I went there for a full set with gel polish and a pedicure. I sat down and she asked me if I wanted anything to drink which is really nice. And it was just great quality customer service. I was really taken care of here and my nails were amazing. Good work and customer service is the key to a happy customer and this is what they provided for me today. Would recommend this place!!

I had a great experience with my manicurist however I don’t understand after going to the Nail Bar many times I get charged an extra $8 for oval nail shape. It the natural shape of the nail …why should o have to pay extra for it?When ask the mgr. he says we charge extra for oval but not for square shaping. Really?!

Ken did an awesome job! I went to two places before Nail bar on bay and they both told me they couldnt do the design and I had an important event that same day, Im so glad I ended up coming here, they made a spot for me and I only waited 15 min, I absolutely loved it.

Long did my pedicure, he was attentive, efficient, kind and funny. Henry did my nails, I am very picky with my nails and he did an amazing job. The atmosphere is clean, beautiful, and relaxing. Customer service and quality is very important to me you have to have both in order to have repeat business from me. And needless to say before leaving the salon today I booked my next appointment. Today was the first time my daughter and I went to The Nail Bar and we were not disappointed. From coming in the doors to a very clean environment to being treated exceptionally by the staff. Hands downs Steven and Leanne were amazing. They offered insight on my daughters eczema to help her, were very professional and easy to talk with. Their lavender pedicure was so awesome. They didn’t rush but made sure you were taken care of from start to finish.We will definitely come back...and ask for Leanne or Steven.

I have been coming here for pedicures, full sets, time with my daughter, etc. and I can’t get enough of this place, I absolutely love the environment and the people, Steven is my all time favorite!!! My polish last a long time without chipping and my nails always come out looking exactly as I’ve asked, can’t say enough good things about this salon. My eyebrows were also done and looked amazing. I finally made it to this place. I was so impressed with the inviting atmosphere. Everyone was so nice and the decor was nothing I have ever seen. I got my pedicure done by Leanne who took her time and gave me a lot of TLC. I got my manicure done by the owner Jason and I could not be happier we had great conversations and laughter. I always get dip nails but hate that it come out lumpy sometimes, but when I tell you Jason has my nails looking like a super model, I can’t wait to show it off at work. If you want to experience this please go to this establishment. You won’t be disappointed.

This is by far the best nail salon in Beaufort. I wouldn’t waste my time going any where else. They are all so kind and patient with every client they see. I walked in today an hour before they closed and I was immediately seen and taken care of. Jason and his staff are phenomenal at what they do. The atmosphere is professional and they always put the client first. If you don’t like something, they can fix it. My nails have never lasted this long or been this healthy. Will be coming back and back and back!

I was in town visiting and decided to get a pedicure here. Everything was wonderful! We had a party of four, and all of the nail techs were very professional and friendly. I especially appreciated the nail techs using timers while they massaged me to make sure I got my monies worth! The salon was very clean and updated. I would highly recommend Nail Bar on Bay! Five stars isn’t enough for the great quality service they provide.

I had high hopes for this place, only to find the staff to be rude. They were even worse when I complained to them about how my pedicure was rushed and they kept taking customers. So disappointed! And such a bad job done!

Friendly enough but my nails looked a week old when they were first done and they used a dremel on my bare nails ruining them

I recently moved to the area and have tried 3 other nail places so far and this one is absolutely the best if you want quality work and techs that listen to and ask you exactly how you want your nails. Now I do suggest an appointment they are very busy and get a lot of walk ins. Also the wait times are pretty lengthy for walk ins however they are very honest and kind about how long the wait is and are doing what they can they seem to be short staffed. My french ombré dip nails were done by Jason, he listened to all of my specifics as I am pretty picky about how I like my nails done. Jason also checked with me after each nail was cut to length and after each nail was shaped to see if I wanted to change anything ! I loved that because I like my nails to be symmetrical. The salon is clean and peaceful but like I said busy. Overall if you are looking for QUALITY work this is the place in my opinion. This will officially be my routine nail place.

