Ive been going here since October and I love the work Ive had my nails done by a few different people gotten a few different shapes and its perfect every time😁5 star!!

Okay, so I’m going to start by saying, there is great service here. The people are kind, and everyone is welcoming compared to other salons where workers are rude and snotty. A few years ago or a year ago, this place was great, but, it has gone down hill A LOT. They rush more then anything, did my acrylics, didn’t trim my natural nails, all my nails are un even, worst experience! I asked for my natural nails to be trimmed, they told me to do it myself, asked for lotion, they told me to do it myself. I may be wrong, but don’t they do it for you usually? A small hand massage right?It hurt, it was stinging, the color was suppose to be orange, they gave me red. For the dip, the red stained my fingers. I would say the big problem is TOO MUCH RUSHING! There may be tons of costumers, but do a good job and not too much rushing and more focusing, so that costumers will keep coming! I hope most will read this and re think their decision to come to this salon! Thank you

I wanted medium stilettos I got long super sharp ones I even asked for them to be dulled down. My nails are uneven and sloppy.

Ive gone there a couple of times since Ive moved here, and out of the other places Ive visited I must say this is one of my favorites in the Beaufort area. Ive gotten pedicures, manicures, gel and now dipping powder and I loved every single result. The only one time I walked away upset was due to the amount of people waiting, and the rush I was on to get my nails done. So I walked out and went to a different salon, which I regretted when I saw my nails. Call ahead of time to make sure there isnt a long line of people waiting ahead of you, but no other place beats the good job! Although theyre not as friendly and welcoming as you might be used to (I think thats just their culture values and background) their job speaks on their behalf. Thank you Diamond Nails.

The wife and I went here for Valentines Day and enjoyed the deluxe pedicure while enjoying the massage chairs. We felt very welcome and comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. Felt great. Great idea to start the evening for a couple or with your kids or parents. Im told they have a great reputation for all your nail care too.

Took her time, no matter how many people came in she stayed focused and did a very good job

These are the kindest people. They do a great job and actually care about the clients. The male walked me to my car because it was late. I definitely reccommend. Customer service is great and the work is quality.

I heard rave reviews from coworkers but, I was extremely disappointed. Shop was old and not the cleanest. Aside from nail dust, there spiders in the window seal which is directly behind the waiting chairs. Like big black spiders. I had to change chairs. Service was mediocre, My dip set was bumpy and very thick. Pedicure seemed rushed as my toes were sloppy painted. I’m usually all for second chances but not this place.

I started to write a really bad review, but I’m going to keep very it professional.This is second nail salon in the Port Royal area besides Modern Nails, that Ive experienced this type of unprofessional behavior and I’m tired of the disrespect and demeanor of the nail technicians!I had a manicure done on Saturday morning completed with a clear double coat. Later that night going into Sunday morning most of the polish had come off my nails. On Sunday afternoon, I called the salon and left a voice mail to explain what happen and asked if I could have a refund.On Monday morning during my morning errands, I tried going by the salon to talk to the manager. The manager was very rude and disrespectful to me when I tried to explain the situation. And when I mention the word “refund” he immediately cut me off. I kept trying to speak, and ask if something else could be done in place of the incomplete service, but he kept interjecting me while I was speaking. He then got mad and shouted at me to get out of his salon and threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t leave the store.I sat in my car and called the police and told him what happen. The police told me that he could come out to the location and I had the right to take the owner to court for discrimination, etc., but he told me in the grand scheme of things, its not worth it. The no-refund policy is a store policy, which is true, but he said, that he didn’t have to threaten to call the police on me.It upsets me that the manager would do this to one of their customers just because after receiving payment for one of their services, they were not willing to give me a refund when the services were not fulfilled. I left the nail salon embarrassed, and what was worse no one in the salon spoke up for me and they all stayed silent continuing their services. Yes, they were black. I was astonished to see that these are the people theyre giving their hard-earned money to.I also came in the previous week and the first nail technician didnt speak english that well, which wasnt a problem. She then let another nail technician help me, but she got upset when she couldnt get the shape of my nails correct, so she stated grabbing my hands aggressively and so I pulled back. I did pay and tip her, what I thought was fair because it took two nail technicians to help me and they did the labor to help me with the manicure. Im not an unfair person at but I did not appreciate this aggressive behavior.I started to say make this review primarily about discrimination against men who act flamboyant and feminine, as well as the racial discriminatory trend of Vietnamese against African Americans, but I digress because the majority of their money comes from the African American community. It upsets me that they treat us this way but theyll take our money. Go figure, right?In another nails salon, an African American nail technician confided in me and told me that her boss who is Vietnamese won’t let her perform services on the hands of the Caucasian clients, only their feet, and the hands and feet of the African American clients because the Caucasian client tips more than African American clients. I think this is horrible.With gentrification on an all-time rise for primarily lower-class Whites, Blacks, Latinos, and Asians, we all deserve respect and the equal opportunity and customer services anywhere we work or choose to go for “me time”, no matter the color of our skin, religion, sexual orientation, how we behave, or our personality. We are all equal.Overall, I am absolutely dissatisfied with the customer service that Ive received at this particular nail salon. If youd like to get your nails done and other services at this salon I hope youd take post into consideration before going to this business. I also hope the manager/owner will read this post and coach the nail technicians and himself on how to properly interact, treat, and respect customers regardless of colors or any other social identity they belong to.

Horrible experience. I went to get my nails done as usually. I asked Tom to do them since his wife was so call busy and she wasnt. Anyways they push me off on this new Chinese guy who was rude and cant do nail.... When I ask what he was doing. They starting taking there b.s. in there language.. Long story short... Diamond nails can go to hell in the new year...if the new guy cant do nail why the hell is he there.... Rude as people and they dont deserve my business.

Not happy with pedicure!! Polish I selected was old and gooey. Don diluted it with a solution and didnt put a top coat on. After hours of wearing an open toe slippers it still smeared. Went back to show him what happened and he told me he could redo for 10 bucks. I dont think so!

Salon was filthy. I could see the dust and trash from the door. I still got my nails done, and they were done well. But the uncleanliness was too much for me and I never went back.
