Ive been here a number of times over the years and they are consistently excellent. Lots of polish selections, both regular and gel. The place felt clean, I like that they dont have a TV blaring but instead play music. The owner was even singing along with some of the songs, it was nice to be someplace where everyone was very positive and friendly. Comfortable chairs with lots of massage options, great pedicure with a nice foot and leg massage. I will definitely be back.

I got a subpar pedicure, and the polish came off the next day. I also got dip nails and the tech was on the phone the entire time. She put me under the UV light and never came back for me. Really disappointed in the service.

Have a friend who goes here and a random stranger reccomend this salon as well gave it a go. Had a appointment at 2 PM came in at 1:30 on a Monday it was dead in there but was seated right away and they had a large color selection for shellac. The guy I got did a wonderful job and even when they did start to pick up I never felt he was not rushing or skipping steps for my full set of nails. My nails look amazing and was very pleased with how he handled my requests. Only reason I didnt give five stars I felt customer service was lacking slightly for other customers. I had a great experience and will be back and tell others to come here as well!

Very dirty shop. Floors were nasty, arm rests on chairs were filthy. In the age of corona, I was concerned. When was the last time chairs were wiped down? Not anytime recently for sure.

Im sorry but I wasnt happy with the work of the manicure and pedicure , I thought I would try a new place too. Its been a couple days and the stuff they used has caused alot of hang nails and didnt clean up my nails or dead skin in my pedicure. Nice gals but didnt talk much and one was talking to someone on a ear piece and listening to music and had to fix my nails after painting them and buffering it from the nail polish to puffy.

Had a wonderful experience here. The wait was short and I found a great color. I had a relaxing automatic massage from the chair, while I had my pedicure. The friendly staff was great and did a great job with the pedicure and nail color. They also made me feel very comfortable and not rushed. I will be back!

We did a spectacular job fixing my nails from a prior salon. He took the time and made them perfect. I will always be coming here from now on.

Wonderful experience, conversations and perfect service! I will be returning. Then it happened.... the man doing my nails left and in his place.... a Girl who cannot speak English or understand it..... Took her 30- minutes to use the electric drill .... just to remove the nail polish... really???

There is a woman who works here who goes by the name of Darcy. NEVER let Darcy be in charge of your nails and NEVER let their team assign Darcy to you. You’ll walk out with the worst and most lackluster service you’ve ever had. Trust me, I’ve experienced this first hand. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Go to XO beauty bar instead and let them take care of you the way anybody would hope to when paying for a particular service.

I appreciate this place so much. Its so comfortable here and they do a great job. Also didnt know they do hair and nails! There were as many customers getting their nails done as there were getting their hair done! Pedicures are fantastic. My fiance and I were both welcomed and treated very delicately. Its so important to take care of your feet. Also not the only man that was here was my fiance so they must be doing something right! Selection of music was fitting and didnt put me to sleep!

I highly recommend her to do my family and friends hair...wait my family and friends goes to her already. Her customer service skills is five stars too! My daughter and her friend go to Azure frequently. They have never had a bad experience. My daughter wishes she could work there! I got a pedicure with my daughter and noticed my arm was dry and the skin was flaky. The owner GAVE me for FREE a bottle of lotion to try out. I was happy with the service and I tipped well for it. I am making an appointment for today!

Tee has been doing my nails for 11 years. Yes you read that right 11 years. Hes done an exceptional job every single time. Hes very professional and ensures I get what I want. Hes easy to deal with a lot of fun to talk with. I highly recommend him and his salon.

This is some of the worst service I’ve ever received. The woman doing my nails was extremely rude and did an awful job. I got a shellac manicure and she left a big bump of nail polish on one of my nails, and after 2 days the bump peeled in half and my nail was left looking gross. I got so many comments on how bad my nails looked by many people. I do not recommend this place at all, instead I’d recommend going to Avalon nails in cedar hills, priced the same and does an amazing job.

Would have been nice had they not let the lady next to me with her two small children blast her phone with curious George and other nonsense. Really ruined the experience. Management was no help. Would not recommend.

