It is actually a bit early for me to leave this review. I just dropped my I Pad off for repair at the Beaverton, Oregon outlet of this chain. Grey took in my unit. The lightning port that charges the device was not connecting. It turns out the wires inside the port were broken. So they are replacing the port with a new one and it should be ready within two days. The price is $119.99 which they reduced for me leaving a review here. That is nice of them. Grey was nice to deal with. There was, I think an older Philippine woman in front of me and the other lady working there was dealing with her. The woman was complaining that her relatives had called her long distance and she could not hear them. The woman helping her said that she had the do not disturb turned on. The woman did not seem to understand. I said, Maybe she does not know what that is. The sales rep was irritated with me and said, We will get to that. After the lady left, I apologized to the woman for trying to help and she said: It happens. I guess I caught her in a bad mood. Anyway on the whole they seem pretty nice and I am hoping the work will be first rate on my I Pad. Maybe when I get the unit back, depending on the time it takes to get repaired and the quality of the work, I will be able to complete this review in a more thorough fashion. Update: The I Pad repair was completed late Saturday afternoon. They did not notify me, I had to call them. I went and retrieved it and it is working great. They did a good job and I spoke with the repairman, who seemed skilled, knowledgeable and nice. In the end I did pay $119.99 which included a $9.99 tip.

It was a good experience. I recommend the business. I applied for a loan to get one of their phones and got the loan quit easily. I filled out the paperwork, bought the phone, had a great experience with their business. The lady at the counter was very nice and knew what she was doing. She knew the tech stuff very well. I recently had my iPhone 7 screen fixed and battery replaced at CPR. I am beyond pleased with my experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, my phone was done exactly when they told me it would be and they even cleaned out my speakers and charging port while I was there. The quality of work was amazing with an amazing value to match, my phone is practically new again. Cant recommend them enough, thank you!

I had a VCR from 1999 that broke down, and they were generous enough to give repairing it a shot. I really appreciate the way the person who initially answered the phone checked with the other techs before telling me to bring it in; they werent sure anyone would know how, but someone who had been working there a while had experience with VCRs. It turned out not to be repairable, but they tried every avenue and took the time to get several difficult-to-source parts in the process. It was a valiant attempt. Also, the deposit rate was very reasonable. Ill be coming back if I have any other electronics that need repairs.

Repair for iPad charging port: requested estimate online and it was returned very quickly. dropped off Mon noon and they had it replaced by Tues afternoon. Nice that they are open into the evening. A little extra work required than the quoted repair, but reasonable pricing.Update - after using for awhile I notice that the screen is definitely less responsive. charge port still works but something is amiss.

Workers are very polite and nice but, I went in paying $95 to fix my ps3 and came out with $60. They couldn’t fix my ps3 and I ended up losing money that’s never good. I was hoping for a full refund because nothing was fixed. Retro gaming highly recommended CPR to fix gaming consoles but I wouldn’t.

The experience started good. Receptionist was very responsive. I cracked my screen and needed a replacement. Luckily they had the parts and got to work right away. I was informed it would be three hours after I had already paid which was aggravating but whatever. My issue is simpler than that. I got the phone back in a hour and a half so good on them, but now my phone wont hold a signal at all and I have had to resort to my old cell which works great. My phone worked great before they replaced the screen. Even with a busted screen I called to verify they had the parts.

I paid $170 for an iPhone screen replacement. I picked up my phone a few hours later and was happy with the new screen. However, within a few hours I started getting several black lines at the bottom of the screen. I returned a few days later and explained what happened. While the girl that helped me was nice, she immediately blamed me for the black lines. Then she offered me a $50 discount on another repair bill. I’m very disappointed that she didn’t even look into the problem. My family of 5 have used their service for the last two years. We will no longer go to CPR for help. There are many other choices.

Brought in a HP Spectre with a broken touch screen. They explained the problem, the quote, and what to expect. Within a couple weeks got the computer back and at the low end of the quoted price. Also we’re able to dislodge a broken audio connection on an iPad within 10 minutes and tested. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Well worth the trip. Will use them again.