Was a walk in and Steven was absolutely wonderful. Got the dip nail which I was informed was healthier for the nail and he explained the process. The staff made everyone that came in comfortable. Best Nail Salon I have been to in awhile.

This place was absolutely amazing! We came in as a group of three and all three of us were able to sit down right away and right next to each other. The two guys there,Stephen and dont remember the other name, were so friendly and made us feel so welcomed in their salon, at one point we didnt want to leave. We were served mimosas which always is a plus but made the whole experience better. Our nails came out beautiful and out feet are amazingly soft. I will definitely be going to that salon over any salon. Another plus, was it was decorated very beautiful, love the light fixtures.

I made an appointment for a pedicure on a Sunday morning. Salon is big, very nice, lots of room to space customers out. The service was great, pedicure was awesome! Steven took his time and did a great job on this mamas feet! I even had a mimosa while I relaxed! I wouldnt go anywhere else in Beaufort now that Ive found them gem!

My mom, daughter and I decided last minute to have manicures and a pedicure. They welcomed us right in and had us seated within 5 minutes of our arrival. Almost so quickly that we barely had time to pick out our colors. We each had a different service - dip manicure, gel manicure and paraffin pedicure- with three different technicians and ALL were great! We visit 3-4 times a year and will definitely go back to The Nail Bar!

Stopped in today for a regular pedicure and dip manicure and the staff took great care of me. Steven recommended that I do dip instead of gel since its healthier for your nails. The salon is so clean and pretty, too. Loved it!

My husband & I were in Beaufort for an overnight trip. We always stay on Bay Street & walk the shops. I saw the Nail Bar was open & after a few hours I decided to stop in for a pedicure & possibly getting my nails done. Ive not had my nails done in years & was very on the fence about it. Steven took care of me & talked to me about my nails. The pedicure was great & then he did a wonderful job on my nails. He was so nice & very detailed. He took his time & did not rush. We carried on a conversation the entire time. The entire staff was super nice & the shop was super clean. I will be going back even though Im an hour away. I live out of state and wanted to treat my daughter with a girls day out, sadly our nails within 2weeks are coming loose actually less than that. The guy I had was not friendly actually quite rude. My daughter person was very nice. I believe in treating your customers with the best service you can give.

The pedicure was great; it was a real massage. Could not believe I found such a great place within walking distance to the marina where we are staying. Would definitely recommend them.

Steven always does a great job with myPedicures! I made an appointment and still had to wait, it was clear all employees were doing all they could to get to each client as soon as they could. I was seated quickly and checked on while I waited. My pedicure was amazing and the atmosphere was calm and inviting, despite being short staffed(understandable during a pandemic)!

The salon design is genius, plenty of space to accommodate groups safely and efficiently. They are friendly, professional, sterilized and appreciative of the community’s support. I made an appointment for 1:30 and ended up waiting until about 2:15 to receive my service (gel manicure). I wouldn’t have minded waiting except for the fact that when I was finally receiving my manicure, the technician was rushing and I wasn’t receiving the same “extras” as those around me - hot towel, hand massage, etc. The gel on my nails turned out bubbly and uneven. When paying $38 plus tip for a manicure, I would expect much better quality. I could tell at the end of the manicure that the technician was eyeing the polish job - aware that it wasn’t great work but she just thanked me and moved onto the next person. I was initially very excited to try out Nail Bar on Bay but I will not be returning - rushed, poor quality manicure.

Steven was terrific! This was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush through it. Staff were friendly and the owner inquired about the service.

I really wanted to like this new and pretty nail salon in town. Lord knows we need one. Once I reviewed their services menu I was double excited when I saw they did UV builder gel, which is difficult to find at other salons in the area and is my only option due to an acrylic allergy. I went in and spent $75 on my nail services. 3 days later they promptly started peeling off in their entirety. When I called to ask to come back in to have them fixed I was given an appointment for the next day and assured I would be taken care of. I arrived on time for my appointment and after 25 minutes of waiting and watching walk ins be taken ahead of me, I gave up and walked out. I won’t be going back and I don’t recommend their services. 50 5 star reviews seems fishy to me given the level of service I received. Checkout yelp for what looks like a more realistic evaluation