Have been getting my nails done here for a few years. They are personable clean and professional. I have gone to many others but I have never been disappointed with the results at Azure. The absolute best in town.

My daughter came in a few days ago to get her nails done for prom. She told the nail tech she wanted them long and he insisted on them being short. She said again she wanted them long and he ignored her and went ahead and cut them short anyway. She allowed him to finish and paid. She came home in tears and I will be honest the shape and length looked pretty bad. I suggested she call to see if they would be willing to fix them for her. She spoke to the owner who said she could come back in so he could take all of them off and then refund her money. She then asked if she could use the refund to get them redone. His response was “no, I will not do your nails for you.” Terrible customer service by the owner himself! I would not recommend!UPDATE:She went back in to have them removed and all he did was cut them way down. When she asked how to get them off his response was “go to a different nail salon and ask them to do it!” Wow! 😡UPDATE:In response my my review the owner is now insulting me and my parenting skills. I believe what my daughter told me and the word will be spread. Thanks.

My mom and I went in to get acrylics, I asked for marble on my nails and ended up with a weird design that looked nothing like what I had asked for. The service was pretty bad. We kept being moved from nail tech to nail tech and weren’t treated very nicely.

This place is nice. Guy did a good removing my acrylic nails. Not a large color selection but very nice staff.

I’ve had a full set here, and they were very friendly and did a great job, making me feel at home. however, i came back for a pedicure and it was rough. when my nail tech was putting on the little sandals, she scuffed my wet nails. she saw that she did it, saw that she took color off, and only put a clear coat on top instead of fixing the colored polish. in addition to this, it was pretty painful and i’m pretty sure she made one of my toes bleed. it’s only been two days, and i already have a painful, ingrown toenail, that was in better shape before i came in. unfortunately, i don’t think we will be returning.

This was my second visit. I love this place. Friendly people, good work, convenient location. Clean with quality products.

I called and asked if an appointment was available for a walk-in. The answer was yes, and I went. I was greeted and promptly seated. The shellac manicure was extremely well done and the staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend this salon.

I went in to get my nails done here for my wedding next week. This is usually my go to place. I made an appt 2.5hrs before. Had a full set done and those were pretty. When I went to get my toes done I wanted alternate colors for 4th of July with red and blue and a white sparkle toe with two stripes. I was told it was too difficult to do (this would be a design I would easily do on my daughter at home). I felt rushed and lady doing my toes said they were too busy. I let her know it was for my wedding and I wanted cute patriotic toes. No one even tried to accommodate or seemed to care. Well, I walked out with red only on my toes and feeling extremely disappointed with the service. I have been here numerous times and always bring my friends, so I am extremely surprised with our service today. The place started to get busy around 1:00 and I started to feel unimportant. One of my bridesmaids even waited to get her manicure and no one was able to help. Im not sure I will go back as this was a big appt for me getting my nails done for my wedding and I felt completely rushed and ignored on what I wanted when it came down to my toes.

Great group. Sooooooo friendly and funny. We love coming here. Tee is pretty straight forward, the hairstylists Sabrina & Lisa will NEVER do a cut or style, coloring, etc that they think may not be a good look.

I normally go to vives nails, but they are always so busy and not very friendly. I tried this place because they are close to my home. I like them. Super friendly just feels more homie I guess youd say?! My toes look great and I wasnt rushed or told no they are too busy we cant do that now... My husband and I will def be back.

Ann is a Permanent Makeup artist. Although she was highly recommeded, I was concerned about feeling any discomfort as well as how I would look afterwards. Afterall, the makeup is permanemt!!! I had my brows and under eye liner done. Ann told me she had done her own permanent makeup and it looked awesome. That helped to set my mind at ease. I was thrilled with results, and am going back next week to have top liner done. What a joy to wake up and look naturally made up. I have already recommended her to two friends.

I will never come back here to get my nails done. I paid 50$ for what should be solar and they are acrylic, they are gentel but did not take there time. I have nails with lumps all over and the shape is off on almost every nail i am very unhappy with them i will not recommend this place to anyone. An i will not be returning.
