These people are disgusting they broke my property and when I asked what they were going to do about it I was told I dont know what to tell you. my truck was repoed I called on Friday to the finance company which is Credit Acceptance who is scum to made a payment and told them that I would call Monday or Tuesday to make the rest of the payment so safety adjusters decided Monday although there was a payment already made go ahead and transfer my truck to a different town. so I get my truck and I go in today to get my possessions because I had just moved from another state and everything I owned was in my truck, so when I showed up to get my possessions back from safety adjusters I informed the guy that I had an injury to my shoulder and not one of those men offered to help load all that stuff back into my truck mind you with the humidity around here 205 today I had to do it myself plus I came across broken items that they wont do anything about safety adjusters are Crooks just like the financial company credit acceptance

Thieves, they stole a escort radar detector, mount, hard wire, full set of husky liner floor mats , cost over $2000 of personal property from my van that they repossessed from me, and claim to have turned it over to me. I will see you in court.

I had my vehicle repossessed by Texas car title,I was 12 days late with a company that I paid for almost a year never missing a payment so they take my truck.They tell me that my vehicle was at saftey adjusters and that I cant get my stuff because they were closed.She then told me that i need to get my stuff before they inventory it or theyll be a $35 fee on top of the $400 dollar repo fee. I called the next day to saftey adjusters at 8 am and gave them my name and told them Id like to get my stuff.She then told me to just bring my license and the key to the vehicle and I could get my stuff,but they dont allow anyone to come till 12.When we got there at 12 there was a locksmith leaving the parking lot.I go in then she tells me that theyll be a $35 dollar fee to get MY STUFF.Point is they made sure I couldnt get my stuff till they inventoried it,and I told her I just got off the phone with you and you said all I needed was my License and key.They then insisted that I pay the fee to get MY STUFF.There liars and cheats and as ususal they can do what ever they want because there is no enforcement to obey any set of rules they can make em up as they go,and since there a repo company and everyone already hates them, whats it matter.The people that hire them or just as crooked as they are< but I will say this i will never use Texas Car Title again I referred three other people to them I will not refer anyone else.I will not use any loan company that does business with Saftey Adjusters and I will tell every person on the face of the earth to do the same.I would also recommend that if your a finance company not to hire Safety Adjuster cause they will lie and cheat your customers and you will lose business because of it.Naturally I was upset with lies and when I presented the lies they acted indifferent so I got mad and then the owner threw me out instead of trying to resolve any issue witch I stated calming and respectively at first, it wasnt till I was ignored that I got irate.She just looked like a deer trapped in headlights cause she knew she was a liar.

They came to my rental house looking for someone who used to rent there years prior. When I didnt answer the door because I was bathing my four year old they contacted the police and claimed a two year old opened the door for them and said no one was home. Refused to even offer us an apology. Horrible, horrible people.

The driver that repoed my car stole a couple of items and my money!
