Told the owner I wanted a fill in or a full set he said fill in would work he started to remove the lifted part and stopped i asked him was he going to he said no it would hold2 days later 2 popped off and the rest started lifting. They all were off the following weekend. Pedicure omg. I asked about the callus removal he said no they didnt have. Man long story short I wasted my money. Nails were ugly and feet were like I just put them in water

I feels very safe/clean. My nail artist didnt talk much, which is greatly appreciated because I wanted to relax. All nail services are great and they have tonsssss of nail colors.

I got a staf infection on my idex finger . Had to get medical attention as the finger swelled and was hot to touch,painful ,cost me almost $200 for doctors visit and antiobics..Will not go back!!

I got my nails done for my sister in laws wedding on a Sunday. And by Tuesday they were already lifting my pedicure was amazing but, my full set felt rushed and it was right before closing. We just got back in town yesterday and my nails look horriable!!!! So upset and I paid a lot.

I went to get a fill from a set I got from another salon, that weren’t very well done and they made them look brand new!! There are so many colors to choose from, and they’ll give you great advice on shapes and colors! I really love my new set!

I wanted a daisy design and they were not able to recreate it. I asked them to be redone twice and they were still badly done when I left the salon.

Ive been coming here off and on for the last 4 yrs. They have great customer service and their facility looks very nice and clean. Their prices are just a tad bit higher than others in the local area but you definitely get what you pay for I promise you! They are all great nail techs but I usually request Ly if hes available. If your nails arent perfect when hes done he will find it and fix it before you would ever even notice it. He looks at your nails from different angles to make sure theyre all level. Just very detailed and I love that! I also her my eyebrows waxed here and they do a great job. I dont know her name but shes older and wears glasses. My brows are weird looking but she gets them perfect every time! They also do great pedicures for men & women too! If youre in Beaufort, SC you should stop by for some TLC!

I have been getting my nails done at this location for 3 months. After trying a new nail tech here I notice a discoloration under my nail. I showed the nails to the nail tech who then brushed it off. A week later after having two nails repaired.1. Peeled the nail off and my nail was GREEN, index finger!!2.Peeled off nail number two and it was GREEN, THUMB!!!3. Peeled off nail on other index finger and a small fungus was beginning to grow. (no pic)***3 fingers!!!! WITH A FUNGUSCame to salon, spoke with them and instantly they made it appear as all MY FAULT for not getting my set redone every month and due to my nails being too long! However, I did get a fresh set!! No attempt to accept any blame!Asked for a soak off to assess the other nails and the Manager gave me the impression that she didnt want to provide me with services! She said oh we are really busy, I said I will wait, she said Oh you want to wait! While yes I do! So after she notice I was not leaving she decided to start the soaking process.The nails were soaked off, she smooth it over with grinder, clipped with nail clippers and told me I was done! No attempt to offer clear polish or anything...**Please note that after Technician filed my fungus nail She nor He trashed or sanitized the file or equipment. Instead it was placed back in the drawer to be used on the next customer!They did offer a fungus killer medication for $10 oh and I had to pay for my soak off... I asked how much initially she said $30 then she said $20. SO i paid my $20 and REFUSE TO COME HERE EVER AGAIN!Ive been getting my nails done for YEARS and have had them long and NEVER IN MY LIFE DEVELOPED A FUNGUS let alone SEVERAL OR EXPERIENCE THE LACK OF COMPASSION HERE! I would have even returned after my nails healed if their EMPATHY AND PROFESSIONALISM were better!*** Please not in the 1st pic that if you look at my index finger you can clearly see something is wrong UNDER THE POLISH there... Which is how it looked when I showed it to the nail tech.

The atmosphere is nice. Overall the service is average. I got a full set and pedicure. I am satisfied with the full set but their pedicure services could use some work. I feel like my feet arent as smooth as I would have liked them to be.

Everyone here is so wonderful! It is kept clean and neat. They do an awesome job with nails. Need to ask about the dip nails, they are fantastic and healthy for your nails. They also do waxing. A great place!

This place is the best! Tony did my pedicure exactly how I wanted. When your nails are finished, they let you use the massage chair while your nails dry. This my new new go to place for nails!

I have never had a bad experience here, and I have been coming ever since I discovered Ly had opened it. They use liners for the foot tubs, sanitize their instruments, and even when busy, the wait doesnt seem very long. Most of them are very English proficient, and I have never had a hard time getting my requests understood.

Took my daughter to get her and her friends nails done for her birthday and they were GREAT, they have chairs specifically for little girls and they were amazing with the kids.

Im a regular, for a couple or more years now. They do the job very well! Nails, (I do gel), and also my brows, & pedicure is done to order; while sitting in their wonderfully new massage chairs. It helps much with my chronic back pain. Only drawback is, theyall speak English well. I generally ask the owner, the husband or wife if I have a question. I love their work, it lasts! Best of all, their shop is very clean, & take all sanitary measures. No worry of getting anything from customer before you. They again, take all precautions in being very sanitary. Also they all, every one is VERY COURTEOUS! This is why, if I had the time, and the money, lololo, I would go weeklyI Go try it out, you wont be disappointed!

First time I went for a pedi it was great with a knowledgeable proficient friendly guy; however, next two times I got a very grumpy young guy who didnt speak much English (reeked of cigarette smoke) and hurt me when he cut one of my toenails too short. too bad everyone else seemed nice but not returning

This place takes advantage of the fact there are so few nail-salons to choose from in Beaufort South Carolina. Its close to a Military Base so unfortunately they always have clients (SINCE THEY DO NOT HAVE OPTIONS). It has a revolving door of staff so you can never guarantee the quality of the work you will get. If you attempt to complain about bad service or ask them to redo something they messed up, they pretend to not understand. Its worth it to go further out of the area for better quality work at even sometimes lower prices.

As soon as I walked in an older guy comes over and says I dont know what you came for but youre going to have to come back. Its a long wait and we close at 4. Its 3 people in the waiting area and one lady asked me what he said and she said well I guess Ill come back and she left behind me. Thats poor customer service for certain!

The older man with dark hair rushed my whole pedicure. Didn’t let me choose what kind I wanted. All he did was paint my nails, rubbed my legs with some lotion and used a hot towel to remove the excess lotion.im so mad that was a waste of $50!! I’ll be going to liberte
