I had the opportunity to live here for a few months. It was an overall great experience! The community is beautiful and well-kept. The neighbors are usually kind if you make an effort to say hello. The staff and management are very kind people and were responsive to any help we requested. The apartments themselves are a little older having been built long ago. Therefore, the appliances and so forth are old, but still run effectively.

New management seems incompetent and somehow are constantly providing false information, lucky for me I keep all my paperwork. If you move in these apartments I recommend keeping everything including notices they tried to charge me 3 years later for utilities said I was never charged for the first two months when I first occupied the unit and then I sent them a copy that clearly stated the utility charges 🤦‍♀️. They also never call to follow up on anything you have to be the one chasing after them for any questions or concerns. Definitely missed the old manager who was so on top of everything.

When I entered the complex, someone was being arrested at the office parking lot. Wonder if that happens often? No disabled parking without having to go around the building to get to front door of the apt. No patio. A few steps up to walkway. At least there was a rail. Hard to find ANY disabled friendly place to live in.

Ive been paying $300 more on average a month than the neighboring Apartments, to be here the whole time while theyve been doing construction on the outside of the buildings. I have no porch and all of my outdoor belongings in my new carpet for 6 month while they wailed on the outside of my home. They also have done not done proper maitenence on my unit and I have had a clogged bathroom sink for most all of this lockdown, due to not being allowed to snake myself or use draino. Not my favorite place, definitely cant wait to move.

We moved from Olympia, WA on very short notice. After visiting and viewing several complexes, we determined them as unsuitable. The managements were simply unprofessional in their attitude and operations.Having noticed Stone Creek on a drive-by, we felt encouraged to take a closer look. The management were extremely courteous and very generous with our initial enquiry. Our residency at Stone Creek proved an overall pleasant experience. The manager, Junie, is quite experienced, efficient, and prompt in responding to any questions you may have or requests for maintenance. The maintenance staff are also quite prompt in their response - usually within 24 hours; are quick to fix or replace as needed; and clean up before leaving!Landscaping was beautifully maintained. Stone Creek offered a very peasant environment.Unfortunately, our need to leave Stone Creek after 3 years was predicated on personal reasons. Though we have successfully re-settled we do continue the think back on our time at Stone Creek with fond memories. Thanks again to Junie and all the staff.Jennifer and Tim Walker

It is a good apartment complex that is decently quick on request repairs. The gym equipment was out of order for a little bit though. Also, we had to clean our own carpets which was a bit strange, having lived in many other apartments that will clean your carpets...

I really enjoyed my time there at the apartments. Everything is clean and setup quite nicely. Like every other apartment, theres a pool, gym, park etc but having a 7-Eleven right next door makes late night munchies easier than ever. So thats a plus

Neighbors are always blasting music loudly and sometimes I can smell weird odors at random times of the day, I think it smells like one of my neighbors smokes marijuana. Other then that its a nice community and the people in the office are nice for the most part. Rent prices are expensive but given the location and amenities they can charge the premium.

The people in the office are awesome. We have been living in our apartment here for quite some time now and theres not a whole lot of issues. Our hot water doesnt last very long, and sometimes the neighbors are loud, and some of them have a cannabis scent flowing up into our apartment.

Unless you want to add the injury of having to deal with obnoxious drunks who live here on your tax dollars because they spent 2 years in the army during the 1980s and were offered an honorable discharge not to re-enlist, who line the street smoking, trying to trade their foodstamps at 7-11 for your cash and outright panhandling to support their alcoholism - to the insult of the typically high rents everyone is able to charge. Staff are aware that people are smoking in their units but do nothing about it even though it is strictly prohibited so it is intolerable people allergic to smoke because it isnt contained to just the smokers unit so if you dont want stinky, yellow nicotine stained walls and clothes, you definitely dont want to live here. I didnt even touch on the dangers of the environment at Stone Creek is for children but I reiterate, unpredictable chronic drunks live here and congregate on the premises.