An honest approach to business is very important to me-they had originally quoted me at a lower price a week or so before I went to the store and rather than say I was out of luck, they honored the initial quote. Horrible experience. Had to take my phone here under xfinity warranty for a cracked screen. They didnt seal the phone up correctly and now the front camera has dirt in it and wont focus. Have to get a replacement phone now from the insurance.

I initiated my repair via the online quote process. The response was very quick and efficient. I have a iPhone X max. I washed my phone then my phone got damaged and reset every 2 minutes. I went to apple store to repair the phone but they said; iPhone X max is not water proof! It’s just water resistance. They said the damage is not fixable and I have to get a new iPhone which is $1000 or get the same one for $600. I didn’t trust them and I left the store. I went to CPR Phone repair. They said we do our best to repair your phone. After five days they fixed my phone for $180. They are so responsible and helpful. I really recommend them.

Excellent place - strongly recommend! Charging port on my iphone wasnt working. Took to Apple Store first and they just wanted to sell me a new phone. Sort of pretended to clean it but said it wouldnt work and the parts no longer available for repair. CPR had the parts in stock, but I didnt even need them because she cleaned it thoroughly and it actually worked, for only $35. They also have great COVID precautions - only one person in at a time, glass barrier and lots of distance between service person and customer. I will skip the apple store next time and just go here. Cant say enough good about them!!

I cracked my Iphone SE 2020 a few days ago, and the people at CPR were super professional and helpful. The screen looked a little off once it was fixed, and they made some changes and were very helpful. My only advice would be to make sure they explain to you the potential differences between the screen you had and the one they are replacing it with. Great experience overall!

I would highly recommend this place! Out of the 3 places I contacted about replacing the hard drive in my old iMac, CPR gave me the lowest quote, as well as the friendliest and most helpful response. It was a no-brainer to choose them for the job, and Im SO happy I did. They were so nice and helpful throughout the entire experience. I wasnt sure if my old iMac was even worth repairing, and they could have easily just said yes to get the job and take my money, but instead, they answered ALL my questions and really helped me feel like I was making an informed decision. In my experience, you either get a place that cares about the customer, or a place that really knows what theyre doing, but CPR was both! I was so impressed. My computer is now up and running again, and I will definitely go back to CPR next time one of my other devices fails!

My S8 took a 24 fall and cracked the screen. Insurance sent me to CPR who was awesome. They responded quickly to my emails even though they were not open full time. When I was going to bring in the phone they let me know they were at regular hours. They did the job quick and professional. It looks great.

Great customer service.. aquipted with the tools and staff to get my Galaxy Tablet A fixed.. Im from Salem and I drove out to Beaverton for their service and they were nice enough to agree to mail it out to me after it being fixed.

First things first. I had the same phone repaired twice at this location. First time, it was nearly perfect, minus the higher than average repair cost, (170$ repair for a 400$ phone). It has all the parts and the new screen functioned perfectly. The screen broke again, at my own fault most likely and I brought it back. They offered to fix it for 110, and I brought it in. They then said they cant do it for 110, and tried to charge me 160. I talked them down to 120 after telling them about the reduce price they quoted me. The repair took longer (mostly due to not having parts in stock) and I walked back to pick up the phone. This time, the repair was sloppy. The phone was missing a part, and the screen was bulging at one corner. When I addressed the issue, they told me it was missing the part when I came in, and the screen couldnt fit perfect because the frame was damaged. This was not true. I know exactly the condition my phone was in when I brought it in, and no parts were missing. I told them it had the part when I gave it to them for the second repair, but they would not fix the issue. I will not go back for phone repairs at this store, because I didnt spend 110$ just for them to give me an unfinished phone.

I brought my phone in and they stayed late to make sure the problem was diagnosed quickly. I’m very pleased with their work and will go to them first the next time our cell phone or laptop decides to quit. It’s definitely worth the fee to avoid a costly and needless replacement.

Hailey helped me, she was fantastic! I dropped my phone off around 2:15pm on a Saturday, went to pick it up about two hours later. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. My phone is back to being fully functional!

