The staff made a quote for $350 for myself and my son vehicle insurance. I agreed to those terms. When the bill came I ended up paying $570 a month. They promised discounts that they did not provide. They tried to force me to put my child with a learners permit on the insurance during COVID-19. I had to sign the wavier saying he will not drive. They were looking to up charge my policy. I feel they are a substandard for a major insurance corporation.

I have been using the Walters agency for auto insurance through allstate for a few years. Every time its time to renew my policy, my premium would go up and I would have to call them to figure out what was going on. For a while they had me paying for a new car protection part of my plan, then later I learned that my car was too old to even be eligible for it but they were still charging for it. Recently I decided to switch to a different insurance provider (which cut my premium by 40%--when I told this to my allstate agent they were mysteriously able to match it) and it has been a mess trying to cancel my plan with the walters agency. I have called and emailed many times and thought it was cancelled, but I continue to get emails about payment and my online account shows that I need to make a payment for this current policy that should have been cancelled. I dont suggest anyone use this agency as they give you the run around and are very hard to reach over the phone.