I actually liked staying there as the staff (Junie, maintenance guy) were really nice but the management was terrible when it came to me moving out. I left the apartment in a perfect condition and moved out 20 days prior to move out date (I did pay for the entire month).I was so disappointed to see my move out statement, I was expecting my deposit back but instead they charged me for things like Painting, floor tiling and kitchen tiling (ridiculous). I didnt get my deposit back ($475) and I had to pay extra money for the false charges.I dont recommend this apartment at all! But if you really have to stay there, make sure to take pictures of every little things like dents, marks, wall paintings etc as evidences.

I am a current resident and having a hard time in living in this community. The management staff seems to be racist and we have been experiencing the discrimination lately. My patio is clean and has a kid tricycle sometimes but we have been getting notices to remove the things from patio which are not patio approved , this is insane when I see the other patio people have been putting their trash in patio but I haven’t seen they get any kind of notice. I also have a 2 year old and she started to walk , on many occasions we got notice about from the lady below complaining about the noise produce by little kid’s step that too during day time(Not quite hours). Even if we drop something on to the floor mistakenly or sneeze, very next dat the notice can be found hanging to the door.I am just waiting for my lease to be over and can’t wait to move elsewhere.Manager and management both seems to be arrogant and not helpful in finding any resolution.I wouldn’t recommend anyone specially with kid to move in to this community and suffer.

As with living in any apartment complex, the experience can be ruined by either bad management or bad neighbors. Weve had neither of those things here at Stone Creek in the last few months since we moved in. The management team and Consuelo have been wonderful to work with, and the maintenance staff respond very quickly with fixes to appliances and other concerns.Fortunately we havent had any bad neighbors, so far so good. Every once in a while we get people trying to take our one assigned parking space, but other than that, no complaints. The non-assigned parking never fills up, you just might have to add a minute or two to walking back from the car.The apartments themselves are a little dated (original MDF cabinets, mirrored closet doors, etc.), but in working order. Our particular unit has wonderfully high ceilings and plenty of windows to eliminate any dungeony feelings. The prices are competitive for the area (re: probably close to double what they were 10 years ago, but oh well) and the amenities of the pool, spa and small gym are nice. Compared to our last place, these apartments were cheaper, bigger, and closer to the MAX for commuting. So far my fiancee and I are really happy we chose Stone Creek.

They took most of our deposit money for wear and tear items such as carpet that were not damaged when we moved out. Apartments should not charge unless you damage something. We cleaned very thoroughly. Garbage compactor and recycling are not changed frequently resulting in a foul smell and piles of garbage near the mailboxes.

Living at Stone Creek is okay. I feel like its overpriced for what you get but they can get away with it because of the market. One time I got home from fishing and put my ice chest on the patio and within a few hours I got a note on my door telling me to remove it or be fined. The pool is only 5 feet deep at its deepest point.Even after living here for 4 months I still get other peoples mail, this isnt really the apartment complex staff fault. The office staff is very uncapable.Theyre friendly and accommodating to your face, but the owners only care about money and even though there are several places in the area that charge less, they still insisted on increasing the rent, for no reason...We will be vacating and would not consider living here in the future.**update**We moved out and they tried saying we messed with the smoke alarm. They sent me pictures from someone elses unit showing the smoke alarm wasnt attached, but thankfully I took photos. I showed them photos and told them I took photos because sometimes people try to take advantage of people. Needless to say, they refused to apologize.Junie the apartment manager and Consuela the office person are very sketchy. They tried to rip me off, but Im smarter then them. They tried to keep my deposit but I showed them evidence that they were wrong and again they never apologize which I think is very unprofessional. If you like hassle, live at Stone Creek.

I love this place. A condominium free of smokers, alcoholics and boisterous people. It has a clean and well-maintained spa accessible to all the inhabitants of the place. No doubt a plus that makes this place one of the perfect places to live.
