I had insurance through another company, but they did us no favors after a hurricane. I should have been better educated, but my home was over-insured and my deductible was astronomical. Essentially we got minimal help from the other company and ended up paying out of pocket for what we actually needed repaired. My wife and I discussed switching companies. I ended up getting in contact with a friend whos recently become licensed and works for this office. I gave him the chance to quote what a home and auto policy would be through State Farm. My rate was substantially lower and my deductibles are much more feasible to attain. This office was super easy to work with and never pushed me for anything. I made the easy choice to switch. Id give more than 5 stars if it was an option. Making the switch to State farm was beyond easy thanks to the wonderful customer service of Manaysha Mire at the Lana Richards office. Best service hands down! Manaysha helped me through it all quick easy and she was very fast at getting back to me. Let me just say the quote took very little time and I literally sat in there office for no more than 15 mins getting it all done. And the office is amazing very clean organized and smells amazing I could have curled up on couch and napped lol.