They fixed my phone in 10 min and did not charge me!!! It was a simple fix but had my phone locked up. I could not use my PIN to log in.

Contacted CPR and a few other places. CPR responded quickly and gave me a real estimate on repairs. The other places never responded. My phone was repaired quickly. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Their store is clean and organized. Would definitely go to them again for other electronics repairs.

Got a repair quote and schedule an appointment online, it was very simple. I dropped my phone off at the schedule time and picked it up a couple of hours later.After the battery replacement, the phone works again like it should and I dont have to charge it 3 times a day.Very satisfied, I would definitely recommend to friend as the price was very reasonable as well.

The guy at the store diagnosis my iPhone and discovered it was a easy fix. Just some lint in the charging port. No charge and I was on my way. Very awesome. If anything actually is wrong I will take it to them.

They did a good job of fixing my Motorola phone (under warranty). They werent able to figure out what had gone wrong, but they reset it and it has been fine ever since. They were easy to deal with, responsive and professional.

All the employees were professional and helpful, turnaround time on my tablet was super quick. And very affordable. They also took the time to explain what was wrong with my tablet, which I appreciate greatly.

First and foremost, I am not sure why people claim this place is something its not. My first impression was not the best. I asked for prices on older devices and when the store representative went to the back of the store to grab a device I heard some whispers, and thats when things started to get sketchy. She brought out a violently scratched phone and was asking for $300. I asked about the return policy and she was very vague about no refunds and possibly exchanging the device for something of the same price (yeah, right). Then mentioned if the device was to fail they would send it elsewhere for repairs. The representative added that they might be able to work around the price but the phone, even as it was gonna be covered with a case looked in extreme bad shape. Overall it was an uncomfortable experience. Dont waste your time like I did. I rated it one star as there is no option to select zero stars.

The folks at CPR Beaverton worked with me pretty closely through email after I requested a quote on their website.I was able to get my Moto G6s inflated battery replaced for less than half of what Motorolas support service asked for. They were straightforward with the process as well, and were able to complete the replacement quickly.The phone looks as good as new now that the backing is back in its proper position. The seal looks clean as well, almost as if Ive never had it replaced. They stated that the battery they placed in the phone is under warranty for six months, and also invited me to come back if any issues with the phone popped up that could have resulted from the replacement.The store seemed to have great standards for health as well, limiting customer counts to 1 at a time in the lobby due to its size. There was also a sign saying they preferred curbside assistance to in-store interaction, but no mention of this was made when I entered the store with my mask on and while keeping distance from the Plexiglas-shielded counter. I imagine this will be relaxed once the outbreak of COVID dies down.Overall, great experience. I look forward to working with them again if issues with any of my other supported devices occur as well.

This is the only place Ill take my items to for repair and heres why!...My husbands android phone wouldnt charge. We took his phone in for a quote to another computer/phone repair shop in Milwaukie. The gentleman we spoke to made suggestions/comments along the lines of simply to repair...and if repairs cost over $200 he recommended that given how old the phone was wed should just consider getting a new phone. At first we were told it would probably cost up to $100. So the Milwaukie shop employee told us theyd call shortly with more a final cost. Within about an hour we got a call back and the final cost (apparently for parts, labor, and whatever else) was all of the sudden $240 and he was ready to take payment over the phone. At that point we decided to get a second opinion and thats were CPR repair came in and saved our electronics. We paid less than $80 total and got the phone back the same day. Because of that I took my Dell laptop in for repairs since it would no longer change either. Long story short the problem with my laptop stemmed from a botched repair job done by Dell under warranty (side note beware of Dells warranty services)...CPR had my laptop for about a week and a half doing everything they could to find the problem and they did for less than $200.

My iPhone would not recognize my headphones when plugged into the jack. Apple told me that I needed to get a new phone. They wouldn’t repair it there. This wonderful place fixed it for me the same day and it works perfectly. I highly recommend them and will always do repairs there. $70 fix saved me from buying a whole new phone.
