). Greeter says we can do an express. The tech took longer than 45, so I was 15 minutes late to work. Then charged me $40 for an express ??? Frustrated when salons dont post prices or give you a menu. Wont be returning.
